First of all, I've never given a review for anything but I think my experience with Marc John is needed. First of all, as soon as he got out of the truck, he was smiling. He really seemed like he was happy to be helping me. Immediately he introduced himself and wanted to know how he could help me. Yes, I know I had to pay for the service but this guy was ginuwinely concerned about my plumbing issue. I asked him how long he has he been in hos profession and he said 18 years. Ask anyone else and they would have acted like I was asking to see if he had the qualifications. Not this guy, he was confident, knowledgable and respectful. He actually told me thst he loved working for his company and that he loves his profession. I say to his company, give him a raise because he deserves it beyond his craft because he does more than just the work. He has the great attitude of sir, Imma take care of your problem and you have nothing to worry about. I've used Fayette Heatimg for 10 years and this is far and beyond my best experience. Give him a raise.

Great company with honest people who know how to fix your problems at reasonable rates. Would highly recommend them and will use again if needed.

I have used PROfetick Plumbing three times now. They have repaired two leaks and replaced my sump pump. They are always on time and very professional. The pricing and quality of work are excellent. I will be using them for all my plumbing needs going forward.

Tech arrived on time, assessed hot water heater situation, recommended replacement due to age of existing water heater, provided cost estimate, agreed immediately to reasonable pricing, installed new water heater with minimal disruption to water and gas services, carried away old water heater and cleaned-up work area upon completion of job. I give technician, Jeremy Jones, a 10 on a 1-10 scale. Excellent work, very nice, professional, helpful, and courteous....everything a customer would want to have when hiring a service person for their home. Great job! Will call Dauenhauer Plumbing when need arises in the future.

We had our water heater catch fire over the weekend. Thankfully didn't do anything, but make the water heater useless. Plumbing systems Inc, were great to work with. Very friendly and fast to come and replace the water heater and even had them install a drip pain as the previous water heater did not have one. Chris and DJ were awesome and we'd recommend them to anyone. We will definitely use them if needed in the future.

If you say you will be there at certain time be there. If something comes up, which happens, call and let the customer know. Business 101. Expected better.

Chris at Big Blue Wrench reset our toilet. He explained what he had done and why he used a thicker wax ring than the one that was used by the original installer. He cleaned up the work area before leaving. Chris was friendly, polite, and professional. We are very pleased with his work and with the office staff who set up our appointment. This was our second time to use Big Blue Wrench. We were equally impressed with the appointment process, the plumber, and the work completed at our original time off service for a different issue. We highly recommend Big Blue Wrench to anyone needing a plumber.

I’m very satisfied with Mr Rooter plumbing. They arrived when they said they would. They were very clear with what the issue was, offered a quote, and even gave me an opportunity to accept or decline their services. I was assigned Bryson Tackett along with Trevor. They are a great team. They communicated well with each other and offered solutions to each others problems as they would arise. On top of that they explained how I could fix further issues that could potentially cause problems down the line. Overall I’m very satisfied with their services and am confident that anyone else who calls, will be too!!

My neighbor had this company come out to replace a water line. In the process, this company dug in my yard across the property line without permission, drove their excavator onto my property and totally messed up my landscaping. None of this has been repaired by the company. They also hit a gas line and we had to evacuate our home and property on a Sunday afternoon.

Debating whether I will sue for trespass and property damage. Do NOT recommend.
