As part of their program Green Box offered a free inspection service of all of our plumbing devices We knew ahead of time we had one problem and Hunter fixed it and did not find any other issues in his inspections.

Honest company with the customer in mind! Our house was serviced by Adam who was very professional and knowledgeable about our 15 year old AC unit and everything we needed to know about repairing it. He informed me of the refrigerant changes coming up and saved us from being slammed with a $5,000 replacement without having time to plan! We greatly appreciate Adam and the entire team and will be exclusively using them for our home from now on! Highly recommend!

Logan, our technician was clean, friendly, thorough and professional. He had us back up and running in no time.

Terrible. Guy didn’t want to do the work so he first said he didn’t have equipment.

Then changed his mine and instead Quoted $800 to change out exterior faucet. It is 30 minute job. Go somewhere else or your going to overpay.

Ron was great, I called at 10 pm needing someone to come out right away bc our water couldn’t be turned back on due to my husband “trying” to fix the problem himself! He has just gotten home but came right over anyways and fixed the problem along with another issue we had for a very fair price! We have found our new plumber! Thanks!

Even if they are busy. They make up for it by getting you the part and getting you out of there quick. These guys want you to be happy!
