Do not use this awful, terribly run business. Reviews are out dated and this business has no respect for appointments they make. Cancelled last minute (within the last half hour of our 3 hour window) on an appointment that we made weeks in advance for when we were not working...they then have the nerve to offer to come the next day when we work, but get this... they offer to come between certain hours still, not at a specific time that works best for us. What a joke of business practices. Then they offered to come two weeks later, lol. Business' like this should not be able to be getting good reviews and be getting business from that. Terrible people, service and a complete lack of standards and business regard. Try anyone other than these arrogant jerks...Do yourself a favor and don't deal with their supposed fair prices. Would rather pay a little extra to deal with a decently run business.

I was given a free estimate with super-fast service for my 2 bathroom sinks which needed replacing. They found beautiful new sinks that went well with my faucets, which they said were still in very good condition and did not need to be replaced. Great customer service, professional and courteous, they cleaned up afterwards, and charged a fair price. I will definitely call Plumbtech again for any other plumbing services I need. Highly recommend!

My water heater sprung a leak and I needed a replacement quickly. Plumbtech made the effort to replace the heater the next day. The experience was excellent.
A quality replacement and a professional installation made me a very satisfied customer. I will use them for any plumbing needs that may arise in the future.

Called Dino’s Plumbing to replace my water heater and Wow, so impressed with the customer service and attention to detail. Wouldn’t let me lift a finger to help move things out of the way so was able to keep working as they did their thing. Found my plumber for life and love that they’re a family owned and operated small business. Thanks Dino and Michelle for a great experience! Definitely recommending you to all my friends and family!

We discovered that the pipes that support our master bath were not the correct pipes installed and it caused a water leak into our kitchen. We called our home warranty company and then sent out Anytime Plumbling to assess the situation. They came back with all this unnecessary work and told our warranty company that the work that was done was out of code which of course gave the warranty company an out not to cover the damages. Anytime Plumbing comes back us saying they can fix it for $4k! My wife calls Dino and he comes to the rescue. He identified the issue in 5 minutes and fixed it in 30 minutes for 12% of what Anytime Plumbing charged. If you need a trustworthy and quality plumbing service, Dino plumbing is the way to go!

It has been 2 weeks since I first contacted them. One week ago they sent someone out to look and give me an estimate. He said I would get the estimate a day later. A week later still no estimate. I call them again and they tell me that the quote is not ready but they would work on it. I call them today after not receiving anything and they say they just dont have the manpower now to get to help me. I had told them that I was selling the house and was in a rush. I dont ever write bad reviews but they cost me 2 weeks.

On Thursday night I discovered the pilot on my water heater wouldn't stay lit. Started calling plumbers. No one could come out till the next day, and the first one I got a confirmation from was Dino's Plumbing. That was a stroke of luck because they fixed me right up.

The water heater was about 10 years old, and the repair would have been almost $300. More than one plumber I spoke with suggested replacing the water heater which I ended up doing. As one person said - spending $300 on repairs to a 10 year old water heater is like putting lipstick on a pig going to slaughter!

Dino's came out early, fitting me in between appointments, and they replaced the water heater at a competitive price. Professional, courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, and they cleaned up when they were done. I have no hesitations recommending Dino's Plumbing!

Dino and his spouse came out first thing in to morning to replace my outdoor hose bib, and did a phenomenal job! My last one was calcified and leaked all over. Was in and out in a jiffy! They are great people and will always call them for my plumbing needs! And they have the greatest prices out there!

I have lived in Las Vegas for over 20 years and have plenty of experience with contractors both good and bad. Plumbtech is among the best and provided excellent, comprehensive and quality service at a value price.

The work was substantial in that my house was incorrectly plumbed when it was built some 25 years ago. I will not go into the details to save space here but needless to say it was a job of several thousand dollars due to the extensive fixes needed to get everything up to code.

Plumbtech was attentive and provided a full set of options. The sale was straight forward and relaxed (unlike many other plumbing contractors I have experienced in the past). They explained the problems they found and gave me multiple options as to how to address them with advantages and disadvantages to each.

They started the work on time and finished it in the time frame promised. NO SURPRISES!

They tested and thoroughly and completely corrected any minor short comings that they found or that I pointed out before completing the job and paying the bill. It was one of my best experiences in Las Vegas with a contractor.

Arrived exactly when he said he would. Best price in the area to replace my hot water heater. Excellent job well done and efficient. Did the work the same day I called. Everybody else quoted a higher price and a 2 to 10 day waiting period before they could even come out for an estimate. Charged exactly what he quoted. Brought everything up to code for hot water heater over 10 years old.
I recommend him without reservations.

I highly recommend Dino's Plumbing. I had called a different plumber that was recommended by a colleague, to replace two gas risers on our property. The other company came out for a free estimate, and after digging two holes to look at the risers, wanted to charge us $2,500 for 'exploratory' work. Their quote was $6,000 to replace the two risers. I don't know plumbing, but have plenty common sense and these quotes were insane. After that, I called Dino's and they've been great to work with since. They gave me a (real) free estimate and completed the work for just under $1,000. They were very professional and did great work. Recently, I needed several exterior pipes and spigots repaired and Dino's did a great job again. It's so nice to have found an honest, family run business. Thank's Dino's!

We woke up on Saturday morning with no hot water. I called Dino's at 8 AM, they were here by 9 AM (on a Saturday!) with a new water heater and were done by 10 AM. How is that for service?

After almost being ripped off by a Restoration Co. I decided to slow things down and start doing my homework. I contacted 10 plumbers, 5 from Google and 5 from Yelp.

At 12:40 am I, contacted Dino's Plumbing by phone and left a voicemail for Michelle. At 2:39pm Michelle call me back to schedule an estimate.

On July 24, about 8:30 Dino's Plumbing arrived (Plumber #3) which was Dino and Michelle. Dino didn't say much and was basically right to work, Dino was the only plumber that actually measured (not guesstimated). And within about 15 minutes Dino tell me exactly what needed to be done. Which was 100% true (8 out of the 10 plumbers lied about something $$$). And then advised me that he would email me the estimate which I liked, because he didn't try to act like he already had the job or make it difficult to get rid of him (like other plumbers do). And knowing everything that needs to be done and I mean EVERYTHING!!! Dino's estimate was an honest and fair estimate, and Dino was fast, accurate and honest.

After going through 10 different plumbers this experience was more than eye-opening. At the end of this I had estimates from $15,000 all the way down to under $1000.

Dino was hands-down the most honest plumber out of all 10. So I will definitely be going with Dino's Plumbing

Dino provides quality service at very reasonable prices. We had him move 2 bathroom drains and relocate 2 water valves and a drain vent. He was able to get my job scheduled and completed within the week. He had everything he needed to compete the job on hand and he was able to complete it quickly and professionally. This company is a total rip-off to customers who are really desperate for help. My water heater's pilot was out on weekend night so i called this company for help. Technician came up Sunday late morning just turn on pilot and some visual inspections, he charged me $125!! So i do not recommend this guys to anybody.

Had a pretty simple job I needed done and chose Dino's pretty much at random. Glad I did as they were super friendly, prompt, punctual, and fixed it without problem. Price seemed perfectly fair (never had to hire a plumber before so can't compare it to others) and my receipt/invoice was e-mailed to me practically immediately. Will definitely call them again when I need help in the future.

Can’t say enough good things about Dino’s Plumbing. I had an old leaking water heater I needed replaced and Dino got the job done the same day, in a little over an hour at a very reasonable rate. He even assisted with the cleaning and drywall remediation from the water damage. These guys are true professionals who I’ll be calling again for all my plumbing needs. Called to install a softener, very good and gentle response, and the day after plumber was at my home at the exact time we agreed. Before start the job he did a quick analysis and after a couple of minutes he told me the exact price. I just confirmed and after a couple of hours the softener was perfectly installed. A fast and clean job. Finally a group of real professionals plumbers. They deserve five full stars!

The best customer service that Ive had in years! I called early morning needing a water heater replaced on a friday. The lovely lady on the phone said they were booked until next week then asked me to hold for a minute... she called the owner of the business and he came out personally to do the work. loved it!!!

Dino's did a great job fixing my sink. They also let me know about potential issues with my plumbing. They were extremely friendly and professional, they were very fast and finished faster than expected. I will definitely use them again.

Michelle was just incredible in helping with a spot inspection at my home with little notice and have been over-the-top helpful, friendly and easy to work with for all my plumbing needs. I asked them back to help me finish the final plumbing fix-ups before I moved in.

As long as I live in Las Vegas, I won't use any other plumber. I have used Dino's plumbing twice for my shower and both times the work was done quickly, without error, and the price was extremely reasonable. In a town where it feels like everybody is out to get as much out of you as they can, I felt confident I was paying only for what I needed.

We have had a variety of plumbing projects completed well & fairly priced by Dino. Most recently, we had a service call related to an invisible leak. He helped identify the problem, but doesn't do the sort of leak detection/repair needed. So he recommended some local firms that do, & charged us nothing for the call. That's exceptional service!

Excellent customer service! I had a water softener delivered and called them to install it. The Water Softener was actually broken when we opened the box. They, without hesitation, took the water softener back for me and replaced it! It is hard to find good service, but I definitely found it in Dino's Plumbing! 10/10 would use again!

I have called them twice now. Both times they were able to quote and schedule by phone and text, without having to have an estimator visit. Then they showed up on time, did the job well, and charged exactly the amount they quoted. I’ll definitely call them next time.

We recently purchased a new salt free water softener and hired Plumtech Plumbing to install the new water softener and remove the old unit.
Not only did Plumtech install the new water softener and remove the old one but we also required additional pipe work to the water lines.
The Plumbtech plumber explained everything in detail and performed a quality installation, not only does the new water softener and pipe work look great but it works nice as well.
We can already tell the difference with our new salt free water softener.
This type of quality work deserves to be recognized in addition to those whom perform it.
We will recommend plumbtechlv to others, including our friends and neighbors and will definitely use your services again.

I have used Dino’s several times, he does excellent work fairly priced and he and his wife are the nicest people! A year or two ago we had flooding in our house while I was out of town and they came by after hours to turn off the water to our house so we wouldn’t get more damage. Couldn’t recommend more highly!

Kitchen sink plugged. Same day service. Office and Marco the service tech were very polite and helpful. Would use them again. I like family owned service business's. Help the local economy.

We had a major leak at the water main and cld in 2 companies to give us a bid. Their bids were exorbitant and entailed tearing up the front garden and paving stones. I decided to do some homework and noticed on my “Next Door” app that Dino’s had great reviews. I cld them late in the afternoon and Michelle answered and she was very concerned that we had no water as it was turned off. She promised they would come the next day between 10am & Noon as they were quite booked. However I was very happy to get a call from her early the next morning telling me she could be there in 10mins. I could not believe it. They came as promised and Dino went to work immediately and pinpointed where he suspected the leak was. ... 3 ‘ from the meter. He had his empl dig a short trench and confirmed the location and cause of the leak. He found out the leak was caused by a faulty joint and replaced it with a state of the art heavy duty pipe joint. He also confirmed that the existing pipes was a high quality water pipe and did not need to be replaced.
No tearing up of our front garden or paving stones and most important I did not have to pay THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS estimates as provided by the 2 previous Companies.
I am furious at the other 2 companies, one of them told us that the existing pipe was faulty and was banned even though he had not seen it.

Best Plumbing company I've ever dealt with, recently got a Halo 5 water filtration system installed and everything went super smooth, which isn't common with most plumbing services. Ive been using Dino's Plumbing for about 2 years now, I have never had an issue and will always recommend.

I just have to say how GRATEFUL I am that someone recommended Dino’s Plumbing to us. They have done several different jobs for us, including replacing our water softener. We have had a couple of minor plumbing emergencies, they responded sooo quickly and were just as nice as they could be. My mother is 90 years old and it is wonderful to know that I can trust them to be fair and honest with her. I can honestly say, we will NEVER use any plumber other than Dino’s! Last weekend I arrived home early Sunday morning to find my water heater had stopped working and was flooding my garage. I had been referred to Dino several weeks earlier by a friend and decided to call him to see if he could help me out. He arrived within the hour, immediately stopped the water from flooding and then helped me cleanup the mess.

He then explained that he would go pick out a water heater that was the appropriate size for me house and have it installed right away. The entire process was completed very quickly and the total bill for both the water heater and the labor was much less that I anticipated. I am definitely going to be using Dino's Plumbing for all my future plumbing needs and highly recommend that if you ever need a plumber, Dino is the right person to call.

Honest plumbers! I couldn't believe it! I was prepared for the worst, but when the plumber arrived, he figured out what was wrong and no new parts were needed. He took the brand new garbage disposal back out to his truck - he could have installed it and I would've never known it wasn't needed. He knew it though, and his honesty trumped his profit motive! Karma says 10 times good will come to Dino's Plumbing and all theirs, because they put MY interests first.

I called Dino's Plumbing early Friday morning (before 8 am) to schedule service for a water heater issue we were having. To my surprise, the representative that answered the phone was not a receptionist, but a knowledgeable plumbing professional. I described the issue, and she said it could be one of several things. Very impressed, because I had an idea of what I might expect to pay going in. Dino arrived on time, and was professional and courteous, answering all of my questions, no matter how stupid. In the end, the issue was resolved for the price qutoed.

Now I know nobody likes paying for plumbing repairs, I get that. But Dino's Plumbing and specifically Dino were a pleasure to deal with. I like that the person answering the phone was a knowledgeable professional, and if their entire staff is like Dino, I will use them again in the future.
