He worked carefully and quickly to fix our water heater from constant leaking and a valve fail, explaining everything clearly and taking photos for our insurance agent. He gave us recommendations for companies that do restoration services for water damage. He was very professional and friendly, making sure that he addressed any questions we had. I would recommend Travis and H2O Maestro for any plumbing problems.

Roto-Rooter just finished clearing up my drain issue .Without a doubt I will use them for any other plumbing issues might arise. Tyler F. was the most polite and conscientious person I have meet in sometime .He young, but quite knowledgeable and went immediately on issue at hand. He is certainly a 5 star review!!!!

Donivan arrived to my residence on Christmas Eve and was nothing short of phenomenal. While I called most plumbing companies just to be told there isn't much they could do to assist due to cold temperatures. When Donivan arrived he jumped right into action and explained a very thorough game plan on how we would thaw my frozen pipes. He made me feel as comfortable and calm during a very stressful time. Donivan should be recognized and rewarded from your company for an outstanding job. 5 stars!!

On June 21st 2022, Josh James came to assess installing a faucet at the back of the house.
He set up an appt for June 27th and installed the faucet...Yay!!

He was kind, professional, knowledgeable and did a fantastic job. (He's a Master Plumber)

At all times he kept in communication...texting before he came to the house. (Cecil's also sends a text with a map so you can follow on the map when he's on the way) Love that!

I definitely would recommend Cecil's for any plumbing jobs...I know I will be calling the next time I have plumbing that needs to be done.

Chris at Big Blue Wrench reset our toilet. He explained what he had done and why he used a thicker wax ring than the one that was used by the original installer. He cleaned up the work area before leaving. Chris was friendly, polite, and professional. We are very pleased with his work and with the office staff who set up our appointment. This was our second time to use Big Blue Wrench. We were equally impressed with the appointment process, the plumber, and the work completed at our original time off service for a different issue. We highly recommend Big Blue Wrench to anyone needing a plumber.

Cameron came out on a Saturday night, hot and muggy, to fix my air conditioner. Worked by himself for 2 hours on it. Got it fixed. Most grateful!

Trusted Mr. Rooter with a four-figure renovation of my drainage system last year; called them back yesterday in an unrelated emergency to fix a bathtub tap that wouldn't turn off (scary!). Lane was a total professional, showing me what I should have done to shut the water off, as well as quickly and efficiently providing the proper repair. Kudos also to supervisor Sean (sp?) who provided some phone counseling as well.

We needed a full sewer line replacement--it was a complex job, with two lines exiting the house--one under the basement and one under the garage. Bluegrass Rooter successfully pulled new lines using their trenchless (pipe bursting) equipment and worked tirelessly over 2.5 long days to get everything replaced. They saved us from having to dig up our porch, sidewalk, garage, driveway, landscaping and much of the yard. Other companies told us the trenchless method couldn't be done in our situation. These guys know what they are doing! Even better, their pricing was more than fair--less than half of what one of the franchise companies quoted us! Highly recommended.
