If I need any major repairs that I can't do myself, these are the people I call. Quality work at a great price. They're friendly and personable and I recommend all my friends' plumbing needs to them. They know what they're doing. You need plumbers like this! I especially enjoy getting Miguel and Chris to come out and do jobs.

American Brothers was absolutely amazing. They instantly responded to our service call for a massive leak in the reverse osmosis system under our sink (on Christmas Eve Eve no less) and had a technician out the next morning right at 8:00am (on Christmas Eve!). Chris was quick to diagnose the problem, acquire the necessary parts, and fix our leak. Not only that, they charged a fair price for the work and were able to expeditiously complete the repair. American Brothers legitimately saved our Christmas, and that says something in 2020. We will definitely call them again for our plumbing needs and will highly recommend them to all of our friends and family.

I'm new to the area and American Bros was quick to respond to a gas dryer issue and then helped me with other questions I had. Chris was professional, courteous and personable. Really appreciated his time, knowledge and patience with all my questions. Definitely my go to company!

I have used American Brothers a number of times for different needs. They are responsive and reliable. I have had 2 emergencies and they were quick to send someone to do the fix. I love these guys!! I had an issue with my downstairs bathroom, I had an estimate for $6000 from another company that wanted to remove my remodeled flooring, dig a trench down to the pipe and replace the blockage. They said it would take 3days. I went to American Brothers Plumbing for a second estimate, I AM SO GLAD I DID!! Instead of going through the floor, they went into the backyard and dug a hole from my outside wall under the foundation, into that same bathroom, did the pipe replacement in 3 hours. They did it for $2000.

Clint arrived an hour earlier than estimated, was very courteous, professional and completed the job efficiently.

We purchased two bathroom sink faucets and made the attempt to install ourselves. To our surprise, we needed certain tools to complete the job. I reached out on Yelp and American Brothers replied right away. I spoke with Brian and he was able to set up a free estimate the next day (Saturday). On Saturday, Anthony came out and gave us a fair quote and we decided to move forward with the project. Anthony completed all of the work and did a fantastic job.

I also was made aware that the company does other household projects too. We will definitely use them again for our future plumbing projects!

This is the most professional company I have worked with since moving to Nevada 10 years ago. I wish others could follow their lead. From the first phone call to follow up questions, everyone has been honest, concerned, and helpful. I had an issue with my aqua-heating system after the water heater was replaced. They helped me figure out and fix the problem, something another company would not have done. I rarely post reviews. These guys deserve it.

I believe they take advantage of older folks. We needed the valves replaced before the Best Buy installers could install our new washing machine. They (American Bros) wanted $1100.00, then brought the price down to $925.00. I thought that was absurd. My husband replaced the valves for $16.00. We paid them $185.00 To attach new hoses, which were ours.($100 service call + $85 to attach hoses.) I would not use them again.

Chris was very professional yet funny. Replaced what needed to be replaced. Highly recommend.

The fact that you said my review is inaccurate because I took advantage of your ”free estimate” and not even offer an apology blows my mind.*******

I called this company because it was on Ranni tankless water heater website. The person who answers the phone was super friendly and said they would send out a tech at no charge.

Chris showed up with another tech and looked at the heater for about 15 mins or so and said it would be $350 to diagnose the problem. It will take about 2 hrs while he calls Ranni’s customer tech support to find out what the error message means on the display. All repairs done after will be charged extra.

I was surprised to find out that it cost $350 just to diagnose the problem and not sure how much it would be if it needs additional repair. Chris then said 2 hrs is how long he will need the diagnose the problem, and if I want to call the customer support myself, then I can try.

I was shocked that he said that with such a condescending tone. He did not appear professional, and I felt like he was bullying me to pay him for just to diagnose the problem. He also stated that if I call another plumber, I would call him right back because he was ”The Guy” to fix this brand of tankless water heater. I'm the best guy in town” he said.

Well, guess what? I did call another plumber and the problem was fixed it within 30 mins, and it wasn't even the water heater. This was by far the most unprofessional encounter I have had in my life. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I just want to thank American Brothers Plumbing for providing me with quick efficient service. We were in need of plumber because the toilets wouldn’t flush properly and the shower was draining slow. Anthony U. showed up and saved the day. He was very quick and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the possibilities that could have caused the issues. In this day it’s hard to know who to trust when using repair companies for fear of being ripped off. I will use this company again for any plumbing issues. Plumber was able to come out same day I called and he picked up toilets I bought at will call. He could furnish toilets but I wanted to choose myself. He had to go buy parts, but he was here early next morning & completed job quickly, professionally, & left no mess. I would call them again.

If the work like they drive on the 215/515, I wont use them. Watched one of their trucks use the emergency lane coming on from Charleston on ramp to speed by cars and cut in front of a BMW. Very unprofessional especially in your work truck with your company logos all over it.

Great experience! We had an emergency need late at night for plumbing help and I was lucky to find this company on Facebook. I was able to get something scheduled within the next 14 hours! So easy to schedule, everyone was so great to work with. Matt came out to help and he not only fixed the issue but was so kind to my kiddos who were home and curious about his work.

My water heater died a couple of weeks ago and I called American Bro's. Teri answered the phone and was very professional, calming and helpful (me out of my mind with water going everywhere), she was able to send Michael out that day which was a huge miracle. Michael arrived within hours of the call, got the water off and began draining the old water heater. This saved me so much money because of the damage the water could of caused. I wasn't sure how long I would be out of water because I wanted to upgrade to a tankless unit, but Michael ordered the new heater and said he would return first thing the next day. Sure enough, he had the old heater removed and the tankless on installed an running within hours. I can not express how completely amazing these guys are, they are professional, courteous and do what they say they will do. Michael - you are the best, thank you for your customer service, you are a true pro.

Awesome service and came out fast to fix our water softener problem that flooded our garage. Used other companies in the past but American Brothers Plumbings was easy to reach and the plumber Clint was great!

These guys are FANTASTIC !! They called before they came over and got here when they said they would and not only tackled the problem but also fixed a couple of minor problems left by the last contractor at NO extra charge. Their work is top shelf !! I would recommend them to anyone.

We called American brothers plumbing because our water softener had stopped working and was leaking. Someone came out right away and inspected our system and we observed it was best to get a new system. They were here bright and early the next morning on time and replaced the system. This company is wonderful. They are professional they are friendly they care about the customer and they have a very good business model. I think more companies should follow their lead and be more like them.I'm very pleased and I recommend them a 100%

Beware!!!! American Brothers are misleading and overcharging there customers. Chris the service technician for American brothers informed me it would cost $228 to repair the leaking bath faucet or you could replace it for $308. I told Chris I'm on a limited budget and please try to repair the faucet. Chris then attempted to repair the faucet, but said it was not working and it had to be replaced. After the completion of the work, I noticed the faucet was not changed, but only repaired. Chris said he replaced the handle, bath tub spout and cartridge. He then gave me the invoice and charged me $228 for the repair and $308 for the replacement so he double charged. I told Chris you mislead me and I thought the total was $308 for the replacement. He said no it was $536. I felt completely mislead and overcharged. Please use another company for your plumbing needs or be prepared to be ripped off!!

I called one afternoon since I needed a new hose bibb on my front yard faucet. By 8:30 the next morning, and I might add, July 4th, Clint arrived. He not only fixed my problem but also put in a new washer and tightened my hose where it was leaking. I would highly recommend Farmer Brothers Plumbing and was sure to get multiple business cards to share with friends when they are looking for a plumber who is not only effecient but with a great attitude. Thank you very much.

Our main line needed to be cleared and after calling company after company and waiting for hours for one to show up that was going to charge an arm and a leg. We found American Brothers Pluming the lady we spoke to was very nice and understanding. She got a one of their guys out asap it was about 3pm when we called and she said Matthew will be there between 4-6 pm. Matthew for there before 4pm and very professional and personable! David and Iven were great. I had my water meter compression fitting connection leak around Nov 22nd. Called American Brothers and they were out the next day looking at the problem. They gave me an estimate on the spot to replace the entire service line that was lower by nearly half compared to the plumbers down the street working on a similar problem.

The work was great, and so far no leaks and everything is in working order. Some downsides though -- 1) communication - wasn't really updated on when the work was going to happen unless I ask, which they do respond promptly. (work also done promptly) 2) pulling permit - they pulled a permit without asking if I was going to be present that day, and apparently I didn't but was told I need to show the inspector the permit document. Anyway I slept through the inspection since the work was done outside in the front yard.

I would recommend them still and I would use them again for tasks I cannot do myself.

I needed someone to move a gas line about 8 inches, after calling SEVERAL companies I got lucky to find American Brothers, they came on time (2 hours frame)on the same day I called, told me exactly what needs to be done. Michael was really honest and did a great job. He was wearing his mask all the time, was friendly and did the job exactly how he said.

We liked the fact that we got the price for parts and labor over the phone without having to suffer the Technician has to come out and evaluate and then give you a price routine. When the technician got here he was professionally dressed and had all the tools and parts he needed and was done in less than 30 minutes. He took the old garbage disposal and left the work area clean and ready to use. He answered all of our questions about the workmanship warranty and manufacturer warranty. American brother is the greatest plumbing company in Nevada. Very professional courteous and economical. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

My experience with this company has been short but sweet. My first contact was with the office manager, I think his name is Brian. He worked with me several times to work their tech into my schedule and was most personable and helpful. I had a fair amount of plumbing issues for my rental property. A few companies I called for estimates were very high and the attitude of the tech was your house is in bad shape and needs a lot of work. After his sales pitch, they sent in the closer to finalize the deal, but I didn't like their aggressive stance. American Brothers really impressed me by sending Clint Adams to do my work. He singlehandedly changed out my old hot water tank, rebuilt my toilet, adjusted another one, and installed two new faucets in the bathroom. Not only was he knowledgeable and professional, but he was a very personable man who explained everything to me who understands very little of plumbing issues. As a retired military guy, I appreciated that the company hires veterans and their phone number says it all. I was also impressed with Clint's workmanship and how he was very neat and kept my place clean. I told him next year I will ask for him personally; however, I think anyone would do well with any of the technicians, as the company itself is very consumer-focused and offers excellent work at a fair price. I would heartily recommend them.

We have used American Brothers Plumbing for the last 4 years, since moving to Las Vegas. They have always done good work, always on time. Very nice plumbing technicians and office staff. They have completed many jobs for us... new toilets, new dishwasher, water softener system, flush hot water heater. We have been very happy with the quality of work that they have done for us.

Highly recommend these guys - I've hired them for multiple fixes in my home during the past year (toilets, shower drain unclogging, sink install), and appreciate their professionalism, communication, timeliness, good prices, and quality of service. Also their coverall onesie uniforms minimize your typical plumber butt crack exposure, which is appreciated.

5 stars for this place, First time home owner I needed some work done under the kitchen sink. The the receptionist I talked to was very nice and got me in very quickly. Chris did an amazing job at replumbing underneath my sink and was really easy to work with. This place is priced fairly and I will be recommending this to anyone looking for a plumber.

These guys showed up when every other company couldn’t make it out, saved my entire downstairs floor from flooding. Six months later, replaced my shower cartridge under manufacturer’s warranty. They give veteran discounts too!

I just had an all-star experience with American Bros. A pipe in my wall was leaking and needed immediate attention. Chris and Vincent dropped everything and came to the rescue.

Both guys were very professional and moved quickly to stop the running water. Then they got to work in a very tight space to repair the pipe.

The price was about half as much as I was expecting to pay given the circumstances.

Based on my experience, I'd highly recommend American Brothers to anyone looking for a plumber in Vegas. I'll be using them from now on.

i took on a project and ended up way over my head, after 3 days no water i called American Brothers they came within 2 hrs, and gave me an estimate. when Chris left he took my worries with him. Chris and Vincent returned the next day re-piped my whole mobile home and installed shower faucets and wrapped and taped them up. they ran into many unexpected issues under my home and told me what and how they were going to tackle them and still stayed in the estimate. they were very professional and HONEST and also fun. i didn't realize how much water pressure I'd lost over time. and the corrosion rust inside the pipes it was a disaster waiting to happen. i was leery about professional plumbers in the past but there my go too in the future. thank you for the advice and suggestions, i will put to use.

I called American Bros., Sunday afternoon asked to talk to a technician, David called back, asked me for the water heater serial number, after checking, David said it's still under warrantee and provided the cost for replacement. Wow! I wouldn't known had he not said anything. I really appreciate the honesty. David showed up around 8am, Monday morning and got the job done in two hours, charged me exactly what was said yesterday. While onsite David looked at two other issues I'm having and provided estimates. I can't ask for anything better than this.

Another 5 star review for these guys! After a fantastic job last year helping me out with a different issue, I knew as soon as I saw a new leak who I'd be calling.

Chris came out today, quoted me a fair price and took care of my problem quickly. He is a super friendly guy I enjoyed chatting with who was happy to explain everything to me before, during and after the repair.

I hope not to need a plumber again, but as a homeowner, it is of course inevitable. I am really happy I found a plumber I trust!

Excellent! I'm so glad I found this company! Called them on Saturday at 10:30 AM for an outside leak after receiving an outrageous quote from another plumber. By 5:45PM, Anthony had dispatched, investigated, quoted, dug up the yard, left to get the parts he needed and completed the repair, and for significantly less than the other quotes I'd received.

Anthony even identified a potential future issue (of which I was already aware) and gave me a very reasonable quote for the preventative maintenance that will likely save me from future leaks and repairs.

Dealing with expensive home repairs is obviously something no one looks forward to, but all in all, I'm very happy with the service performed by Anthony and American Brothers and once I save enough in the budget to complete the maintenance they recommended, they'll be my only call.

American Brothers Plumbing Co went over and beyond when taking care of a broken shower fixture at our rental property. Not only did they fix what was broken, they educated the residents on the importance of using their water softener unit and even added salt pellets. I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Miguel Licea from American Brothers Plumbing. Despite charging me $450.50, the company failed to complete the work as promised and did not even mark the location of the mainline on the ground. I have requested a full refund for the services that were not provided. This is not the level of professionalism and reliability that I expect from a company, and I do not recommend American Brothers Plumbing to anyone.

Edit: I asked you if you were going to make the location and you said you “forgot your marker” and that you were going to send me a picture, which you never did. I ended up hiring Larry Cruz from Plumbing Pros who is licensed with the state of Nevada and did EXCELLENT WORK. I highly recommend Larry Cruz. I do NOT recommend Miguel Licea from American Bros Plumbing who quoted me $27000 for a job done by Larry for $9000.

Called for a free estimate on service, talked to representative to confirm that it is only a free estimate. Plumber came out 45mins late without calling, wanted to charge $65 to write out a FREE estimate, refused to guarantee quote for a period of time if I didn’t get the service right than and there. Threatened to double the price as punishment for not getting service right then to force me to get the repair. Aggressive, rude and not good business practices. Refused service due to this. Homeowner beware.

They came out within hours of calling them. Had my old water heater removed and new water heater installed and up to code within one hour flat. Great professionalism and quality at an affordable price.

American Brothers came within 90 mins. on a Sunday evening to fix my leaking pipe so my family could have running water until a drywall repairman can come fix it. Thanks American Brothers!! Your responsiveness got you the job. The overall quality of work won you my business.
