Great service! Came right out on a Saturday afternoon when no one else would even answer the phone.

Khiangte and Thomas did a great job with figuring out and explaining what was causing my master bath tub to leak and fixing the drain problem with my master bath sink. Khiangte gave me an initial estimated cost for the repairs I need and it was pretty close the final amount. They explained exactly what repairs they were going to do today. They left my home as clean as it was when they walked in the door. Also, Roto Rooter called me to let me know they would be arriving at my home between 30 to 45 minutes and Khiangte and Thomas should up in that time. Very good service!

Originally told $650 and a 20 minute fix. Technician broke the shower faucet and parts resulting in them having to drill a hole in the wall. Took 3 days to fix the problem. Couldn’t get through to the manager for longest time, not very responsive. Dispatcher would say a tech is on way and they’d show up 3+ Hours later. Would not recommend. Our technician had to call different technicians because he was not able to fix the problem himself. If you go with this company, request a senior technician to save you the time and headache.

Andrew was fantastic I would highly recommend him! We have had major plumbing issues in this house and this is the second time we have used alpha plumbers (The issues were unrelated). Overall their quality of work is excellent they are professional, they make sure to clean up after themselves, their estimates are accurate and they work hard to get the job done in a quality way. Andrew and his helper Matt were above and beyond. Andrew has a fantastic personality and is willing to take the time to explain things. I feel like they valued me as a client and respected my home. I would recommend them to friends and family and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again for any plumbing need.

I had a clogged toilet and I called and they sent out Elijah he was excellent, and provided great service. I would definitely have him come out again if I ever had a problem.
