March 19th 2012 they sold and installed a Rheems hvac system and never according to Rheems registered the system with them it's a 10 yr warranty I called caton still.waiting to here back I called Rheems and they took care of it for me and registered my system I guess that's why caton not in hvac business anymore I would not recommend them at all

They were invited to connect the water pipe today. He said it cost $1,781. We told him whether to do it well. He replied yes. As a result, he didn't start to do it and said he couldn't do it. If we want us to pay him 1781, we will say that you didn't start to do it and asked me to pay. He said that he had to pay when he came here. As a result, my water pipe was not ready and I had to pay.

Their whole team did a stellar job repairing a myriad of work that another company messed up, and even upgraded our fixtures to be more practical for our home. after calling several people to replace the water line on our townhouse Frank was the only one who had both, a reasonable price and a sense of professionalism/know how. he worked with us from NY to get the job done on a timeline that worked for us(not an easy task) he was patient, he was professional and most importantly he did quality work at a fair price
