What a terrible experience. Just purchased a house and had some questionable thermostat connections. The dog$hit tech's recommendation was to replace the whole system than figure it out. Going elsewhere.

Haik was extremely professional, and showed he really cared. Serviced my AC Unit that he installed last October. Everything is in great working condition. Company is honest and reliable, I recommend them 100%.

Mike is the man. I had leak in my bathroom faucet, been dealing with the non stop dripping. I even attempted to do it myself and couldn’t do it. Made one call to silver state and they sent mike I had the problem fix in little to no time.. thanks for the great job, you the man

These 2 gentlemen installed a water filtration system in our house. T,hey worked like a surgical team. Very knowledgeable, explained the system and what to expect in the first couple of days and were extremely courteous. My husband and I wouldn't hesitate to call Nationwide Plumbing for any future plumbing needs

We discovered a toilet leak at 3:30pm Saturday night. We contacted Goettl, the dispatcher was so kind and empathetic, she made the panicked feeling go away. A service technician called at 7:45am to let me know they were on the way. Quick and efficient. The technician that they sent appeared inexperienced and confused at times but he was able to fix the leak. $650 later and hopefully I won't have to replace mycarpet! Overall great experience.

They have a guy there that think no all and allhe doesis talks big game. I don't recommend this company. Seems worse service.

We were having flooring installed including a powder room. When the flooring company made the measurements and the plan, they stated they could remove and reinstall the sink and toilet in the powder room. Come day 1 of install and they said they couldn't remove the sink. We called Best and they were able to send someone out that afternoon which meant no delay in the flooring installation. They also went ahead and booked the return appointment to reinstall them without us asking. All around fantastic experience and thr speed was so appreciated.

Technician TL was on time and perform maintenance on ac and mini splits in a professional manner. He told me that one of mini splits was low on freon and recharge it full. I would definitely recommend this company to service ac and mini splits.

They were affordable for my budget. Easy to pay. Called before arriving. Very professional. Came out the next day.

I would ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY !!!! I have been unable to get a response back regarding an open order to fix my Air Conditioning Unit, this has been going on for over a week and three days prior to that which was a weekend plus the first Monday of the week. This company came out on a Tuesday the representative was very knowledgeable but for the rest of the company SUCKS. HOME WARRANTY SAYS THEY ARE WAITING FOR A REPORT FROM AC PRO COMPANY TO DISPATCH SOMEONE OUT TO COMPLETE THE JOB. Have been put on hold for extremely long times to speak to representative. 😡😡

I am happy on how the visit went. They called an hour prior to verify that we were home and on their way over.Josh was very polite and friendly. He did our maintenance in good time and let us know about some preemptive measures we should take. He wasnt pushy about it thankfully, so I was appreciative about that.All in all, It went well on my end and have no complaints. Thanks for your service guys and thank you Josh.
