Needed water heater replaced. Called and they picked up right away. Scheduled appointment and Jeff showed up right on time and promptly got to work. Power outages made things difficult but Jeff was very flexible and easy going. Very fair price.

were awesome! I called on Tuesday afternoon. Our old water heater was a big tank, but Wes was able to find the new one despite shortage of water heater tanks (our size) due to the pandemic. They were at the house the next day. Everything went smooth! Also fixed our toilet. Highly recommend!!

Let me start by saying that my technician, Khai, was great and did excellent work. My review is for the company and their pricing policy. They charge you double for any parts they use in the repair or installation. So on top of exorbitant labor charges and delivery fees, they also rip you off when it comes to parts. If they are going to install a $500 water heater they will charge you $1000 for it. And then they nickel and dime you by charging for every single tiny part used in the process and of course they double the price for each of those as well. I used them because it was an emergency but never again. Total rip off.

This was our first time using Roto Rooter and we are completely satisfied! We called with toilet problems at 5pm, and a technician was to our home by 6:30! Purcell, tech # 3755, was very respectful and professional, and even recommended (without being pushy) our next plumbing job to keep our house in good condition. I would recommend Roto Rooter to anyone with plumbing issues in the future. If you live in the Dundalk area, definitely try to request Purcell - he was great!
