I used Ace Plumbing for repairs to my house for sale, and to my new house for move in. Mr Wilson did a great job scheduling within my time frame, showed up and worked hard to get the work done quickly, and did a clean and professional job in both places.

On time and completed job to my satisfaction.

We have continued to have the same issue with our jetted tub constantly leaking. Each time, we had a different plumber come to supposedly fix the problem and a few weeks to a month or so later the problem started again. When contacting our rental company on the problem they reached out to fast flow plumbing and in which the company sent Joe out to fix the leak. When Joe saw the leak and accessed the issue, he automatically knew exactly the problem once he took the nozzle apart. Joe got the correct part that was needed for the faucet and replaced it. He also double checked the faucet once fixed to make sure it wasn’t going to leak again. I can say he was very professional, on time and was very respectful. He took his time to properly replace and not rush. This is by far the best plumbing company thank you Joe !

Mark Mitchell and his helper Chris have been at my house all afternoon working their butts off to fix my drain. They've been friendly, patient and doing a great job. Highly recommend Dauenhauer! Very fair price too!

I turned in a home warranty claim and the Un-handyman Connection never showed. Aggravated, I called my home warranty company back up and they transferred my claim to Plumbing Systems, Inc. When they came out, they were very fast getting my water heater replaced. I was expecting them to inspect the problem, let my home warranty company know, and then come back later to do the actual work, but this wasn't the case! Once they inspected the situation, they contacted my home warranty company to let them know what I will need to pay for out of pocket, and they picked up the water heater and replaced it within 3 hours.

The workmen who came out were also friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I will definately do business with them again!

Owner made appointment with me, stood me up, and failed to return messages left for him. Completely unprofessional. When I finally caught him in the office, he wouldn’t get on the phone with me. No apology, no offer to come over soon, nothing. Lazy, unprofessional bums.

I had a pipe freeze and crack on Friday 12/23. I spoke with Kyle Friday night and he apologized for not being able to get to me that very evening. He had someone at my house on Saturday 12/24 - Christmas Eve, despite all of the company vans having dead batteries. His employee drove his personal vehicle to my house to fix my cracked pipe on Christmas Eve. I could not be more grateful to Kyle, and to his employee William! Highly recommend a company that cares so much for its clients!
