good quality work employees very mannerly and respectful only complaint was misunderstanding of proposal but owner honored the proposal we thought the price was going to be. two many details just needed to know what bottom line cost was but other than that very good company to work with.

The technician not only did a good job he reported my concern to the company and they called with a follow up and an apology. They gave me a gift of money off on my next visit

Worst service I have ever received. I was told $450 for the issue I had and it ended up being $800 to drive 20 minutes and fix a clogged drain. The technician told us to go outside and dig a hole to expose the pipe he needed to get to and he would consider charging us less.

Excellent, honest, efficient, friendly service. Gary diagnosed the problem we’ve been having and saved us from spending money on a new water heater that he determined we didn’t need at this time. Could not have asked for a better experience. This was our first time using PROfetick’s services, but we will rely on them for all of our future plumbing needs.

I needed there help for our yoilet and scheduled an appointment for today and they called me saying they voted be there earlier and I was so thankfully cause no yo many businesses do that, they are soooooooooo great and I will co tinge to use them for future needs to our homes.

Would have given 0 stars but the technicians were nice and did do the job. The quote I was given to clear the line and pump the septic was a joke. I was told due to the holiday weekend, it would cost double. Okay...understandable. The bill however was the quote plus an additional 44%. Wow. Neither the owner nor the office manager will call me back. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
