Vince of Silverstate Refrigeration & HVAC was a real life-saver to me. He made 3 visits to replace a motor that wasn't functional and didn't stop until my home AC worked to bring the temperature down from 95 degrees to a livable 72 degrees. We noticed a leak from a pipe in our garage and called this company right away. Mike came out the very next day and repaired the issue. We were pleased with his work, he was super professional, personable, and he answered all of our questions. He also used a face mask which is important in these uncertain Covid 19 times. My experience with this company has been short but sweet. My first contact was with the office manager, I think his name is Brian. He worked with me several times to work their tech into my schedule and was most personable and helpful. I had a fair amount of plumbing issues for my rental property. A few companies I called for estimates were very high and the attitude of the tech was your house is in bad shape and needs a lot of work. After his sales pitch, they sent in the closer to finalize the deal, but I didn't like their aggressive stance. American Brothers really impressed me by sending Clint Adams to do my work. He singlehandedly changed out my old hot water tank, rebuilt my toilet, adjusted another one, and installed two new faucets in the bathroom. Not only was he knowledgeable and professional, but he was a very personable man who explained everything to me who understands very little of plumbing issues. As a retired military guy, I appreciated that the company hires veterans and their phone number says it all. I was also impressed with Clint's workmanship and how he was very neat and kept my place clean. I told him next year I will ask for him personally; however, I think anyone would do well with any of the technicians, as the company itself is very consumer-focused and offers excellent work at a fair price. I would heartily recommend them.

Do not use this company! They just want your credit card. Mount Charleston friends do not use. They do not work on propane but will tell you they do to collect a $250 service fee!

So the service was greatcame fast and fixed the problem but when they left my toilet was leaking a little bit and somehow there was water coming out of the kitchen I fixed it by tightening the toilet connector they tell me it's normal and should stop in 30 mins which I thought was kinda normal since all the water so the guy who came out was awesome he was great nice guy great hard worker then I call and ask the service manager delinda if they would be able to help if something were to happen if it was due to the plumbing job she just kinda laughed at me and started getting angry and was trying to throw blame at me trying to make it my fault I was just asking of it was something on their end then would they be able to clear it up she didn't care she was just trying to make it my fault. When I called the first time she also laughed at my plying problems because I asked for a quote which I thought was very rude like I have enough problems already I'm trying to do business I just wanna know what it's gonna cost me. Well the service was good but they need to hire someone to take calls because she was way too unpleasant 5 stars on the service but 1 on the way they're handling there business.
