Best Bathroom Remodeling in Baltimore MD

We have used Ace plumbing on numerous bathroom renovations over the last couple years. Joe and his team do a great job. I would recommend them highly and we will continue to use them in the future.

Our technicians name was Bruce Jordan he was prompt, professional, thorough, and exceeded our expectations.

We had water heater installed and we had a previous issue with our shower which he went out of his way to look at and also repair.

We had a very good experience with the technician and this company we will use them again.

I had a new installation of a HVAC system performed by Michael and Sons. Installation looked good after they were finished, but I had to call and have maintenance performed the next day. The system was not cooling. Turns out they forgot to put coolant into the system. Seems to be working now.

Nick's seriously the best! His thoroughness and accuracy are unmatched and he's the one I call (and the one I recommend to friends and family) when experiencing plumbing issues. I've also recommended him to friends for installation/design at their place of business.

You can count on Nick's Plumbing to get the job done right the first time, and to not suggest any unnecessary repairs. If he detects a small issue, a small issue is what he'll fix. If it's a larger project, he'll explain it all in a way that makes perfect sense so you know you're in good hands.

After doing plenty of research on plumbers in Baltimore, I called this company because of their customer reviews. I called on a Tuesday morning because my basement flooded Monday night. They said the soonest they could come was Wednesday morning and would be here between 9 and 9:30am and would call when they were on the way. at 9:15am I hadn't heard anything so I called. When I called they had no idea what I was talking about. No idea of the appt or the project. So the EXTREMELY RUDE man on the phone (I think he said Mark Butler) told me he would try to find out IF someone was coming. I said IF???? He responded that there were a lot of people there and he didn't take the order so he doesn't know if someone is coming. He was rude and nearly yelling at me because I was questioning IF someone was coming and not when?? He called me back and said someone would be here around 11:30am. That time was not as avail for me and the fact that the company was so unorganized no one knew what anyone else was doing and especially because I have never been talked to like that from a vendor - I decided to start from scratch and look for someone else. I am disappointed and upset that I did my research, waited with my basement in this condition so I can work with this company and now I am starting all over again - but I think better then that then enter into a job with a company that does not have their stuff together and then yells at the customer when they ask questions. I don't have a company I recommend yet, but I don't recommend calling this company.

Empire is the best. They have a 5-Star rating for a reason. Spiro owns the company & he’s an honest guy. His prices are fair but what makes him the best is that he really cares about his customers. He even fixed my sump pump for free when he saw a leak & his team removed & installed my water heater seamlessly & professionally. Highly recommend & I know I’ll be using him for all my plumbing & HVAC needs.

Catons plumbing was very professional and dilligent in trying to resolve my sewer back up problem. They took all measures available and explained what they were doing along the way. Clearly better equipped and knowledgeable than the previous two services (who were there for 15min max) I had called in for the same issue.

The Company and Tech was very polite, courteous and prompt. The tech came in assessed my problem and fixed it in excellent timing and even cleaned my wall and floor where the problem was. I would recommend this company.

This company installed a water heater for a neighbor of mine and did a stroller job but after they had a problem with the heater they came out and looked at it and never came back to repair it, told her if it needed parts it would be around 400 dollars 25 days later they never came back or answered her phone calls. I looked at it and fixed it and the parts was covered under manufacturers warranty, I would absolutely not call this company for anything

I've worked with T & D for years. They ALWAYS answer when you call and go above and beyond to take care of any problem. I'll call them first for any HVAC or plumbing issue.

This company was incredibly responsive to my request for a quote to replace my oil-fired boiler with one fueled by natural gas. I received timely, professional and quality service in doing so. Will use them again, when needed.

After two previous plumbers left us with a leak that caused water damage to our basement, we needed a company that would be able to repair AND restore. Roto-Rooter was very quick to come out and the technician, Tony, was friendly and knowledgeable. The work was pricey but it is worth the piece of mind to know the job is all the way complete.
