My water heater wasnt working. I called in the morning and they scheduled me 10-12 for someone to come out. I had Adan for my repair guy. He parked and had his cones around his vehicle. Awesome. He introduce himself and ask what the problem was. He was very thorough in explaining everything for me. My husband was not home so I had to make the decision etc. Adan had his mask on the whole time and wore gloves. Very clean. He finished the job very quick. I had a wonderful experience with him. They've done a good job at resolving a very touchy customer service situation. Their repair work is good and they were ultimately very accommodating. I think a little bit of training on how to avoid situations like mine, rather than having to salvage them, would have gotten them their fifth star. Otherwise, good job.

The plumber we had out before had no idea what they were doing If they repaired it the way they wanted to do would have cost us thousands of dollars and a whole lot of heartaches with broken pipes and an additional 10,000 dollars to do all the water damage. Fantastic service!. I had just spent 4 days waiting on a different plumber to replace a hot water heater that had been assigned to them by my home warranty program. After being frustrated for the last time, I fired this company and took the cash pay-off and sought a plumber on my own. I searched Google and called Focus who transferred me to the manager. Joe heard my frustration and empathized with me ... more importantly, he had the exact hot water heater in stock (the same one the other company was going to have to find and order). What's amazing is that they had an installer out to my property within 4 hours. They didn't charge me anything extra for the expedited service. Brandon came to our house and gave us a quote for a water softener as they are who did the plumbing in our new build. He was very nice and knowledgeable and the price was very competitive to other systems we got quotes for. He also was very considerate in that when I answered the door in a mask (I am on immunosuppressants and don’t even want a cold) he offered to put a mask on as well which was a kind gesture.

Oscar was the technician sent out to fix our tankless water heater and he was amazing! He came out late at night and even went to pick up a part and come back to make sure we had hot water that night. We were going on 5 days of no hot water and no one seemed to be able to help us until Focus plumbing and Oscar. The problem was quickly fixed and we appreciate that he went above and beyond to make sure things were taken care of immediately. Great customer service.

Excellent job on my shower cartridge replacement. The handyman TJ Ward screwed it up both times (and charged me both times too!). I got sick of him and asked my homebuilder who I should use and they recommended Focus Plumbing. It is hard to find a good and reasonably priced plumber these days, and I'm glad I found them.

Ryan was to our home on 12-3-18 to flush out our water heater for the winter, he was was friendly, had a good appearance and nice personality. He advised that our water heater was in very good shape and didn't require a Anorod replacement for at least another year.

If you have a Bosch water heater, Never try them. They just talk me that that brand is not good and recomended me changing another water heater that doesnt fit in my actual installation, so they quote me changing all the instalation for 5,400 USD, finance plan, membership, etc. They didn't solve anything and just charge me 69 USD for nothing.

Called at 5PM to report water leak and was told someone would be at my home within an hour. About 40 minutes later Jim Stout came to the door and within an hour and 20 minutes he found and repaired the leak in our attic. It was a slow leak that eventually worked it's way down the walls.

Jim came to flush out our tankless hot water heater. As usual he was on time and friendly. Started work promptly and finished in quick order. Everything was fine and he was gone before we knew it. Always wears his booties and brings in floor mats. Jim is wonderful to work with. AAA+++ and highly recommended!

We worked with Focus Pluming and their technician, Landon on 2 occasions. He came out to take a look at our electric water heater and let us know we had to replace it. Landon was very professional and kind. Needless to say, we replaced the heater under warranty. A month or so later we noticed that the water heater was making a hissing sound as well as draining excess water outside. We scheduled an appointment with Focus and Landon came back out to help. There was a faulty valve that was creating the issue and Landon was quick to replace the part.
Everything, including the work was covered under warranty. I would absolutely recommend Focus Pluming because their technicians, managers, and office staff are super professional and you can tell they want to go the extra mile to get you taken care of. Thank you for all your help guys!

Our water heater went down Saturday night and we called 2am, Adan showed up Sunday morning at 8am and replace our water heater within 1.5 hours, he is very professional. Great company and great technician!

Water softener

Bad drivers. Had truck FP79 cut us off on I-15 North bound today. Driver was tailgating and swerving too soon into lanes. Getting to customers timely is important, but not at the expense of poor driving habits that borders on dangerous to reckless. I don't recommend this company to anyone for that reason

Adan listened to my experiences with other plumbing companies this week, including my home warranty company and then diagnosed my tankless water heater issues, confirmed he had the parts to fix it and confirmed the price prior to starting the job. Something none of the two other companies were able to do. He completed the job and left no evidence of work done, so cleaned up after himself. Bad customer service , when they answered the phone , they asked bunch of your information like name and address , phone number and email , but I told them I just need a price quote , they said they can’t give any price , i said ok just come in and do an estimate, they said they will charge $69 for just give you an price quote.

This is the worst rip off. I called to get an estimate to replacd a hose bib. Was told there would be a $69 for the estimate but they could not give me a hint or guesstimate of what it might cost. It is not a big job so agreed to have the tech come out. Rep came and gave a big presentation on their discount programs and then showed me their price listing. Replacing a hose bib fell into catagory 3...which was $280 and that was in addition to the $69 for the estimate. What a rip off..!!! They could have easily given me the cost on the phone.
Called another plummer who fixed the whole thing in 15 minutes for 1/3 the cost....

Focus Plumbing is excellent. They are like a well oiled machine. Great communication and prompt call backs and scheduling.

I called for an emergency appointment and got a technician out here on the same day. Diagnostics were performed with recommendations AND a plan moving forward. This was key as my husband and I were able to prepare for a length of time without hot water. Although, we didn't need to prepare much because our water heater issue was resolved in a quick and timely manner. The weekend and manufacturer business hours were the only things that slowed things down really, nothing to do with the company itself.

Major props to Adan! Adan, who has extensive knowledge and experience in his field, walked us through every step of the way. He was patient with our questions. He is kind, timely, meticulous, knowledgeable and efficient.

Once again Focus Plumbing and Technician Adan came thru. It's not always pleasant to awake finding your main water line pressure regulator valve has gone out. But because of Focus Plumbing and Adan's response and the handling the matter...my worries of damage occurring to the plumbing inside the home are gone.

I highly recommend looking into Focus Plumbing's clubs. I am a Diamond Club member. Well worth the cost. Just the priority response time provided to Club members makes it worth while. As is said...time is money. Sitting around for days waiting for a plumber to respond wastes that time. Take that into consideration.

They did the plumbing in my newly built house and there were multiple issues. The dishwasher was leaking everywhere after the second use. I have pictures of the water everywhere. I had to remove the dishwasher and install the drain hose correctly. I also had to fix the hose going into the dishwasher vent as that was installed incorrectly as well.

I also had a leak in my ceiling because they didn't crimp two PEX T fittings properly and they were leaking. I now have a giant hole in my ceiling from where they did the repair and it's been that way for about two months without hearing anything from them.

I am beyond disappointed and I am worried about the the other plumbing in my house as it is proven the installer didn't do a thorough job. I am disappointed about how much I paid for my plumbing upgrades and how much the house cost with the poor quality of work that was done. I actually have trouble sleeping now because I'm worried that something else will be wrong and I won't notice in time for the warranty.

Luis was lovely! Very timely, and efficient! He fixed our problem we had already spent a mini fortune on...thank you very much!

I hired Focus plumbing for a second time (first was a tankless water heater in 2013) after my main water line ruptured somewhere under garage. Luis came 40 min after i called to give me estimate on Friday. The project was scheduled on Monday , i was out of state, but arranged everything necessary to finish a job. I still do not understand why i got water inside my house during the project when i did not have it before, that moment was scary, but it did not last, only a few days and dried out after, thanks to low humidity in Vegas. Luis came at 5:15 am on Tuesday, wow, it was impressive. Result : YES, i am happy with Focus plumbing job performance , Luis is very professional and knowledgeable, i would hire this company third time if i need it. I give 5 STARS for both projects and recommend it to other people in town.

Landon came right on time. He was personable and knowledgeable about our water heater - he was there for a flush. He answered all our questions and got the job done quick.

A friend recommended Focus Plumbing many years ago, and they have been my go to plumbing company ever since. They've always responded the same day, and always within the time window, if not before. This time Adan promptly responded to replace our water heater. He was very professional and personable. He explained the benefits of changing to a Tankless water heater, the manufacturer, model, and pricing. Unfortunately we had guests staying with us and it would've taken a few days just to get the heater, so we opted for the direct replacement.
While he was installing the new water heater I did some research on the Tankless. When Adan was finished he took the time to answered all my questions about the model, pricing, and installation. He went into detail about how the installation would look as if the Tankless heater was installed when the house was built.
I will continue to use and recommend Focus Plumbing to my friends.

We are very happy with our service technician Brandon. We had scheduled an annual service for our tankless water heater. Brandon arrived on time and was a pleasure to work with. We hope to have him back for our next service.

Adan arrived within 40 minutes of calling the office. He was very professional and well versed in this brand of tankless water heater. He was familiar with this issue and quickly identified the problem. Had our tankless water heater repaired fast. He worked efficiently and neat. I definitely will request him for any future plumbing issues in our home.

I had a water leak inside my wall. Water was running out onto the floor of my garage. I called Focus Plumbing and they sent Adan Ramirez out within a few hours. Adan quoted me a fixed price for opening the wall and repairing the leak. I was a little confused by this at first, because I'm used to being charged for time and supplies. But he quickly got to work and replaced the leaking fitting inside the wall. Because he was able to do it without removing my utility sink, he ended up charging me less than the original quote. First time that's ever happened! Adan was very professional and communicated very clearly with me. I will definitely call Focus again in future.

Had a string of bad luck...Summer in Vegas is Hot Hot...my AC went out and in the middle of that a plumbing issue that I had to turn the water to the whole the house! Focus to the rescue! With a house at 110 degrees my plumber did a great job getting the problem fixed that day! all the parts needed were on the truck! My plumbing problem fixed in 4 hours the AC took nine days...Thanks Focus ...Part II just had focus snake a drain....in and out in an hour...Wife is happy...Thanks Focus for making me look good

3 trips to fix the same issue. Very poor communication and unresponsive to phone calls for ordering part, had no hot water for more than 1 week. Missed appointment window by more than 1 hour to top it all off.

Do not call the number that is on your water heater. Total rip off. The only reason they have 2 stars is because of response time. They took care of everything same day. WAY over priced. Charged me $716 to replace my less than 2 year old water heater THAT THEY INSTALLED. I tried to ask for a cost breakout and is all they would tell me is that it's a flat rate pricing consisting of a $69 service fee (totally reasonable) and $647 flat rate warranty replacement fee including material, labor, exchange fees, permits and inspections. Well, still have no permit or inspection and they didn't replace the insulation that was around our unit either. They have 180 days to get the permit and inspection and boy do they take it. We're working on day 50 already. What a rip off. Will never call again.

After speaking with Joe (Service Manager) about the initial consultation regarding our home builders choice of tankless water tanks we came upon agreement on their mid tier tank to replace the original. Luis came out and was extremely pleasant to deal with. He was very polite, nice and professional (exactly what I was expecting). He explained the process of what he needed to do and finished just about when he thought he would. A day later Joe again followed up to ensure I was happy and satisfied with the product and installation. Joe also let me know that they'll follow up with a tutorial like visit to better familiarize ourselves with the new built in features. I'm impressed!

Service was great. Luis was very punctual and professional. I thought it was a bit expensive but he carried a booklet with prices and tables, so I knew that even though it was expensive, he wasn’t making it up or ballooning prices. He was very helpful and explained everything.

Service was excellent and outstanding but I feel like the cost to do the particular job for my water heater was ridiculous. I understand the company needs to make money but crazy amounts to replace a gasket is insane. The customer service was excellent but when the prices are over the top it just makes me wanna consider looking around before calling the company that actually installed the water heater.

I was hired 1 month before holidays by Lucy payroll mngr, she would constantly ask me how I would feel at work plus asked me personal questions that made me feel uncomfortable! she would have me do more work than others, she would let everyone else leave early except me and just right after the holidays next thing I know my position was on line, so she just used me to cover the holidays! Woke up this morning with water leaking from my tankless water heater. Called Focus Plumbing for assistance. Technician Adan arrived and provided great customer service. I called Focus, and set up a time for a plumber to come out. Jim showed up right on time. He had a book with pre-set prices for most standard service items, and showed me what the work would cost. He had everything he needed on the truck and completed the work about 30 minutes faster than he told me it would take. Left the work areas cleaner than they were when he got there.

I was experiencing water flow that was down to a trickle throughout the house. This was the first time using Focus Plumbing and their dispatcher had a technicin to my home in less than an hour. Mike did a thouroug diagnosis of the problem, and within 2-1/2 hours we had full water flow returned to every sink and shower in the home. One of the most significant issues was with our Tankless Water Heater. Mike was respectful of our home, inculding being very diligent about making sure that our two indoor-only cats remained safely within their home.
Their pricing is fair for the excellent work performance, and Focus Plumbing is now my go-to for plumbing service issues. Being as unobtrusive observer as I could be, and Mike educated me on the proper maintenance of a Tankless Water Heater and the other issues he remidied. I told my wife, Joyce, that I received 2 values for the money spent; first is the professional service, and the other part I consider tuition for the education I received.

I needed a new water heater installed. Brandon was awesome! He was friendly and upfront. The installation was done as quickly as possible. I recommend that you request Brandon to come and assist you.

Jesse and JP were so professional. They came in and made short work of the water main intake to the building. We found an area that mold started developing and called Focus! Jesse and JP came out quickly, and replace the leaking part of the giant water line. In less than half a day, we were back up and running without issue. They were professional, courteous and made a plumbing issue into a great experience. I would encourage everyone to contact Focus is all employees are like them!

Honestly I just wanted the visit to be over he knew nothing and was guessing could be this could be that and I was getting quoted anywhere from 300 to 600 just to get a toilet seal fixed a little rubber flap. I need an older experienced plumber not a young novice sorry this is why I do. Not want to google a plumber you are just getting a company that is sending people that don’t know how to just get it fixed instead the option is completely new things well I don’t have it now I’m so I just needed a quick fix instead I’m out 70 for a diagnostic instead of a fix cause it’s by the book not by life experience of quick fixes. I’m glad it was over I was probably gonna set my self up for some new loan just to replace a toilet or get a rubber replacement for the flap like what are we doing here . I have been waiting to get a job for months to call a plumber to fix a simple thing for like the time and the fix no it was all these extra papers and signatures and monthly plans like bye don’t play with peoples money just do the job

The plumber (Landon) was on time, extremely personable, respectful of my home and did a great job within the timeframe he estimated for completion of all repairs. Unlike 2 other companies I called the estimate was not free and the estimate fee was not applied towards my final bill. Even so I was glad to have Landon do the job and I was comfortable with him in my home so that’s why I went with this company over the other 2 companies I got estimates from. He made a couple of suggestions for additional things I hadn’t initially thought of and applied no pressure towards me considering having done them also done. Ultimately, I ended up having him do all the suggested repairs. Even though I spent a lot more than I had originally anticipated I felt like his advise was good and in the end I feel like it was all worth it.

I called Focus Plumbing to have my stopped toilet cleared. Jesse was dispatched to my home to provide this service. Appt time was 10 a.m. - 12 pm. I received a text and email regarding the appt and that the technician was on his way.
Jesse was great about diagnosing the problem with my stopped toilet. After he cleared the toilet, he tested it a few times to make sure it was fixed. Jesse also wore protective booties, so not to track in outside dirt into my house, and was very professional during the entire appt.
He was able to take care of the payment also at the end of the appt.
I am very satisfied with the outcome of this plumbing company. Will call them again if I need to in the future. Thank you Jesse!

I called about my tankless water heater which hasn’t been fixed by the original company I contacted , I had no hot water for a month ! Focus plumbing sent Mike and he fixed my heater in less than an hour ! To top it off he even unclogged my kitchen sink, which he didn’t have to do. Luis was fantastic & conducted himself in a very professional manner at all times. His knowledge of his trade surpasses other plumbers I have encountered in the past.

We purchased a new home and upgraded the master bath with a tub. Focus plumbing installed the tub damaged and cracked. We found the damage during the walkthrough and was told it will be fixed. We have been waiting over 2 years for the tub to be replaced. We paid a lot of money for the upgrades in the master bath. Focus plumbing is a sleazy company that waited for the initial warranty to expire and say they cant do anything about it! Very unprofessional company who doesnt care about their clients and only money!!

We called Focus at 8:30 am on a Saturday and they had Landon at our house by 11 am. He wasn’t able to reach the water heater manufacturer on the weekend so he came back Monday. We were given w service window if 10-noon. He was very prompt, arriving around 11am and done by 11:45. I give Landon 5 stars for professionalism.

I found Focus Plumbing online and based on other reviews, asked for their help. I had repeated backups in my sewer line and our sewer line insurance company kept sending incompetent plumbers who said it was nothing. After 4 major backups of brown water into the showers and tubs, Focus Plumbing came out and within an hour, Jesse had diagnosed the issue. Roots from a tree had crushed the outgoing sewer line! The sewer line insurance finally agreed to do the same work up and quoted me A LOT to fix the problem and they would only cover $3k of that (don’t waste your money on sewer line insurance), but we would have to remove concrete to give the plumbers access and then do the backfill and concrete repair on our own and at our cost. This was a 10-20 foot span of our foundation that needed to be removed, including under walls and such.

Focus Plumbing included removal of the concrete, repair, and filling everything in at almost half the price. They were on-time, personable, and did a great job. I trusted them so much that I gave them the keys to my house since I was not in the state and let them do what they needed to do.

Every employee has been exceptional and I would never hesitate to recommend Focus Plumbing to anyone who wants a trustworthy and reliable company.

Imagine the horror of waking up to a busted water heater. Water all over your garage floor. I called Focus and they sent over a dynamite knowledgeable technician. When my husband mentioned it to Brandon while he was replacing a toilet, Brandon told us about a circulator option. We thought it sounded too good to be true but decided to go for it based on Brandon's enthusiastic recommendation. He ordered the parts, installed it last Wednesday, and it is great! We used to have to run the water for 2 minutes in order to get hot water in the farthest bathroom, that time is down to less than 20 seconds and it's almost instantaneous in the closest bathroom. Drivers are hazardous and aggressive. Pulled out in front of me going the speedlimit and then did not accellerate, when i flipped him off he got behind me at a high rate of speed and put his brights on. When i try to call there is no way to leave a message. I saw him filming while operating his vehicle so you know which incident i am talking about.

Water softener installation

We just moved into our new built home in 2021 and new we wanted to have a water softener system installed but didn't know from who. We heard of many other companies online and but our realtor said to check out if the plumbing company that did our house had any softening systems. I checked the tag on my water heater and saw focus plumbing and went to their website and found out the do water softener system installation. I called them up the next day and had them come out.

I had Adan come out and I was impressed by his professionalism and kindness. He was very knowledgeable about his product. He tested our water and explained every thing he was doing. Once he did that, he broke down the types of system that focus plumbing offered. He was able to answer all my questions and he wasn't trying to upsell me or I didn't even feel pressured that I had to buy something right then and there.

Yes, I knew a whole system water softener was gonna be expensive, but I knew it's worth it in the long run especially living in Vegas and constantly having hard water. I was surprised that even though the price was expensive, it wasn't as bad as I thought it was gonna cost. The prices were anywhere between $2500-$5000 if I remember correctly.

I had Adan install my system same day after signing and installation was a breeze. He said it would take roughly about 4 hours and I think he was done before that. The system is nice, sturdy, and durable. It doesn't look out of place in our garage. He provided 2 bags of sure soft coarse salt before he left.

After having it for almost a year now, system has been running great with no issues. I've kept up with refilling the salt with the recommend sure soft extra coarse salt from Lowes and no more dry skin since we've had it installed. They can set it up to flush your pipes every 30 days at midnight and that's what we have and haven't had an issue.

Overall, I'd recommend focus plumbing if your looking for a water softener system. I've already recommended them to my friends at work and hope they experience the same customer service and professionalism I got from Adan and their product.

Adan was my technician and he let me know what was happening at every turn and bent over backwards to make sure I was taken care of. We just got a new water softening system by Puronics. The service from Adan was exceptional. He was very knowledgeable about the system and very thorough. He removed the previous connection that looked sloppy and replaced it with a much better look. Quality work.

Would never use or recommend this company based on the recklessness of their drivers. Truck with license plate 390g69 nearly ran me off the road swerving into my lane going southbound on Russell. They also dangerously tailgated every single car they got behind and were speeding and swerving through lanes. All of this while it was pouring rain out. Had I not lost sight of the vehicle and direction of travel I would have reported them to metro. I’m sure those in need of emergency plumbing appreciate a sense of urgency, but that is no excuse to risk the lives of others on the road and it certainly doesn’t grant the right to break driving/traffic laws.

Called for an estimate to re-round a bent copper tube. Said it was a $69 service fee just to come look (which is waived IF I say yes to a quote) and couldn’t tell me an hourly price for their service because they quote “by the job.” They also offered an “A-List membership” if I had the work done...cuz I’m SO valued. So...$69 just to look and wasted if they quote something outrageous. It’s strong-arming. I said no thanks.

Second time Using Focus Plumbing: My upstairs shower's handle and faucet were accidentally knocked off, which created a leak in the wall and caused water to drip downstairs. I called Focus Plumbing, even though there are several other plumbers in my community. I was contacted within 15-20 minutes after calling their switchboard by Adan. He showed up within an hour and had ALL repairs done within an hour and 45 min. He went above and beyond to fix my shower and restore water to my house. Adan is an excellent plumber and I will definitely call Focus Plumbing again.

Had a technician, Mike, come out to see what options Focus can do for my new house in regards to water softener. Mike was really knowledgeable and respectful explaining everything their water softener can do for my home. I still have to work it into my budget but chances are that I will ultimately go with Focus and I highly recommend them.

Had a great experience from start to finish! Our water heater was leaking profusely and flooded our garage. Focus Plumbing helped make a stressful situation into a huge relief once they arrived. From the pleasant experience with the phone representative, to dispatch calling back promptly to schedule and lastly our technician, Jesse. He was very helpful, professional, and informative with the questions we had making sure we were 100% satisfied with everything before he finished the job.

The tech was knowledgeable and friendly and could have performed the repairs. Unfortunately I felt the rates were high and decided not to use the service. Perhaps inflation is worse than I thought and I am out of touch with pricing for this type service.

Our sink has been leaking when the dishwasher runs for a few months now and we haven’t been able to fix. Adan was able to identify the issue, fix it and give us a few other great tips for how to be sure our garbage disposal will last longer and flow easily. Our Plumber was Adan and he was the ultimate professional, took time to explain what and why he was doing. We felt he genuinely cared and
