Dan is a lifesaver! Today after hours of heavy rain, my parent's aging sump pump needed replacement. Within an hour of contacting TNT, Dan was at their house, had diagnosed the problem & had them all fixed shortly thereafter. My dad's health is failing so it was a tremendous relief to have this issue fixed so quickly, allowing my dad to no longer stress over potential basement flooding. Dan took extra care to evaluate their system and make recommendations for future improvements. And he kept me in the loop every step of they way since I was not at their home during the repairs. Matt, Mike and the rest of the crew at Mike's Plumbing and Heating have been incredible to my wife and I. We're new home owners and shortly after moving in ran into a TON of issues. Water leaking into the basement from random sources, a sump pump filled with clay, and sinks and toilets that spit out gravel every time we'd take a shower. It was a mess. After talking to a handful of other Plumbers and Waterproofers who could not offer any real solutions to the bulk of our issues we lucked out and found Mike's. They were able to pinpoint the source of each problem and went right to work getting our house back together. I cannot speak highly enough about their professionalism, each and every person I encountered was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and most of all compassionate; they worked in awful heat, trudged through the rain, dealt with several additional issues that popped up along the way and always made us feel like no matter what happened, they were going to get the job done and as quickly as possible.

I will use Mike's Plumbing and Heating for as long as I live in an area they serve and will continue to recommend them to friends and family as much as I can.

Nick Barker with Roto Rooter came by our house the Saturday before 4th of July. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and worked hard to fix our sump pump. He also kept the area very neat that was appreciated.

Best plumber I have ever encountered, without a doubt. On time, cordial, and easy to grasp while still going into great detail. Call them if you want a plumber who is trustworthy and won't overcharge you.

They are not licensed for mold remediation in DC. But we only found this out after a visit from two people, and speaking to multiple dispatchers. The plumber who came to diagnose the leak was fine, but the organizational incompetence was frustrating.
