After a few speed bumps we were finally able to get the job scheduled and completed. Removed old underground drain line and replaced, all in the same day. System was usable again at the end of the day.

My kitchen sink was backed up and my dish washer is having tough time to drain water. Roto-Rooter stepped in early than scheduled time and fixed my problem in no time. Technician answered all questions I have. No hidden charges and reasonable cost. They stand behind their work for 6 months. I highly recommend this place and I will surely use them for my future needs.

Larry and Alex were awesome. Larry came out on Christmas Day to assess the problem with our hot water tank and was back the next day to replace it. The guys were professional, efficient, and friendly. We highly recommend them.

I turned in a home warranty claim and the Un-handyman Connection never showed. Aggravated, I called my home warranty company back up and they transferred my claim to Plumbing Systems, Inc. When they came out, they were very fast getting my water heater replaced. I was expecting them to inspect the problem, let my home warranty company know, and then come back later to do the actual work, but this wasn't the case! Once they inspected the situation, they contacted my home warranty company to let them know what I will need to pay for out of pocket, and they picked up the water heater and replaced it within 3 hours.

The workmen who came out were also friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I will definately do business with them again!

Chris at Big Blue Wrench reset our toilet. He explained what he had done and why he used a thicker wax ring than the one that was used by the original installer. He cleaned up the work area before leaving. Chris was friendly, polite, and professional. We are very pleased with his work and with the office staff who set up our appointment. This was our second time to use Big Blue Wrench. We were equally impressed with the appointment process, the plumber, and the work completed at our original time off service for a different issue. We highly recommend Big Blue Wrench to anyone needing a plumber.

This company was called for a basic toilet clog and was specific about what the problem was. I was told they could do it, but would be charged $59 for the call. That $ would be credited to actual work done. When tech came out he informed me that they would not do a simple toilet clog, but would have to take out the toilet replace parts and re-install. Quote was over $400. This was unprofessional and misleading on both the tech and the call center. Do not use the company in Lexington.

We called this guy back in 2018. We were extremely pleased with him and his work. We needed his service again today and he was here within an hour and took care of our needs. We have some work we want done in the near future and he will be the one we call. We were scared because we know places charge more during the holidays but he was more than fair and we are more than pleased. As long as he is in business he will be the ONLY one we will call.
