Three words for my 2nd experience with this locally owned and operated plumbing contractor - ACCESSIBLE , RELIABLE and PROFESSIONAL. MCP responded immediately to our leaking water heater and again, after a leaking toilet which turned out to be a cracked tank. In my 25 years here dealing with contractors of every kind, it's not uncommon to feel ripped off or taken advantage of when you're in a vulnerable situation. Got water heater replaced same day of leak that prevented water damage to living area and replaced toilet at my convenience. Both Homero and Fernando did professional work with warranty on repairs. So, I removed my former plumber and retired master plumbers phone #s from my contacts and installed MC Plumbing's phone number for our future plumbing issues. Gave honest feedback to owner on 1st experience and appreciated being heard and getting an honest humble reply. Yeah, it's hard to find honest, reliable and fair contractors in so. I had called MC for a second opinion after a referral from a friend and a horrible experience earlier that morning with another plumbing company and I’m glad I did. Chris responded within the same day and was very honest, up front and explained the options and costs in a no nonsense professional manner. I hired MC and Chris replaced my water heater the next morning and fixed a leak, we also made a plan for replacing another plumbing issue that will need attention in the next 30 days. He explained to me how to check the water heater regularly to make sure everything is running properly and to call them as it is under warranty for repair. I am so grateful to have found an honest company that provided excellent work and customer service during a stressful time. I 100% recommend MC plumbing and will be using them for all of my future needs.

Gabriel arrived within 2 hours of my call to MC Plumbing and that was 5 hours ahead of the estimated arrival time. Obviously, I was happy about that.

The reason that I needed a plumber was water bubbling from the ground by my service valve vault. The problem was the shoddy work done by the landscaper’s sprinkler installers prior to 2003 when we moved in. This was exacerbated by a canary palm that the landscapers had planted directly over the water service line and adjacent to the service valve vault. It was a miracle that it had not sprung a leak before this. To add insult to injury, we quickly determined that the 26-year-old main service gate valve and the equally old pressure vacuum breaker were inoperative, and the sprinkler system pressure vacuum breaker was not at code height. Job was further complicated by the huge mass of roots from the palm which were resistant to just about everything except a good old-fashioned pickaxe and some backbreaking work.

Gabriel busted his tail for almost two full days in the sun in hundred plus degree temps cutting through the roots and replumbing pretty much everything in the service vault and the connection to the sprinkler system which was a nightmare.

I was very satisfied with the work and the price. I absolutely will call MC for any future needs and wholeheartedly recommend them.

My job was difficult, and expensive. Main waterline into the house started leaking, and of course the source of the leak was under concrete. The crew arrived on time, and broke and dug up the old line. The new line was installed and they had the job done in one day. They came back the following morning and cleaned up and poured new concrete where the trench was dug. I was satisfied. Thanks guys!

Great service and knowledgeable technitions

I don't know where you found Scott McGhie but you should go back and see if you can find more just like him. He was fantastic. He explained everything thoroughly and did a great job. He gave us several water heater options, and answered all my questions about an old water softener that wasn't working well. He gave us the information and let us decide without trying to push us into something we really didn't need. We ended up replacing the water heater and softener, and we are very happy with both.

Homero & team were awesome. They were right on time, very thorough and took the time to explain everything they were doing. I was impressed and will use them again!

Had another service done be MC, just as good as the first one. This time to repair a water heater. They sent a text saying they would be showing up 30 mins before our stated appointment window. Fernando was courteous & professional. Presented us with our options and performed the work in a very timely manner. Another job completed, another wonderful interaction. Highly recommended MC Plumbing.

We had a clogged kitchen sink, past my abilities to fix. I did a.search and MC was the closest that came up and had amazing reviews. So I called them at around 11:15.They answered the call very professionally & were friendly. She let me know that David would be dispatched to our repair. I received an immediate text confirming and another a few minutes later letting me know that David was on his way. He arrived before Noon and was professional and friendly as well. Took a look and quoted a reasonable price prior to beginning work. It was a pretty decent clog, it took a bit more work than either of us thought it was going to, and he was still finished within an hour. They have incredible service and will now be my go to for any future pluming work. I highly recommend giving them a call.

This is the second time we have used MC Plumbing.They were excellent both times. Very professional. Aaron was great. Found out where the leak was, and fixed the problem in less than a day. He was very friendly, and courteous. Very pleased with the work done both times! Highly recommend.

I had a underground pipe leaking 30 gallons an hour and the Tech Homero fixed it with minimal breakage of cement. Great prompt service, definitely using them again for all my plumbing issues.

Aaron did an incredible job this morning (5-13-21) replacing my water heater. Great communication through text and phone and no up charging. He was very cordial, kind and clearly competent. I paid exactly what they quoted and it was $400 less than the company that didn’t show up yesterday! I highly recommend MC Plumbing.

Kyle with MC Plumbing arrived on time and quickly assessed an issue I called them about. He had let me know that everything was fine and that I didn’t need to worry about it. He probably could just charged me for making dumb modifications but instead was honest. He quickly caped off a few other pipes I had wanted done and even showed me the main water shut off for my home.

We called to have a leak fixed and when they left we discovered that our dishwasher which was working before they came now had no water. They claim it's not them, but in fact it is. For this reason, I wouldn't ever use MC Plumbing. Now we have to call another Plumber to fix what MC Plumbing did.

We used MC Plumbing for a kitchen sink and faucet install. Kerwin provided excellent service and was very knowledgeable! We recently had new countertops installed and the company did not deal with any plumbing services. We had to find a plumber on our own at the last minute and MC Plumbing pulled through! We will definitely use them in the future.

Same day service. On time. Replaced hot water heater in a short amount of time. Brought replacement unit with them which saved another visit.

We had a slab leak and needed to have the house re-plumbed, Miguel came out the next day and gave a few different options to fix it. I compared some estimates and not only was MC Plumbing the best price, but they were the only ones who also were able to include fixing the drywall for all the holes they had to make in the ceiling and walls (51 total!). A friend of mine had used them before so i felt good about the company and Miguel was very thorough and informative, so we went with them. Miguel was very attentive the whole time and explained everything that needed to be done and how they did it, it took 5 days total, to re-plumb and then fix the drywall but the house looked perfect when they were done. They also took care of the permits and when the inspector showed up to look at it, he commented that it looked like they did a great job. I will be calling MC Plumbing for any of my future needs! We had an under ground water leak. Scottie came out. Explained the 3 different possibilities and costs involved. Came back the next day and was able to fix it in 2 hours. The work was professional. Everything was cleaned up. He was wonderful. I would highly recommend this company

I called and had another job the following Saturday. Fernando showed up and looked at a drain leak. He immediately found several problems. He was able to fix two of the leaks, but the 3rd he was unable due to not having the part on hand. He did however, share his knowledge and showed pictures of the part needed to purchase at the hardware store. There was no charge for the visit. I was able purchase the part and the leak problem was fixed. I really appreciate sharing their plumbing knowledge for a simple fix. Again, they pulled through. I'd highly recommend these guys!

I can’t say enough good things about M.C. Plumbing and especially our Serviceman, Miguel. He touched base with me prior to his arrival and showed up on time. He went right to work replacing our garbage disposal. In addition he replaced the drain basket so it would match the disposal side. Our pipe was frozen solid with rust but Miguel refused to give up and worked until he could free the pipe and he cleaned off the old residue from the remaining pipes. No one likes an unexpected call to a plumber but we feel we got a good and fair price and exceptional service from Miguel. We will be using him again should the need arise.

Our plumber was Scott who took very good care of our plumbing needs. I didn't get the feeling that he was in a rush to get to the next job. What I did see was attention to detail, patience, and a friendly disposition.

Brad was great! A totally honest plumber. He found a simple leak and told me how to fix it myself since it is still under manufacturer warranty.

Fernando was sent to my house to replace the water supply valve and to flush my tankless water heater. He was on time and text me ahead of time to let me know he’s on his way. He’s efficient and very informative, will use mc plumbing again the next time we needed service.

My appointment was between 11 and 1. I received a call about 9 a.m. that he had finished up with an earlier repair and could come by. I was at the grocery store and told him I could be there in 10 minutes. I arrived and he was already checking the water Systems out. He found that the leak is in the sprinkler system and was able to turn the sprinkling system off. He then said I needed a gardener to come and repair the system. There was no upfront charge. I will definitely call them again for any plumbing problems. They were fast, efficient and will give you an estimate if there's something that does need to be fixed. Thank you again MC Plumbing!

I am a local realtor and have used them multiple times. Every time they have been communicative, on time, professional and best part is they offer free estimates until they find the problem. They got us in a day before which time was of the essence! Scottie was great this last time around .

M.C. Plumbing was great! They worked with me on the appt time. Miguel, the technician was prompt and did a great job. Only downside was I thought it was a little expensive. On sight estimate was $425 for a kitchen sink faucet and disposal install. Job took less than a hour. I will use them again, though.

Replied within minutes when I contacted them with a non-emergency issue. Scheduled next day evaluation. Provided detailed estimate electronically. Scheduled service visit for my first available time. Arrived on time, explained the work to be done and how long it would take. Completed the project on time and exactly as estimated. Showed me the finished work and explained it again. Friendly and professional staff. This team works well and quickly.

On a Monday night, my husband noticed that our water heater had a little water leaking from the top. I researched plumbers relatively near us and reached out to four to schedule evaluations and estimates for repair or replacement. MC Plumbing responded within minutes and scheduled a next-day evaluation.

On the day of the evaluation, I received a text with the name, picture, and ETA of the team member. Fernando arrived by the ETA, and he got right to it, checked out the unit, and confirmed that we did indeed need to replace our 13-year old water heater. He told us the estimated cost. Moments after he left, I received a text with a link to the detailed estimate. It was the second lowest that we received, but the bidder for the lowest had not come to our house to evaluate the situation; they just sent an estimate through email, and theirs wasn't all that much lower.

After reviewing the estimates we received, I contacted MC Plumbing to schedule. On the day of installation, MC Plumbing texted me to let me know that Fernando was on the way. Like before, the text included his name, picture, and ETA. He and his assistant, Robert, arrived on time, greeted me, explained what they would be doing, and advised how long the work would take. They confirmed that I was ready for the water to be shut off for the duration. Then, they got to it. When they were done, they showed me the completed project and pointed out upgrades (like the pan underneath the unit) to bring the water heater up to code.

The final price was exactly as estimated. These two were friendly and professional. I will definitely call on MC Plumbing again when we need a plumber.

They were my second opinion when the first guy recommended cutting holes into my walls for a pipe reroute. MC Plumbing noticed my pressure reduction valve was faulty and replaced it- problem solved, and everything working as it should. They are also military friendly. Scott and his crew did an amazing Job at my property and also, they were very professional when they arrived...

I came home from a couple of days at Zion National Park. Only to find I had no water pressure in my house. This was at 7 pm on July 2. Just before July 4th weekend. I called a plumber I had used before only to get voice mail. I went on line to find plumbers and look at the reviews to find someone reputable. I found MC Plumbing and gave them a call. Within 1 hour Homero was at my house giving me an estimate as well as some solid advice on my 2 options. The easy/cheaper way or the right/more expensive way. I chose the latter because my house had not been plumbed correctly when built. Homero and his assistant Jorge came the next morning at 7 am and worked until 9 pm to finish the job. They had to cut into some drywall and also cut some of the stucco on the side of the house. They sent the drywall guy on July 4th and he and his crew fixed the drywall and will finish the stucco today. I couldn't be more satisfied with he work, Homero and the company as a whole. If you need a plumber. These are your guys.

I had a new Kohler sink, faucet and garbage disposal installed that I purchased at Home Depot. Homero and Robert did the work and I couldn’t be happier with results. Now to be fully transparent, the estimate was higher than other companies but the estimate was very detailed and there was no pressure for me to agree to the quote. I had an issue where my Hot Water Heater ruptured and flooded part of my house. I called this company afterhours and they set me up with an appointment early the next day. And then they were there when they said they would be and texted me in advance that they were coming. The price for the service was fair and was completed on time. My tech was Saul and I felt very comfortable dealing with him - especially as a woman handling this situtation on my own. I would highly recommend this company.

Came promptly. Charged me $175 for a clogged drain. Didn't like the price but what can you do. Technician did his job well and clean as well. Giving 4.5 stars here due to the price and because I can't give it above.

Very professional and explained everything that they were doing. Cleaned up after and we felt confident with the work they were doing.

Called them out to detect where my 3 year old toilet was leaking. Tech told me the wax ring wasn’t replaced when toilets were installed. I questioned that because they were new toilets and came with the ring. He left…toilet started to leak again. Called and they were apologetic and got someone out promptly. This tech said it was the ring because I’d been using bleach tablets in the tank. He changed it free of charge and left. About 3 hours later, water again was leaking through my vinyl plank floor. Ugh. Called again. They were very apologetic and professional. I get it. It’s like fixing your car. You’re trying to guess what the issue is. Same tech came out. He pulled the toilet and found a crack in the toilet. I went and purchased a new toilet. I called and they sent a new tech ASAP to install. It was a process yes but it was handled promptly and efficiently. I wish they’d have inspected the toilet better first time but they never charged me for the other times coming out and discounted the new install. I would recommend and use them again.

my only disappointment was the original estimate was not accurate as i had asked for an estimate for a vented water heater but received an estimate for unvented one a difference of $1400 more. a little disappointing.

I understood if there was more of a problem it would cost more. I called other plumbers and could not get an estimate over the phone and they wanted to come to my home, I don’t have time for that. I made an appointment and immediately got a confirmation with a picture of the plumber that would be coming. Very professional. Homero texted me that he was on his way and Homero was on time He wore a mask and shoe covering. Very polite and did a good job.

The quote to replace faucet cartridges we're way more than a new faucet and that wasn't including labor. A bit much for me...

Miguel came on time as expected. He checked my kitchen faucet which has a motion sensor and replaced the batteries and that’s it. Quite honest. We all need reliable service people.

I requested an estimate to replace sink handle flanges that sit on top of the bathroom sink. They corroded over time from the water. Instead, I was told I needed to replace the lines underneath the sink, and was given an estimate for installing a complete new faucet assembly for the 2 bathroom sinks. The estimate for this unsolicited work came to $1,350.00. This did not include the new faucet assembly which I would have purchased at Home Depot if I was unable to find the flanges. I did not need the new faucet assembly for 2 sinks; I only needed to replace the flanges can be purchased for $9.00 ea online. Moral of the story; be aware because the owner tried to tell me they are required to inform customers lines when needs to be replaced and made excuses for this outrageous estimate. Fine, but the lines are not dripping or leaking at all, and all I asked for was to replace the flanges. Instead, it was a completely different encounter wherein the estimator wanted to up sell parts, and labor, that I did not request in the first place! Now the owner will come back with some B.S. but this information has been posted so others are aware of the chicanery that may occur when you request an estimate.

I had a problem with a horrible smell from my master bath. Not only did they make 2 trips out but assisted with determining the problem was not sewer but something else not related. They helped me check things out and were awesome!

I have just had a very pleasant experience with MC Plumbing. I called for emergency service on my water heater. They came almost immediately, and the new water heater was installed and all taken care of within about two hours ! It couldn't have been better service. And reasonably priced, as well.

Called Friday afternoon for some shower work. Had a tech out within an hour and a half. Job was done very quickly. Would recommend MC.

NOT AS HONEST AS YOU WOULD THINK. So I called for an estimate because I was having low water pressure and a knocking sound from upstairs bathroom. The technician came over and said that it was the Pressure Regulator Valve. He did not touch it, did not try to turn the top of the valve nor the release. Gave me a quote of $425 normally but $375 today. I told him that I would give someone else a call for another estimate. Well, another company came over and the guy said it was the Pressure Regulator Valve, he went to his truck and loosened the top of the valve then the handle (release) and it was done in 10 seconds. MC Plumbing employee really was trying to push me onto purchasing a water filtration system for $4800+ or a water softner for $1900. Too bad this one example will not allow me or my friends and family to call this company again. :(

Homero is excellent! He’s completed two separate jobs at my home. This last one I had a issue with my water heater. No hot water. At first he said he would need to come back after the weekend due to parts. He tried different things and was able to complete the job. He saved the weekend. His customer service is outstanding. Started out okay, but now not so much... Long and critical review. Will update after MC Plumbing fixes these issues.

First off. I had 4 different companies come out and give me quotes to install a tankless water heater. Very different range in price from all 4 companies. Dave came out from MC Plumbing and was very polite and seemed like a nice guy. MC Plumbing was not the cheapest, but they weren't the most expensive either. I decided to go with MC plumbing after reading plenty of good reviews on Google and Yelp.

They came out and started the install the very next week when I was available to be home. They did show up late all the days they came out, when they said they would arrive at 8am. I can deal with that, I was home anyway. They got the project started and finished most of hanging up the tankless water heater that day. They had to show up the next week when I was off work to install the piping for the gas line. Late again btw.

(PROBLEM #1) They cut out drywall to install the piping until they ran into a problem in the wall on the garage that is on side of the house. Well look here there is a power box and electrical wires in this wall?! Which is visible on the outside of the house, this is not a hidden wall. In that same process, they nicked several wires with their saw or whatever cutting tool they used. Now i have a huge L shaped cutout in the drywall of my garage that should not be there. This is a complete rookie mistake! A company that has been in business for 20 years shouldn't be making mistakes like this. LIke I said, it is not a mystery what was in this wall, you can see it on the other side.

(PROBLEM #2) While they were shoving more of the piping into the ceiling and walls they damaged more items in the garage. What is going on here?!

(PROBLEM #3) Yay! After 2 whole days, Feb 25th they are finished with install, now to wait for the permits to go through and get inspection. I also explain to Dave that something needs to be done to fix the walls that were destroyed that should not have been and parts of the ceiling. Dave says he will talk to his supervisor/owner and get back to me...........................

2 weeks go by and still havent heard from Dave, I email on March 8th
Any details about permits and gas line inspection? Also info about fixing the damaged sections of wall that were removed when they should not have been?

MC Plumbing explains they are still waiting on permits and will call me when they know... Nothing mentioned about damages...

2 more weeks go by.. March 24th, I call MC Plumbing to ask about inspection and they say they can schedule it tomorrow. Okay cool! I ask them again about the damages I spoke with Dave about, and that I have never heard anything. They said they will talk with Dave and he will contact me.

Next day, March 25th, the city stops by in the afternoon to do inspection.. Says looks pretty good, but there is no pressure in the system. Needs 15 PSI. I ask if I can put air in, he says yes, its gets up to 3 PSI and then stays there. Stop putting in air and it bleeds out the air of system. City inspector says there is a leak and doesn't pass. Call MC plumbing and leave message stating everything that just happened and to call me back since it didn't pass.
No call.

*April 7th update*
Read my previous review to get all the details from before, but to finish up the review, MC plumbing took care of everything that was damaged and/or not up to par.

They had an electrician come out and fix the wires that were damaged during wall removal. After that, a drywall guy came out and fixed the drywall that was unnecessarily removed. They got rid of the tank water heater and moved some of the piping to a new location. It was quite a long process but very glad everything was taken care of.

Spoke with the owner, along with Sally and Dave multiple times. Everyone was very pleasant to work with overall and I'm very glad MC Plumbing fixed everything. Updated from 1 star, to 4 stars. I would still recommend them to other people, even though there were some bumps along the way.

David installed our toilet and was pleasant, efficient, the job was done very quickly. Would definitely hire again. Price was great. I recommend them highly.

Fast, friendly, reasonable, and honest. Showed me where the leak was within minutes of arrival and had it repaired within an hour. Thank you!

After receiving 3 estunates, I was so impressed by Miguel and his estimate that I hired him on the spot. Miguel started working immediately for the entire day and did not leave until the job was completed at 6:45 pm. He replaced the hot water tank, a toliet and repaired the shower off the master bedroom. I can’t remember the last time that I ever received plumbing service like this in Vegas. I can’t remember excellent service like this because this is the FIRST TIME that I have ever received this kind of service and have been so thoroughly satisfied with the work done at my my house! I read a lot of high marks on here and they are all correct. I called on a Monday morning and had a tech at my house about an hour later. Miguel was very nice and explained everything well. The price was very fair and we are very grateful to have everything back in order!

I had a leaking hose from my pull down kitchen faucet. I thought the hose needed replacing so I ordered it from Moen. I needed a plumber. I called MC Plumbing and Dennis arrived right on time. As it turned out I needed a whole new faucet from Moen which came the next day. Called MC Plumbing and Dennis arrived within an hour and installed my new faucet. I had problem with my bathroom valve and I called many companies around and no one seemed to know what was wrong with it and they wanted to charge me over $1000 for the repair. Luckily I came across MC plumbing and I spoke with a gentleman name Scott who was very knowledgeable and caring. He explained the process to me and worked with me offering to fix my problem for only $200. I saved $800 just calling him. Scott sent Jose to fix my plumbing issue. David and his partner did a great job finding the source of my water leak, and took care of the problem quickly. The initial diagnosis was for a complete re-piping of the entire house, but once they got the wall opened up, they discovered that it was a much smaller, less expensive repair. I appreciate that they were completely honest and didn't take advantage of the fact that I had already agreed to the more expensive repair. I've used MC plumbing and David for several jobs, and I will continue to call them whenever I need a plumber. I highly recommend MC Plumbing! I've lived in LV for 27 years, and they're the best.

Definitely recommend this plumbing business! I got next day service, and the technician was even a little bit early --and did call me to let me know he was on his way.
Price was reasonable as well, compared to another plumbing project I recently had done by one of the big local companies (kitchen sink faucet replaced by the big company was $350... Bathtub faucet replaced by this company $179).
Technician Aaron was very pleasant and professional. I will definitely be calling these people for my next plumbing issue!

This company is a rip off and a scam. They replaced a water heater for me March 2018 under warranty and charged me $400 in labor to replace the water heater with a new one. The new water heater they installed went out today, 22 months later. I called them and when they arrived told me it was going to be $525 to replace it under warranty. This price was not quoted to me when I initially called. My bad for not asking. Mind you that I had already drained the water heater myself and the tech was literally hear from start to finish under 30 minutes. What company gets $1000 an hour. I complained and they graciously took $50 off. So in a nut shell replacing a water heater not even 2 years old in under 30 minutes that was under full warranty costed $475. Do not use this company under any circumstance. They got me the 1st time and definitely got me again. Lesson learned.

We had a water main break in front of house.We called MC Plumbing at 8:30 in the morning and Miguel came at around 9:30 AM and gave an estimate. We came up with the solution. He repaired everything and he was done by 12:30PM. Miguel is a 10 Star employee. He is very professional explaining every detail of problem and then showed and explained the work he performed. He took pictures of before and after and asked if I had questions. I will definitely use M C Plumbing in future.

This company is the biggest joke I've encountered in a while. Called them up for a main line leak diagnosis and repair. They end up sending a newbie to the house who doesn't understand a thing and doesn't have any tools to detect the location of the leak. The guy calls me and starts talking about bushed near the shutoff valve... I tell him the leak is in the main line and the bushes are roughly 20 yards away from the location... He goes on to tell me that he doesn't have capability to detect the leak. Few hours later he calls me back saying that after speaking with his boss, they can't properly diagnose the leak because of the proximity to Summerlin Pkwy (which btw is around half a mile away and I've had many plumber properly detect leaks before). He also proposes that I pay them to blindly dig up an area which has paving stitches, using the rationale that the leak might be there since someone had made a repair there before, without any guarantees for a success...
This company's unprofessionalism is mind boggling. The things they told me were literally the dumbest things I've heard in a while. I have no idea how people as clueless as this can stay in the business!

After a great experience with MC Plumbing replacing drain pipes and a water heater, and installing a new shut off valve in my mother's 1963 home earlier this year, I recently had them replace an outdoor spigot. MC quickly responded after I communicated a concern about the replacement spigot. Dennis arrived on time and was super kind and professional! wonderful service!!!! the gentlemen who came to my house fixed in one day what was a 2-month long problem that left my husband and i without hot water. they were friendly and professional. above that, when we left the house to let them work they needed to move our shoes to get to a pipe. they went so far above and beyond arranging our shoes in a straight line and leaving anything else they needed to move in an orderly way. a previous plumber had left a pile of rubble in our garage, and they were even nice enough to straighten that up. thanks so much guys!!!
