Slow running laundry drain that was overflowing on the washing machine rinse/spin cycle. Called early in the morning and Roto-Rooter was able to send a technician to us promptly within about 30 minutes. Problem solved and out in no more than an hour. We've been customers of Roto-Rooter from their early beginnings and long before all of the name copycat companies now in business. Rates are rather expensive but probably comparable with other like companies, even though I haven't checked. They did provide a senior discount.

My family has been in building and development for several years in the Lexington area. At one time, I helped coordinate the different trades as the process of construction progressed. you always hope that what a company says they will do and when they will do it will go as planned. Rarely does that really happen. Buzz Fetick said he would be there on March 12th by 8:30 and came at 8:15. He thought it would take a day and a half but was finished on the same day. Professional, respectful and trustworthy. Thanking this company for doing what they said they would do and getting it done.

Called these folks later last week, they were here Monday morning, work so far so good. We're keeping them on for more work.

Chris M did a great job! He took the time to make sure the job was done right,and was kind enough to open up my wall in a way that it would be easy for me to patch. He not only made sure the plumbing problem was fixed right and looked good when all the repairs were done. But he also took just a few extra minutes to open the wall where he had to work cleanly instead of just punching a hole in it. This made it easy for the area to be replaced and look good. He answered all my questions and did the work in a timely manner. I will be using them should I have any future plumbing problems.

Two men arrived on time. I told them where the leaking faucet was outside on the back of the house. They removed the old faucet & left to get a new one to replace it. They were gone quite a while but I didn’t know how far they had to go. One of the men told me it would be about $300. When they got back they replaced it & had to do some repairs on the pipes. When they were finished they picked up everything & gave me the bill for $299. They were polite & did their job efficiently.

We called Cecil's to fix a leak in our tub faucet. Josh had it fixed within 15 minutes. He was very professional and courteous. Very pleased!

Chris at Big Blue Wrench reset our toilet. He explained what he had done and why he used a thicker wax ring than the one that was used by the original installer. He cleaned up the work area before leaving. Chris was friendly, polite, and professional. We are very pleased with his work and with the office staff who set up our appointment. This was our second time to use Big Blue Wrench. We were equally impressed with the appointment process, the plumber, and the work completed at our original time off service for a different issue. We highly recommend Big Blue Wrench to anyone needing a plumber.

This company has made some big changes. I have used them on 3 HVAC projects and 4 plumbing projects in the last two months. Each one was done professionally, in a timely manner and priced aggressively. Will continue to use in the future and highly recommend them.
