We had been having sewer issues on our street. It got to the point where everything we did, laundry, dishes all came up in the bathtub. The toilet left us with at least 2 of water each time we flushed it. Thought we could fix it ourselves, wrong! So I got on the web and found Roto Rooter Plumbing in Lexington, Ky and requested service at 8:30a.m. By 9a.m., I received a phone call stating they were on the way! About 9:15a.m., Derrick pulled in our driveway, was totally polite and pumped out our sewer. He had us check to make sure all was fine before he gave us the bill! Yes, it was a little costly, but his sincerety, quickness of service and being able to have normal sewer functions was all that mattered. I have always gotten great service from Roto Rooter Plumbing, Lexington and will continue to use them.

Extremely professional and efficient work. They replaced two outdoor faucets in less than 2 hours. The cost was half as much as quotes from other plumbers. I will only use PROfetick for all my plumbing needs.

Joe, Andy and Zach did a tremendous job of being persistent until they got my stubborn clog that two other plumbers could not get! Not only that, Joe tightened a wobbly toilet he discovered during the process!! Highly recommend (and I never fill out these surveys, but it was warranted)!

PSI was terrific! I had a difficult sewer replacement job. PSI was determined to do the job correctly and they did. We ran into a couple of surprises along the way. They immediately had options and solutions. All the crew was very professional and personable. They stuck with the job until it was properly completed. I recently needed someone to check out my air conditioning unit. Cecil's sent a young man that was very professional, told me exactly like he was doing, and then above and beyond and changed out my filters, checked my unit in my crawl space and was just an all around nice guy. Would highly recommend them to anyone.

Chris at Big Blue Wrench reset our toilet. He explained what he had done and why he used a thicker wax ring than the one that was used by the original installer. He cleaned up the work area before leaving. Chris was friendly, polite, and professional. We are very pleased with his work and with the office staff who set up our appointment. This was our second time to use Big Blue Wrench. We were equally impressed with the appointment process, the plumber, and the work completed at our original time off service for a different issue. Air went out last night & we made it through the night with fans. Called warranty company first thing this morning. Their contractor advised they couldn't be here until Monday morning! Called Fayette Heating & Air around 10:30 am, and they scheduled someone to be here between 12 noon and 2 pm. By 1 pm, I had air. Quick, reliable, and reasonable services.

What we got was nothing less than awesome. The technician was on sight with in the hour of calling, and a supervisory technician completed the job right after lunch. Job was completed quickly and professionally in under 30 minutes. After seeing what we feel led to do in this ministry, the final total nothing short of the biggest God moment of the day. Well under $100.

They did so many obvious bad mistakes on our job, we spent thousands of dollars repairing all the damage they had done to our property, and some mistakes resulted in permanent damage.

Installed geothermal, did a very nice job. I appreciate how they kept the work space clean. There was a problem the first night, but a tech came out right away and fixed it. Happy with their service.
