We had a complete break of our sewer line just outside the foundation. The dispatcher, the initial plumber, the cameraman who pinpointed the problem, and the two who fixed it were all very professional and friendly. They made us a top priority and got our system back up and running far faster than we would have expected.

I went online to find a plumber in Lexington to fix a drippy faucet. I found a few, and the reviews were iffy. Who knew Roto-Rooter - a nationally known brand - was also a plumbing service. I just always associated it with outdoor drain issues. I called them, and to my pleasant surprise, they could send someone out THAT DAY! That was the first star....and the others come from a courteous pair of guys, who not only fixed my dripping faucet, but asked if there was anything else they could help with while they were there. I had them look at a refrigerator whose ice/water had been turned off due to a leak that had damaged the floor below it, and stained the ceiling in the basement. They were able to pinpoint the problem (something a plumber before them had not been able to do). They attempted to fix it, but when they realized it was really a part of the fridge that needed to be fixed, they advised me they could not continue, and I should call an appliance repair person. For all of this - they charged me NOTHING. I paid for the drippy faucet repair only. I appreciate that SOOOOO much!

Buzz Fetick of Pro-Fetick plumbing has worked for me for the last 4 years. He's taken care of a variety of problems in my 50+ year old home. He's very efficient and quick to help me out. He's honest and charges a very reasonable fee. Both he and his wife, who does his scheduling, are very friendly and kind.

Though I ended up not using Dauenhauer for a couple of reasons (no fault of theirs!), their response time was phenomenal! Seconds after I hung up, I had a confirmation email. Minutes later the plumber called me as he was on his way. I also received a second email confirmation with the plumbers name and photograph. This instills confidence in a customer. Thank you!

This company claims to be a quality company, but I got nothing of the sort! A older guy and a younger guy shows up to see why my drain isn't draining correctly. The hardly said a few words before they got started snaking the pipe. Which is fine you know what your doing then okay. But about five minutes in I hear what sounds like a water pipe bursting. They say nothing, then the younger guy heads straight for my front door with wet shoes marches strait out to the truck where he stayed, only making the comment that he needs some old towels. My mind is racing..... So I get the order guy some and about five minutes later he come up and says Did he get the Money? Not saying anything about what he did! As they leave I go down stairs to the bathroom that has water all over the walls and ceiling. I'm so serious! They got the puddle of water up but water was all over everything. I've been cleaning it up now for 20 minutes! Do yourself a favor and never use this company! I have also called the warranty company and told the. This should never happen to anyone!

Ben was very knowledgeable and did quick work! We are very sarisfied with the quality of work done and appreciate the service.

Employees were pleasant, professional and efficient. Took on a difficult issue with a dryer vent and rectified it with ease.

They are very professional! Their communications are clear. They show up when they say they will and in my case they unclogged a drain that I spent several hours with an electric snake trying to unclog. Their pricing is fair. Their technicians take the extra steps to get the job done!

These guys were great.

Called All Pro because of a blocked drain at about 10:00 am. Was told they would be here within the hour. Called back later and said they got held up and would be here by 4:00 pm. Still no plumber at 4:00. Called again and was told they were in Frankfort and headed our way. Frankfort is approximately 25 minutes from our home. They finally show up at 5:45! They work for 45 minutes and charge $315.00 (which includes at senior discount). When we question the price Chris tells us it's an extra $75.00 for service after 4:30. At no time were we told about the extra charge up front. Chris also wanted to check all the plumbing in the rest of the house to make sure everything was working ok. When we refused he smarted off. Chris was quite unprofessional and stated it was fine with him if we weren't a repeat customer. Kept saying he and his coworker didn't set the prices. They refused credit card payment and pushed back about taking a check for payment. He preferred cash. Needless to say he took a check.
I would NOT recommend this company!

I just finished a new home and Arronco installed a geothermal Water Furnace Series 7 unit. Working with them from sales through installation was fantastic. They exceeded my expectations and continue to provide great service. I have built with other vendors, but Arronco knows geo. Everything was well planned and executed.

Update: Now my install is three years old and we were having some balance problems with a difficult second floor. Doug came out, idenitified the issue, made some plans and returned to fix the problems. Great service job! We have not had anyone in the home from them we were not pleased with. Well done!
