-Replaced sump pump before our basement flooded back in rainy April!

- Remodeled our entire bathroom with the exception of the tub. However; our tub was clogged and he fixed that. Replaced the sub floor and put down new black hexagon tile. Removed and replaced our old vanity and toilet. Only took 3 days && looks great!

Called for service and received an appointment within a reasonable time frame. Given 3 options for repair work. Chris was on time, very pleasant, and has kept me up-to-date on parts acquisition.

Install main water line from the house to the street. Worker's showed respect to property by cleaning area daily, repaired basement floor and reseed the yard in a workmanship manner, we would recommend this Company for any of your upcoming projects.

Called for a replacement sump pump on Monday morning and got an appointment for Wednesday. But Spiro called back Monday afternoon and said they’d finished a job early - would I like them to come by today? In short, they replaced the sump pump that day and I couldn’t be happier. I will be calling Empire for any further plumbing needs. 👏👏

I've used Ray Stefanski Plumbing & Heating a couple times over the past 20+ years. Both times we rec'd prompt service, and the work they performed has lasted throughout the years. It's hard to find quality workmanship anymore, so when my elderly parents now (today) had a big plumbing problem, I didn't hesitate to recommend them. That's why I'm writing this review so late.

As with any professional, they are not cheap, but remember, you get what you pay for. We wouldn't expect Ray Lewis or Lamar Jackson to cost less than they're worth, so I don't expect to pay a professional plumber on the cheap either.

Highly recommended, and I'll use them next time I need plumbing services.

Caton’s is my go-to now for all my plumbing needs. I can see that they are good at what they do AND they will NOT rob the bank in the process. The office called me constantly to let me know where the tech was and that he was running behind with another client. That is great customer service that is not seen in a lot of places.
