Best Tankless Water Heating in Las Vegas NV

Very knowledgeable plumber/technician saved us having to rip holes everywhere to find our problem. He was efficient and friendly and helpful. I paid $6100 up front for a tankless water heater to be installed during a week when I wouldnt be home. The sales rep informed me Eternal Plumbing would take care of everything including permitting etc. and I wouldn't have to do anything. The install began on a Tuesday and ended Wednesday. Im assuming the install is complete, however, I came home to a house with no hot water. The company failed to inform me when they were finished and failed to inform me that I needed to contact the gas company for gas hookup and failed to inform me I needed to contact the inspector to inspect the unit. At the point of sale, I was told all of this would be done by Eternal Plumbing. I called the gas company today and was told the next appointment was next Tuesday (8 days away). So, I wont have hot water for a total of 14 days (and I paid $6100 for it!). If you want a company that overcharges, under-delivers, and abandons an excellent customer, go with Eternal Plumbing. The exhaust on the tankless water heater is crooked and the pipe insulation inst wrapped or glued together, I guess they had better things to do than complete this job. What a joke.

Percision Plumbing came to our home quickly during an emergency plumbing problem. Our technician Kerwin, was professional and courteous during his visit. He was quick to diagnose our issue and fix the problem. I highly recommend Precision Plumbing and in particular ask for Kerwin. Very pleasant to work with. 5 + Stars!!!!

We had a water mark on a downstairs ceiling indicating some sort of leak upstairs. Francisco was very clear on the process and cost to cut the ceiling and look for the leak. The leak was identified and corrected in a step-by-step process that insured we got the job done correctly. Francisco was professional, knowledgeable, punctual and seemed to have a genuine concern to get the job done right.

Buyer Beware!!!!! I just used these guys for a water softener install. I have no complaints about the quality of the work Rene did. My problem was with the shady business practices he displayed. He said that it was going to cost 800+ to install the unit because he needed some other piece or whatever. I said fine then I’ll just go with Home Depot cuz they said they could do it for 375. Then this dweeb from silver state plumbing said he had the parts on his vehicle and he could do it for 300! Lol I’m glad I knew about how much it was supposed to cost otherwise I would have been out 500$!!!! So for anyone wondering for a new home it should cost 3-400$ to install ur water softener. What a tool.

REALLY! Cannot give this place any stars. THEY HAD THE NERVE TO SUBMIT A FALSE REPORT to American Home Warranty (AHW). The tech was shown that water was NOT coming out of the faucet and said NOTHING about this issue in their report to AHW! INSTEAD THEY REPORTED THERE WERE NO PLUMBING ISSUES!! I also called them for an estimate in the past and their estimate was high compared to other contractors. SO WHEN YOU GET THEIR MEASLY FLIER IN THE MAIL, GO WITH ANOTHER COMPANY with the knowledge that there are plenty of other companies to go to for better service and more reasonable PRICING!!

These guys are FANTASTIC !! They called before they came over and got here when they said they would and not only tackled the problem but also fixed a couple of minor problems left by the last contractor at NO extra charge. Their work is top shelf !! I would recommend them to anyone.

Had the team at 702 PlumbAir come out and replace my full main line from the street to the inside of the garage. The team came in by far the most affordable for this job, executed at exceptional speed to get us water again, communicated throughout the process, and even came back out after everything was paid to do a minor thing I noticed after the job was already done. Loved my experience with 702 PlumbAir and will use them again - I went with them after seeing their teams replies to reviews online - always a good sign and I was not disappointed. Lots of different team members for a job this size and all of them were amazing.

Made an appointment for a simple service call days in advance. I take 1/2 day off work in anticipation of appointment. Day of called to confirm appt... 'yes our guy will be there'. Appointment time comes & goes... no-call / no-show by these folks. I then call in asking what's up & get janked around by call staff. Eventually some tech calls me asking me questions like I had just cold-called in real-time & says if they do come there'll be additional charges because it's now 'after hours'....wait wat? Long story short, they never came when they were supposed to & nobody followed up the next business day. YMMV but for my $ I'll take my plumbing biz to a company that actually wants my business.

I was driving down Ft Apache coming from Tropicana at about 4:30-4:45pm on 8/23. Your tech driving a Raptor Plumbing Van #12 was reckless with his driving. He was dodging in and out of traffic lanes, speeding, taking off on green lights, going off into the desert to go around cars and trying his best to get home, I can only assume, in Mts Edge. Only to pull up next to him and find him looking at his phone possibly texting. I call to complain and you guys close at 4pm. Makes sense why he was driving erratic. Gotta get home on Friday night right?! All this while I'm driving with my 3 year old in his car seat. People like this and companies that hire people like this don't deserve jobs or to be in business. Hopefully people read this and choose another company for their plumbing needs!
