This company was amazing! Kevin was the technician who came to my home. He was professional, he listened to everything I had to say about my issue. I had a small leak coming from the bathroom through to the living room ceiling. I explained to him that I had installed a new shower head several months prior and the pressure was very forceful to the point that the shower curtain was being blown around. Kevin said that could be what caused the leak but he was going to run a few tests to make sure. He ran the water in the tub for a good while, came down to check the ceiling, it was dry. He then flushed the toilet many many times, checked the ceiling and still dry. Lastly, he ran the water in the sink, checked ceiling, still dry. He surmised that the problem was the powerful shower head ( the curtain not staying closed to keep the water from leaking out of the corner ). He even googled splash guards on his phone to show me what I might want to use to help keep the water from leaking out! I was lucky that he had a lower pressure shower head in his truck that he installed for me. Saved me a trip to Lowe’s.
He could have easily told me pipes were leaking behind the walls, needed to be replaced, cost thousands to fix BUT HE DIDN’T!! He was honest about it just being the shower head and nothing more! For this, he has a customer for life and I will recommend Ace Plumbing to everyone needing a plumber!! Thank you, Kevin for being an awesome technician!

They came out to fix faucet. Faucet still leaked after first visit. Called back and the girl on the phone said the notes said they could fix it and had the parts needed. Waited 2 days, they came out and charged me again to be told it needs replaced. The receptionists need better training, wrong information was provided to me that wasted my time and money. If correct information was provided I could have just bought a faucet and saved the money of a second diagnostic visit for the same issue.

A friend recommended this company to me and I used them once before and it was fine. This time I scheduled an appointment and the day and time came and went with no one showing up. I called and was told to send a text message only for that to go unreturned. I understand that things happen and sometimes appointments need to be rescheduled, but it would have been nice if someone treated me like a human being and let me know something instead of leaving me waiting for hours.

Put in a service request due to the toilet constantly running and signs of water leakage in the ejector pump room. Wes called the next morning, arrived within 20 minutes, and successfully repaired the damaged valve. Highly recommend this company!

I rarely take time to leave a review. I have been using All Nite since I purchased my home. It’s harder to find a plumbing company you can trust but Kirk and Melissa always deliver. I have had other companies come out and try to charge me for work that did not need to be done . All Nite always tells me exactly what works ACTUALLY needs to be done and always gives a fair price. They are the only plumbing company I use and I recommend them to anyone who needs their services.

Horizon Services, particularly my technician Ben, provided exceptional service to me when my heat went out. My heat went out late on a Friday and they were here by 8:15 Saturday morning. Ben was very thorough, explained all of my options to me, and my house was warm when he left.

We had a failing sump basin and I didn't have the time to do it myself.Office staff was superb and Prime was quick to come out. The work was seemingly done well, although we haven't had rain yet so I'll know more then. Not the cleanest plumbing we've had done but as good or better than I can do. Unfortunately, discovered that instead of using our 100' garden hose (available to them) the crew disconnected our washer's cold water line to use as hose to mix hydraulic powder in a bucket. Sloppy and unprofessional, then failed to turn the cold water back on which is how I found out. Left hydraulic cement powder all over the washer and its lines. Found a chunk of hydraulic cement in our utility's sink's drain which explains why the sink faucet was running for 20 minutes. Something I would have never risked. Hopefully our main line is clear. Anyway, expected to leave a 4 or 5 star review as the Prime van drove off, but instead, two. It's stuff like this that makes me hesitate to call the pros.

Incorrectly replaced water heater, which now constantly breaks and leaves my house without hot water. Stopped answering calls and texts about their shoddy job. Charged me $1000, and now the water heater is a constant headache.

We have used Forster Plumbing for multiple projects the last couple of years and they are always responsive, on time and helpful. Reasonable rates and professional, experienced technicians.

Getting to know the plumbers by name/family/likes and dislikes. Not sure if this is good or bad. Will only call Mike's. Everyone is friendly, and helpful. Prices are compatible. Give them a try.

We recently called A.J. Michaels to replace our terra cotta sewer pipes with new pipes. The price was reasonable and they did an outstanding job. I've seen other houses getting the pipes replaced in their front yard and the plumber rips up their entire yard. That's the way it was done 30 years ago. Today, it should be much cleaner. A.J. Michaels dug a reasonable hole at the house and a hole at the end of the yard ONLY. Now I have to do a little landscaping and cement work, but once that's done you'll have no idea they dug up my yard. And the water in my house is flowing again with no backups! I highly recommend them! In fact, I've called them several times before. They also replaced my clean water line years ago. Both times profession service and I'm a satisfied customer.
