Best Boiler Inspection in Baltimore MD

I called this business based on the positive reviews and I am so glad I did! The service was amazing, the plumbers were very polite and responsive to all my questions. The price was fair and the work was done in a few days. I highly recommend Rich, he was very professional!!

Company responded to my request quickly. David arrived a few hours later, as planned. Diagnosed and fixed a difficult drainpipe clog. Repaired pipes. Also, diagnosed an old bathroom faucet leak. Family plumbing plan will probably work out well for us.

As always, service from Metcalf is stellar. Also Mike is very caring and does the job right.

A friend recommended this company to me and I used them once before and it was fine. This time I scheduled an appointment and the day and time came and went with no one showing up. I called and was told to send a text message only for that to go unreturned. I understand that things happen and sometimes appointments need to be rescheduled, but it would have been nice if someone treated me like a human being and let me know something instead of leaving me waiting for hours.

Thank you so much to the owner and employees of Abbott Brothers Plumbing & Heating! Our pipes were completly blocked which resulted in a sewage backup. They were able to get here immediately and get the job done in a timely manner. They were great at communicating throughout the entire process. I highly recommend them!

I had an appointment this morning and they called me just before 8:00 and I thought great until they called back and stated they called the wrong customer, no big deal. They said someone will be at my home in the next hour. I called back around noon and was told the plumber was still at the first job. Being foolishly optimistic I believed the representative when I was told someone was still coming. Around 3:45 I call again because no one showed up. I was then told she was going to give the job to someone else but he won’t arrive until later. Well at this point I became very familiar with later. My window was 6:00-10:00. Guess what? Nothing , no one showed up, no one called and I called and left 2 messages. I wish I would have read the reviews first, but hopefully I can help someone else.

The worst. I had these guys install a water heater for me based on positive reviews. Fast forward a couple years the unit is leaking and not working. Had two other companies come out bc needed service right away. Was told by both that unit was improperly installed causing the leaks. Called Bahr and explained the situation. They didn't even want to come out for two weeks to even look at it. I threw a fit so they came out took pictures. Didn't even call me to review. I called them and was told this just happens and they're not at fault and won't help. Awful workmanship and awful customer service. Save your time and money.

Called that morning and by the afternoon they were there, provided a drain cleaning and replaced my toilet same day. I was notified they were on the way and they have awesome pricing. I will use them again and refer them to friends and my HOA.

Personally had my plumbing worked on by the owner, haven't had a problem since. I feel that these guys don't get enough credit and they have always been on standby for me if I ever had a problem or question. Thank You for the dedication and hard work.

The plumbers (Justin and Charlie) were friendly and knowledgeable. Their work is always first class. They replaced our sump pump and also installed a water supply backup pump today.
