Best Boiler Installation in Baltimore MD

Needed water heater replaced. Called and they picked up right away. Scheduled appointment and Jeff showed up right on time and promptly got to work. Power outages made things difficult but Jeff was very flexible and easy going. Very fair price.

Stephen was on time & very professional. My AC unit was repaired in under an hour and he already had the part needed. Very efficient, polite, and a good value. I’m thankful for this company!

David was professional and knowledgeable about all aspects of tankless and tank water heaters and also provided his recommendations for regular maintenance going forward.

Chris and Allen were very respectful and professional while in my home and while installing my new gas range. I would definitely use Metcalf again. A third service technician came to my home the next day for another concern. Although I didn’t get his name, he was wonderful and went above and beyond. He was very thorough and took the time to explain everything that was done. All of the technicians cleaned up completely when done. Metcalf was wonderful!!!!

A friend recommended this company to me and I used them once before and it was fine. This time I scheduled an appointment and the day and time came and went with no one showing up. I called and was told to send a text message only for that to go unreturned. I understand that things happen and sometimes appointments need to be rescheduled, but it would have been nice if someone treated me like a human being and let me know something instead of leaving me waiting for hours.

My hot water pressure dropped to a trickle on a Saturday evening and Wes Butler was at my house the next morning. These guys are super responsive, timely and most importantly transparent about pricing. Which was more than fair. I would recommend LJ Butler plumbing to all. 5 stars IMO.

So far great. My first time calling them out to my house to clear my main line was fast and painless. The team seemingly made it a point to be as professional as possible. Cool guys, they were honest with me in what I needed to get done and I didn't feel like I was being swindled. I will say when you call them to be patient and leave a message if need be they will call you back, as it is seemingly a small family business.

Sent a guy who had no clue what he was doing; I called the company and the fellow was sent back with a supervisor. He ended quitting the job right there in my house.
The supervisor left, promising ti send in another guy; I waited for two hours. Nobody showed up. They called that somebody will come the following day between 6am-10am. It is 12:30pm and still waiting.
Missed work for two days.
Still waiting for the second day with no work done.
Worst- time management
Rude customer service associates

Jake was extremely professional and kind! He and his team arrived on time and immediately got to work. They laid out mats and cleaned up after themselves. Throughout the day they would tell us the progress of the installation and at the end of the day Jake walked us through our new unit and thermostat. Will definitely recommend to others to use Horizon!

Furnace and AC check up. DJ was polite and replaced a part in the a.c. so the a.c. system should be set to go. D.J also changed the filter in the furnace as they usually do as long as you have the filter.

Great company and the plumber was awesome. Will use again for future projects.

I have been using Forster Plumbing for about 15 years, and they never disappoint. Brian is the owner/operator and generally has 2 or 3 experienced plumbers working for him. I find it so much more pleasant dealing with a small outfit rather than a mega operation. One hundred percent of the time that I call, Brian himself promptly answers the phone. I can't say that about very many businesses - particularly not in the trades. Beyond that, he or his crew have appeared for their promised appointments 100% of the time. The work is top of the line quality at very affordable prices. I long ago stopped asking the rate because I am confident that the total charge will be reasonable, and it always is reasonable. Indeed, rates can be deceiving anyway. The real issues are integrity and competence. Respecting both, Brian excels.
