Chris at Big Blue Wrench reset our toilet. He explained what he had done and why he used a thicker wax ring than the one that was used by the original installer. He cleaned up the work area before leaving. Chris was friendly, polite, and professional. We are very pleased with his work and with the office staff who set up our appointment. This was our second time to use Big Blue Wrench. We were equally impressed with the appointment process, the plumber, and the work completed at our original time off service for a different issue. Employees were all very professional. I had extensive work down over a three day period. They removed all cast iron pipes that were aged and deteriorating and replaced with PVC pipe. I am very satisfied with the finished project.

I scheduled to have my water heater flushed. Charles tried to flush it, but it was too clogged with calcium. He recommended that the water heater would have to be replaced at some point. He explained what the calcium does over time. He also did a full inspection to all the valves in the home. He arrived within the time quoted and worked quickly and thoroughly. Excellent service and will be using Sunny’s Plumbing for all our plumbing needs.

We needed a full sewer line replacement--it was a complex job, with two lines exiting the house--one under the basement and one under the garage. Bluegrass Rooter successfully pulled new lines using their trenchless (pipe bursting) equipment and worked tirelessly over 2.5 long days to get everything replaced. They saved us from having to dig up our porch, sidewalk, garage, driveway, landscaping and much of the yard. Other companies told us the trenchless method couldn't be done in our situation. These guys know what they are doing! Even better, their pricing was more than fair--less than half of what one of the franchise companies quoted us! Highly recommended.
