Was told final check was sent, not received, called AGAIN, didn't send, supposedly sent AGAIN Wednesday, and STILL no check. 14 days according to state to receive final check, Monday, I guess we will be making some phone calls. Won't return phone calls, won't respond to messages. Sound like a trustworthy company??
Sent home early many times bc no work then given ultimatum in an emergency to stay or turn in keys. Was told if I didn't turn keys in DURING THE EMERGENCY, that money would be illegally deducted from my final check, for them to pick the truck up from my residence. All they had to do was literally wait for me to get back from the hospital, and bc I quit, I would have GLADLY taken the truck in.

I called Cecil's and said my 25+ yr old HVAC was out and my wife was nine months pregnant, in the heat of August. They replaced both of my residential units, one in a crawlspace, in one day. Incredibly professional and conscientious crew. They showed up at 6am with two trucks and five guys. One came back the next day for free to make an adjustment. Could not recommend more.

We called this guy back in 2018. We were extremely pleased with him and his work. We needed his service again today and he was here within an hour and took care of our needs. We have some work we want done in the near future and he will be the one we call. We were scared because we know places charge more during the holidays but he was more than fair and we are more than pleased. As long as he is in business he will be the ONLY one we will call. Old water heater blew out and had to be replaced. Kyle and Chris evaluated the day I called and had the new water heater installed less than 24 hours later. Super friendly, very knowledgeable, and excellent results.

I once saw Mike strap up in waders, sink himself belly deep into a tank and yank a big ol mess out of a sewage drain line. Gross. This guy'll get it done.

We had an emergency situation saturday afternoon. i immediately started googling plumbers and either got voicemail or was politely informed i wouldnt be able to be seen today. Mike answered immediately and had someone to my home within 2 hours. He walked me through shutting off the main water line (we were misinformed about which valve was the primary in our crawl space). All that to say I am very pleased with the service, quality and responsiveness. Highly recommend and will be using again.
