Had an issue with my outdoor compressor on the coldest day of the year. Fayette sent an outstanding teck to diagnose and resolve my problem. He diagnosed the problem within a few minutes and despite the 13 degree temp. fixed the problem quickly. Could not be more pleased with the service and satisfied completely with my teck. Will continue to call Fayette Heating with any future HVAC issues.

Owner was at my house within hours of me calling with a new water heater. He was very polite and courteous. The installation was neat as a pin! The inspector said it was one of the best jobs he had ever seen. I was charged fairly and the owner worked with me on the payment! We had an emergency situation saturday afternoon. i immediately started googling plumbers and either got voicemail or was politely informed i wouldnt be able to be seen today. Mike answered immediately and had someone to my home within 2 hours. He walked me through shutting off the main water line (we were misinformed about which valve was the primary in our crawl space). All that to say I am very pleased with the service, quality and responsiveness. Highly recommend and will be using again.
