I called Roto-Rooter and they sent out a technician right away to clean up our water damage. It took a little bit of time to get a plumber out here but when we did they were fantastic and extremely apologetic and explained the situation. We were extremely satisfied with the clean up technician, John, and with the plumbers, Andrew and Joshua. Andrew provided excellent customer service and diligence to fix our problem.

This was my second time using the services of PROfetick Plumbing Company. Both times, I could not have been happier. From very professional, friendly, and courteous response from the receptionist when calling to schedule an appointment (ALWAYS scheduled very conveniently and quickly), to the actual technicians showing for the appointment very promptly, explaining what services are needed, taking COVID precautions, cleaning up their work area afterwards, and finishing promptly, ALL were done very professionally and competently. I'm sure there are other excellent plumbing services in Lexington, but I am completely sold on PROfetick and will not risk using someone else!

We had to call the plumber out tonight. Dalton for Fast Flow came and told us what the problem was. He was friendly and willing to tell us what was needed and the steps we need to take. He was upfront about what was needed. I will call Fast Flow and ask for Dalton when i need my plumbing fixed. Thank you Dalton

They had appointment as soon as next day. Their technician, Jeremy, was professional and most important of all, did not give me a sales pitch. He knew his job in details.

PSI came and repaired a leak in both of my restrooms. It was easy to schedule an appointment, the staff was very pleasant, and the job was done in a timely manner. I'm quite pleased the service I've received from Cecil's plumbing. I had a leak spring on an upstairs bathtub and they were there within the hour to fix it. I also recently updated a bathroom and they installed the vanity and fixtures promptly and professionally. They are easy to work with, competent (Josh is a Master Plumber and it shows), and reasonably priced. Highly recommended

Chris at Big Blue Wrench reset our toilet. He explained what he had done and why he used a thicker wax ring than the one that was used by the original installer. He cleaned up the work area before leaving. Chris was friendly, polite, and professional. We are very pleased with his work and with the office staff who set up our appointment. This was our second time to use Big Blue Wrench. We were equally impressed with the appointment process, the plumber, and the work completed at our original time off service for a different issue. We highly recommend Big Blue Wrench to anyone needing a plumber.

Problem was explained and there were 2 plans, repair or replace and i took the option of repairing for now being quite aware that i may have to replace the water heater in the near future and everything that Austin Maynard did was professional
