Little pricey for what was done. But grateful they came right away

These guys exhibit excellent customer service standards! Their first visit to repair a leaking pipe inside the wall in my house was initially a disaster (for reasons I won't discuss here), but they were able to turn it into a super positive experience! After identifying my situation they sent out another tech named Robert, who turned out to be absolutely wonderful. He identified my problem, diagnosed it, and had it repaired all in about 3 hours and was super friendly! The price was fair and the job was well done, I will definitely use them again (specifically requesting Robert) in the future and tell others to do the same.

They were in constant contact with me throughout the process. They quoted me a fair price. They went above and beyond while providing excellent service and they did everything possible to get my bathroom up and running again so I could conduct business.As a small business owner, it is very important to establish relationships with other company’s you can trust. I just established one. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Will never have these guys out to my house again. We had them come out to give us a quote for a leak and they told me it would be $450 to try to repair or $4,000 to replace all without even digging anything up or looking at what was really wrong. Not sure if they were charging more because it was a Sunday or not. But we had them do the repair because we needed water and they charged me $450 to do a snake fitting or something that didn't even help nor work. The other 2 plumbing companies that came out where in shock of what we were charged to do the repair. These guys work off commission and are a rip off if you ask me!!! Got my plumbing done and fixed for under $2000!!

Sunday afternoon. Call from tenant, No hot water for 2 days.We locate Precision Plumbing and Kym is on the line. What a dream. Not only did she tell us we would have a plumber in a few hours but she would try to locate someone and see if they could get there sooner. Enter Jim who arrives at location within 30 minutes of our call to Kym, He was very efficient and professional and fixed our problem within minutes. Needless to say our tenant was delighted. We will recommend Precision Plumbing to all of our friends and family because we really feel that they cared that someone who just had no hot water is important.

Drew was super helpful and explained everything we needed for the water heater. He also diagnosed a water pressure problem and we are scheduling a second appointment for him to rebuild the valve system that the water flows through into the house. He will also be installing a pressure tank for the water heater to help balance pressure fluctuations. Love having the peace of mind that preventive maintenance pays off.

Jason & Jose are the best. They were very informative and helpful. The pipes kept backing up and they informed me on other issues leading to it. They even cleaned up the mess!

I honestly can't believe my plumbing technician,from Precision Plumbing,Frank Rohr,not only found the source and location of a mysterious leak,but repaired it,and cleaned up within four hours. Turns out the 12' iron main pipe that all water waste went down had major cracks leaking inside my walls for quite a long time. No one else could figure out why mushrooms were growing on the carpet inside my dining room. Thank you Frank!!! He came in with a smile and left with a smile. Super professional, friendly,and knowledgeable.Frank took the wet insulation, 12'×4' pieces of wet particle board, drywall, ceiling and the 12' piece of rusted cracked iron pipe out of the house,leaving no mess behind. He went above and beyond what any other plumber would do, liketaking the time to cover the large hole in the wall and ceiling with plastic. Best plumber ever, thank you Frank! Needed a new water heater and we called precision at 8am and David was finished 3-4 hours and we live 1 1/2 hours away. (Drive time included) David is very experienced and professional!!! Could not be happier with the job David did!!

DON’T COME TO THIS COMPANY, YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF!!! So I called to see how much an inspection on my water heater would be and I was told it would be free and if something was wrong they would give me an estimate on how much it would be to fix it. When the plumber came he checked out 1 spot on my water heater and said everything was fine and then proceeded to charge me 95 dollars and didn’t even check the rest of the water heater. I called the company after and they told me he should have charged me $180, for what!! He didn’t even check my water heater he only looked at one spot.

My hot water heater suddenly broke and I called Precision Plumbing and they responded instantly. Tyler my technician, was profession and worked diligently to install my new water heater. Before installation, Tyler noticed water damage and mold to the dry wall around the water heater and called WFM Restoration in order to get the issue resolved. I would recommend Precision Plumbing and Tyler for any plumbing needs.

This company cannot be trusted at all.They sent a guy with a uniform to my front yard and asked for a $475 diagnosis fee (10% discount for seniors) for deciding where it is leaking. However, the guy who wrote down the task (work description) only stated front yard clean out to be diagnosed.He refused to add the fees including a correct diagnosis result/report. I don't believe that no one would pay more than $400 for the cleaning out fee with no result.

This morning at 4:30 we heard a noise and woke up to a waterfall in our garage from the hot water heater the whole garage is flooded in part of the house we were frantic we call precision plumbing they came out right away within 45 minutes our technicians name was Drew. He was exceptional, articulate, friendly, sweet, patient, and honest! It was a pleasure to have in my home and from now on any plumbing needs I have I will be calling precision plumbing company and asking for Drew!!!!!!!!!!!

I want to congratulate Precision Plumbing for employing such a talented and hard-working employee as James St. As well as the planned work (together with advice on a safety issue I'd missed), he diagnosed and fixed a pesky plumbing issue I'd been suffering from for 3 years, and for which several competing plumbing companies/plumbers (including the house-builder's lead site technician) had been unable to solve; at considerable expense to me!James' title on his card is Plumbing Technician. In my judgement as a paying Customer, James St. should be titled Master Plumber. Precision (and James) are my go-to plumbers from here on, and I will be recommending them to all friends/neighbors.

I wasn't aware of Precision Plumbing - Las Vegas until July of 2022. I'd like to say that I wish I would have found out about them sooner, but I wouldn't be as thankful as I am for them today, if I did. About 3 years ago the water filtration system (which the last plumber convinced me to switch to) located in the garage suddenly started making all these loud sounds and vibrations that effected my bedroom the most. And for the last 3 years I knew whenever anybody in the house was using water - and for how long they were using it for, as well. I eventually adapted to the change, and got used to the noise. Now I am so happy to say that is a thing of the past!Chris Reynolds, I can't thank you enough. The work you did is VERY much appreciated.

Chris is the absolute best! I appreciate that everytime we called for a plumbing problem they sent the same tech without me having to request him. I found worms coming out of my kitchen faucet in Pahrump NV and I have city water supplied by Great Basin Water. And no one in Pahrump would help me. Precison Plumbing sent Aaron to Pahrump from Las Vegas and not only did he verify that I had no leaks, no backflow and no cross contamination issues. He flushed and sanitized my pipes. I still cant trust that the water is safe, but I know my pipes are clean and I did not contaminate my own water. Thank you Aaron and Cindy and everybody at Precisin Plumbing.

Very professional and timely

I called Precision Plumbing for installation of pressure regulator for my home waterline. A gentleman by name Danny came over. We tested the pressure which indicated about 55 psi. I was about to let it be but Danny suggested it could go over that since i dont have pressure regulator. So i decided to have the regulator installed. Once Danny looked at where to locate the pressure regulator by my water softener, he suggested installing carbon flush tank to work in conjunction with water softener to eliminate corrosion risk for the water heater as well as interior plumbing of the house. Since i was always concerned about corrosion of piping in my house, which could be very damaging if it indeed occurred, i agreed to have both carbon flush tank and pressure regulator installed at the same time.Danny did an excellent job, truly. He also tested the performance of my water softener and i was very relieved it is still working properly. I was very concerned and really happy by the test result as I didn’t want to spend more money. We also tested the pressure after having installed the regulator and it was 40 psi much to my liking. Over all, i am very happy with Danny’s performance and by the office staff of Precision Plumbing, Celia, Julia and Ella, very helpful and pleasant ladies to work with.Great company and great people, truly

Cassandra and Frank both are amazing ..my water heater was out for 2 to 3 days around the holidays and Frank got to my house in a hour, and finshed the job super quick very grateful that we crossed path defentlty will be using them in the future not to mention the finished product looked Sharpe.

I noticed my hot water was not hot and checked the heater finding it was leaking water. Called a number the water heater manufacturer had listed and Paul showed up a few hours later. I was given a price, I accepted his offer and he proceeded to remove the leaking heater. An hour later he returned with a new replacement heater and had it installed an hour and half later. I couldn't have asked for faster service. He showed me a Whole Home Protection plan for $149 a year that included inspection of the anod rod in the heater, so I jumped on that, too. Being new to Las Vegas and to find great service is really a stroke of luck.

Noticed a pipe leaking in our garage this morning. Got in touch with Frank R. who repaired our previous plumbing issue and his responsiveness was amazing. Sorry this is so late coming. Frank Rohr is the greatest. Our downstairs toilet backed up and upon inspection by a friend of mine ( he's a commercial plumber ), found our toilet was full of roots that we assumed was from a palm tree in front. I thought we were going to be tearing up the yard and my bathroom. I thought I'd be writing a check for $10K or more.So I started calling companies and everyone was different. One outfit even wanted to charge me $500 just to show up and run a camera down the pipe!Frank came out about 5PM that night, and when I showed him the pictures he just smiled and said I deal with that all the time. The problem was not a breached sewer line but spores that grow within the line, he ran the camera down (for free), showed me no breach and removed the growth! Huge weight off my chest.Since then I've recommended Precision and Frank 3-4 times, and everyone has been very pleased with all aspects of the operation. Thanks again Frank and Precision!!

I had a mystery leak on an exterior wall of my house. I had no idea if it was coming from inside the wall or under the foundation and slab of the house. I called at 11:30 this morning. They answered the phone right away. Cassandra answered and was very nice. I asked if someone could come look so I would know how bad this was going to be. She said they would be to the house no later than 2pm. My husband was home and Drew and Tom arrived before 2. By the time I got home at 4pm the leak was fixed and for a reasonable price. If you need help with plumbing these guys are the ones to call. Thank you Drew and Tom! You guys are great.

Found this place through Google and I must say we are very greatful. The professional and nice dispatcher got us someone right away, Jose gave us a call in less then 5 mins. He said he would be at our home within the hour and made it within the hour. We were so stressed, but he definitely help us and took care of the emergency. He also got a company to contact us about the clean up. Jose was very professional and knowledgeable, told us what the issue was and took care of it right away. Will most definitely use them again in the future.

We had just moved into our new house and had a plumbing emergency within the first few days. Goettl screwed us over and we had to find a plumber - FAST. I called Precision Plumbing answered and got us a plumber to our door in less than 20 minutes. Tyler cleared our drains (mainline clog) and everything was good to go all in under an hour. Literal lifesavers!

Precision was recommended by a friend. Tony Pritchett was the tech that responded. I was highly impressed with his knowledge, and his overall attitude toward the job. He explained everything thoroughly, and he was quick to solve my plumbing problem. I recommend Tony at Precision Plumbing - Las Vegas (ask for him by name).

When other plumbers quoted the replacement of our ENTIRE sewer line, we started saving up. Then we had a heck of a time finding ANY plumber willing to even come look at the problem. On short, Precision came out ON TIME, assessed our sewer issue, and said that in their professional opinion we didn't need the whole line replaced. They strongly felt that two smaller repairs and a good hydro jetting would solve our problems. They made both repairs without even entering my house (the other guys wanted to destroy the floors in roughly 70% of my house), got the repairs done in a single day (instead of 2-3 weeks), and they even managed to preserve the complicated aspects of my landscaping (existing trees and laid pavers). I quite simply love this company, and Sean and Frank are treasures to work with!

Overall very good service, pricey but most emergency repairs are. Technician was on time and worked quickly to fix the issue, communicated every possible fix and the cost so we felt very informed. The scheduling person made sure to update me regularly on when the next available technician would arrive. Good company, will likely use again.

Water heater replacement done within 3 hours. Plumber came and surveyed the problem. Gave me an estimate that included everything. Then installed the new water heater right away. The price was a little higher than expected, even with an old folks discount. It was done professionally and the estimate was the final price.

Just an overall terrible experience. had a plumber come clear my garbage despoil. the plumber was here for a whole 2 minutes with the twist of an allen key and $189.00 later. I would say this company is way over priced! I ask to speak with someone about the price of the job. no one has bothered to get back to me. its all about the money for this company. zero customer service. They are overpriced and we felt they were looking for work. We got two other plumbers to come out and was told something else.

Called to get a diagnosis on a leak and was charged over $300 for them to cut a 2x2 hole in my wall in order to just figure out where the leak was. Then, when we got the repair done, they didn’t credit the diagnosis fee towards the repair cost. CROOKS! There are better companies out there, please take the time to look. This practice is absurd.

They refused to give an estimate over the phone but were able to provide a quote in person after looking at the leaks very quickly. The plumber (Jeremy) arrived exactly when he said he would and was courteous and knowledgeable.However, the price quoted was on average about 2-3x the going rate: $250 to replace a leaking U pipe, another $250 to replace a shower cartridge, $500 to fix a leaking garbage disposal and $1500 to replace a leaking shower valve (including making a hole in the wall to access it).I naively agreed to the first two items. I didn't really know the going rate and needed the leaks fixed ASAP. I realized shortly after they left that I had allowed myself to be taken advantage of. I called Jeremy back and he was just as courteous as before and we agreed a compromise.Then a few days later, I noticed that neither problem was actually fixed. This wasn't entirely his fault - we had to ask the building to shut off the water and I didn't want to keep him waiting while they put it back on. I called him and even after our compromise, he came back to fix the leak with no fuss.Overall my experience of Jeremy is really positive but Precision Plumbing massively overcharges and because of that I would recommend people stay away. I have found another plumber (their quote to replace the shower valve: $500-550).

I had a exposed PVC pipe on the side of my house that got damaged by a third party causing water to leak. I was able to call Precision Plumbing and get someone out same day almost within an hour or so to help me fix the problem. Jeremy J. was my Technician that was dispatched to assist, I could not recommend him or the company more. Jeremy was on time, professional, and answered all of my questions.I want to say thank you again to Jeremy and Precision Plumbing for taking care of my issue.

Dan installed a new 50 gallon water heater and installed new valve shutoff under sink. He was very efficient and the job was finished in a timely manner. I was very impressed. I highly recommend him.

I had my shower control valve repaired by Mr James Pilkington and his performance is nothing short of outstanding. He fixed my plumbing issue fast and efficient and he provided a sound advise on how to secure a replace for the bad part (Moen) with life time warranty. James is a person I can recommend to all my friends to work on their plumbing problem.

Mr. Diego did an outstanding, amazing, great, informational and helpful job at finding and fixing our sink faucet in our home! He stopped and turned off the running water that was continuously running from the sink! Found Precision plumbing on the Internet. I called them and told them my water Heater was leaking in the pan and it’s 7 years old….and probably need a New one. A technician by the name of Chris came out within the hour. A very nice young Man. He ran the numbers on my water heater through his computer and said it was out of warranty by six months. I then said how much for a New one …..and he said a 50 Gallon would cost me 1,600 Bucks. I told him I had a new one installed about 15 years ago and it was 850.00 Bucks. I told Him No Thank You ! I then found another company and they said I If I would go to Lowe’s and Buy one which I did for 675.00 ….They would install the Water Heater for 150.00 …..Which I was very Happy with ! I also gave the technician a $50 tip. So the Total cost was 875.00 …..P.S. The moral of the story is look around you can always get a better deal.

David the repair technician was great and professional!The only problem was the price for repair was relatively high being the job took about 20 min to complete, the parts probably cost around $40 the rest was labor $310 total cost around $350 to replace fill valve, and flapper, handle pretty pricey!!!

$360 AN HOUR!? This review is purely on the estimate. They may very well have skilled technicians.We had one of their technicians come to our house for a free estimate. This was to 1. Cut a small hole in the back of the vanity and 2. Hook up the his and her bathroom sinks.The technician quoted us $1080 which seemed absurdly high so we opted to do it ourselves.Using YouTube and asking some people at a plumbing supply store for pointers my husband did the whole job in 3 hours with zero experience to a perfect product. The cost in parts was $30.Now I would assume that a trained plumber would be faster than someone with zero experience but assuming that he did the exact same job in the exact same time he bid the job at $360 and hour.

We have used this company a few times and could not be happier with their service. Had a major problem of water backup in tubs and toilets. They were here within a few hours, fixed the problem plus a small leak in one of the bathtubs. Even gave me a small discount, which was not necessary, so I highly recommend this company for any plumbing issues. Thank you to Tony P. for your prompt and kind service!!

State farm kept dodging our calls and transferring us endlessly. It wasn't until we found Precision Plumbing online that we finally were able to get our leak fixed. Precision Plumbing came in on time and communicated all throughout the process and finished early. Ironically enough statefarm is partnered with them so they helped us get it covered by insurance. These guys were amazing!

We have used other large plumbing companies before and they were not as professional, prompt or reasonably priced as Precision plumbing. Our service man, James, was very professional, knowledgeable and pleasant to work with and did a great job resolving all of our plumbing problems. James made multiple trips to get parts he needed without complaining or charging us extra and even offered to return items we had mistakenly purchased on his own time. James also called to follow up and make sure that everything was all right. Everyday, our family appreciates the water purification system that James was able to install despite running into unexpected complications. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with his work; he is very careful and NEVER leaves a mess unlike other plumbers. Anytime we have plumbing problems, we all say Call James, now!!. This was the worst home repair experience I have ever had. I took the afternoon off because the plumber was scheduled to be here between 1 and 3. At 3:30, they called and said he would be here in an hour ... He finally showed negotiate up at 8:15 pm. Then told me it would be $235 to run a snake down the drain. When I voiced my shock, he got back in his truck and commented that I didn't negotiate with my doctor and drove off.

My hot water heater started leaking the morning before my vacation. My handyman was out of town so he recommended Precision Plumbing. I called them at 7:30 am and by 10:00 am I had a new water heater completely installed and everything cleaned up. Phenomenal response- vacation saved.

This is the most obvious highway robbery to date. We needed a valve replacement for a urinal but got charged $653 for a part that should've cost $40 at most.. even the whole unit is less than $130.. very bad business

Used camera down the mainline to detect major clogging. Hydrojetting service made pipes go from 100% clogged to looking like brand new. Good guys working there and will call on them again for any major plumbing issues and recommend to others. Thanks -Ben

I wish I could give more stars. I had an outside leaking coming from my wilkins 720a pump. After 2 days of me attempting to fix it and making the leak worst. I called Precision Plumbing the receptionist was very nice and friendly, then and hr later. Paul (the plumbing tech) came was very friendly and cool. In less the 30 mins he undid all the damage I did, fixed the problem, cleaned up the area, was in his truck and on his way. Also the price was real good an unbeatable to me, because I tried calling a few other places (Anytime plumbing inc). who tried charging 3x as much.. I appreciated the overall professionalism by everyone I spoke to and the prompt service. I was stumped by a slow leak that I could not locate and was worried that it was a slab leak. The majority of my Pex water lines are routed through the attic and down the walls, the only exception was the kitchen sink island. I’m reasonably handy and went over the steps I completed with Jose, Sr. Plumbing Technician. His experience helped locate a faulty double sided shutoff valve that served my kitchen sink and RO system that I had previously turned off during my search. The RO system was still receiving a small amount of water and the faulty drain line was the source of the leak. In hindsight I should have been more thorough in my search but I was convinced the leak was under my concrete foundation (I had already eliminated a landscape/pool leak). I was more than happy to pay the initial service fee and I completed the repair myself. I’m grateful that Jose listened and would happily recommend him as well as Precision Plumping to anyone in need of their services!

I'm new in town, but $189 to clean out a clogged pipe (which took less than 15 minutes) seems exorbitant. I would have given them 5 stars if the cost was more reasonable.

My husband and started hearing water pouring from “somewhere” around 3:00a.m. We called a different “23 hour” plumbing service, where the guy on call sounded like he was asleep or something else. He was rude and kept telling me he didn’t work on appliances; well, I never said anything about an appliance. Then hung up on him. I then called Precision Plumbing. The lady that answered the phone was super nice and expressed concern for our issue. She tried to connect me to the plumber on call, but the call didn’t go through. She said she’d call him on another line and he’d call me back. It wasn’t 5 minutes before he called. He was extremely nice; you could tell he was ready to do a job at, by this time, 3:15 in the morning. He was at the house within about 20 minutes. He was super nice and professional the whole time he was in our home. He quickly diagnosed the issue and explained in “lay terms” what was going on. Precision Plumbing was polite and helpful from the initial phone call to the time their rep left our home. I would highly recommend this company.

Aaron arrived promptly at 9:00 and diagnosed my water blockage very quickly. He was able to find a small blockage under my sink, but he discovered that the real blockage was further down. He used a snake to unblock the drain, and the water was flowing smoothly in 30 minutes flat! Very professional, very knowledgable, and the price was reasonable. We had a leak in the main line at the front yard under the driveway. Frank came out and looked at it and immediately said he could fix it without us having to cut and dig out part of the driveway and lawn (which another plumbing company said had to be done). We have had a couple of plumbing emergencies and they were able to respond same day. Jose was a very knowledgeable technition. Their prices are fair and I highly recommend them for any commercial plumbing repairs.

I had a water leak in my backyard from the main water line. They arrived on time with a free estimate. He explained the issue and process and handled it the same day. Great service… highly recommend!

Jeremy came like 2 hours after I called and quickly, expertly diagnosed my problem. Gave me an estimate to have the work performed or not A few hours and I had no more issues. Also installed a garbage disposal.I thought it was reasonable for the work. Plumbers are expensive, just gotta know that when you pick up the phone. I'll call precision with any future issues. Aging home, there's always something.

Precision Plumbing was early for the appointment which was good. Then the technican, Billy, came and looked at the job. He fixed the tub faucet and pop up in the sink for one- fifth, $ 70.00, what another company bid originally $ 662.00. They then said I was getting a deal for only $398.00. I had used the other company for forty-five years in Phoenix and here but not any more. Precision has my vote from now on here for their honesty, professionalism and quality of work.

My washer was being replaced due to bad bearings and in order to install the new unit, I was told that my washer valves needed to be replaced as well. I called precision plumbing for their expertise and they sent Ty. Ty showed up on time, was very professional and knowledgeable in his field of work. Ty is great guy with great work ethic! I moved back home to Vegas after a decade to help care for my aging family members and maintain the house after my dad’s passing. We called Precision Plumbing after trying (and failing) to get two other plumbers to come by the house for a reasonable rate. Sean came by right away for a free estimate, listened to our concerns about a hidden leak in the walls, acted like an investigator to figure out where and what was leaking, and called in another company to get him access to the leak immediately. **He also spotted and predicted that our water heater would fail soon. He was 100% right and it only lasted another two weeks 🔮!** Once he had access passed the drywall, the leak was located and repaired, and we even sprang for him to install all new Pex water lines throughout the walls and attic crawl space so we don’t have to keep finding pinhole leaks in our corroded, old waterlines anymore. Sean (and the other two tradesmen who came with him on multiple visits) were kind, honest, knowledgable, timely, and efficient. They all took great care of us and we couldn’t be happier with these new pipes and our new sense of water security.

What began as a simple cartridge replacement, by us the homeowner, went south when we realized the pipe was eaten up with corrosion. As a result of its condition, the pipe split open on top. I called Precision Plumbing, and they sent Alejandro out to give me an estimate. He told me he couldn't fix it. I about passed out, but then he continued by saying it will need to be replaced. I braced myself having no idea what a repair like that would cost or how it could be done without major destruction. The price he gave me was not cheap, but it also was not a price that would require me to resort to selling a major organ to pay for it either. I jokingly told him I was so thrilled that he could fix this situation that I could kiss him, but my husband wouldn't like that. Then I asked him to start right away. He told me his co-worker would be doing the work but first we needed to find access to the back of the shower. A hole was drilled, and we soon discovered my showers pipes were in the wall by the dryer in the laundry room. With that tidbit discovered I wrote a check for the deposit. Then he left.Soon enough, a young fellow named Gilbert showed up. He was very courteous and professional, and he even slipped on blue booties to protect my floor. After moving both the dryer and the washer, he crawled behind there doing some cross between Limbo and Twister to avoid pulling any of the gas or water lines loose. He drew a square approximately 2 ft. by 2 ft. using the straight edge side of a level. After cutting a perfect square he removed the drywall carefully. At that point, he got down to work. He cut and removed old pipes and replaced them with new thicker walled pipes and new connections that we're a better quality than what the builder used.For being a young man born in 1997 his level of skill and pride in his profession shocked me. Many young people and old alike don't know the pride of mastering a craft or have a passion for the job they do.Seeing the completed repair made me wish he'd been there when the house was under construction. For someone so young I was surprised to see the skills of a Master plumber at play. He took all the trash with him even when I offered him the choice of just leaving all the debris. He double checked at every step that I was happy, that the work met his standards, and he checked again one final time before he prepared to leave. On the way out he reviewed the fact that all his work came with a one-year warranty and if I had any trouble to just call them. They are a 24/7 company.At that point we exchanged words of farewell, and he left me with an amazing new shower head, handle and cover plate that makes the older original fixtures jealous.If the need arises, I will call on this company again and I will request both Alejandro and Gilbert.Thank you both very much.

Had a leaky pipe and got a hold of Frank R. The pipe actually burst just before he got to the home, and he managed to fix the pipe incredibly fast(faster than Jimmy Johns). Saved us from a lot of water damage. Very professional, and cool guy 👍

2 years ago I was pleased with Precision. I didn’t know any better.They put a water heater in for me. After only 2 years the heater is leaking and needs toBe changed. They came and said yes it is under warranty but I need to pay a $50.00 restocking for the heater and over 600.00 for the labor. They want half of what I paid them just 2 years ago for the same badbrand heater that they put in. What a rip off.I called and asked to speak to the owner. Of course he was in a meeting but they would have aManager call me. Long story short, no call.I went to Home Depot who gave me a better brand heater, replaced it the next day and charged much less than what I paid Precision 2 years ago, along with a much better warranty and service plan which still came out cheaper than what I paid to Precision!I do not understand how they have so many stars. They must have a lot of friends.I would never use them again for anything and not recommend them to anyone.

Precision Plumbing is all around a phenomenal company. They worked diligently to fix and discover the plumbing issues that I was unable to handle via auger, drano, etc. I had used a previous company to install a water treatment device and install fixtures (paying them over $4k) and when I had a plumbing emergency they would never return or answer my calls. The staff at precision were always friendly on the phone, worked to accommodate my schedule, and always personally called me if there were any changes. Jeremy worked tirelessly running jetters from the main line, the bathrooms, and the roof vents. He was always on time, had a good attitude, and was professional. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a great plumbing company that will charge you a fair price, provide quality work, and quality people.

Contacted Precision Plumbing yesterday after having issues with my water heater. Submitted the form around 6:45PM and received a call from Jasmine within a minute. She was able to have a tech come out same day to take a look at our problem. Frank arrived around 7:30-7:40PM, and diagnosed the issue within 5 minutes. He laid out a couple of options for repair or replace and gave the pros and cons of each. We chose to replace the water heater and he completed it that night. So between my initial call around 6:45pm and 10:30PM when Frank finished, we had a new water heater and hot water by 11:15PM. Jasmine and Frank were great and I was blown away by the turn around time. The one knock on the company is that they charge an additional 3% fee if you pay by card. Overall and excellent experience though and will use them again in the future.

It’s like they found all the best people to work in one place, appreciate y’all and how you do the things you do. Never happy to have a plumbing problem, but never stressed when precision plumbing is a phone call away.

I called Precision Plumbing in order to have a flush/cleaning of my one year old tankless water heater. I spoke with Autumn who was really nice in setting up an appointment as soon as possible. We are giving this company one star because we strongly believe that their services are not only overprice but their plumber Mr. P. is also dishonest. We have five faucets to change at our home. We have all the materials ready and only require labor. Mr. P gave us a quote of $1325, which is close to $300 per faucet. We thought it was a bit high. Later, we asked another plumbing company for the same service and they quoted us $275. We went with the latter. We do not trust Precision Plumbing and would suggest others to do a price comparison before hiring them.

I called them on Tuesday night. They gave me a 4 hour window for Wed between 4 to 8 pm. got a call at 9:30 pm saying that they have someone that can come out in 30 min. Kids were in bed and I said I'll call you in morning. Thursday morning call them at 7 am they said someone will be out between 10 and 2. The leak now destroying my wall at 11 am I called another plumbing company who is on their way. They get 1 star for not showing up... not sure how about their work!

Great communication. Great work. Only complaint was learning that the work was not guaranteed after it was complete. This was due to roots in the system, so I guess that's understandable.

Save yourselves trouble. They won’t even bother calling you If they’re running late. They will eventually call after you follow up (confirming that they’re running late), then you won’t hear from them again until 9:00pm when your entire day is already ruined as you had to shut down the water supply waiting for this plumbing company which is far from being precise and don’t know the meaning of customer service.

Frank came out first and explained what steps needed to be taken to complete the plumbing repair and also stated that he would put together a report for our insurance. When we had taken care of the insurance company I called in to schedule the work. Drew came out to complete the work and he accomplished it in one day. This included access the plumbing and making the repairs. All of the staff was great to work with and very professional. Although the job was expensive, the plumbing techs did not waste time and explained all of the costs and options up front. I would not hesitate to call them again for any additional work I might require in the future.

I wish that I could give Zero stars. Called them to come replace the gaskets and bolts in one of my toilets. They wanted me to pay $375!!! I believe in paying a fair price, but absolutely hate price gouging. This company makes its money on people that have an issue that needs to be fixed immediately and they think that they can force you to pay an outrageous price. In all fairness, the plumber that showed up was very nice and professional so I don't blame him. However, in my opinion, this company is the lowest form of service that only wants to take advantage of people in need. I talked to the manager and he did his best to try and justify the pricing, lucky for me, I have 4 other toilets and there is only two of us so I didn't allow myself to get ripped off. In five minutes on Home Advisor, I found a licensed plumber to do the job for $185.00. Don't let these people take advantage of you.

If you live in Las Vegas DO NOT use Precision Plumbing! We had to replace all the plumbing in our house, plus the main sewer line and the water line (it's an old house and it needed to be done so that's not the issue). But Precision has made this a 6 week long NIGHTMARE. They are not true to their word and backtrack/double talk everything all the time. Save yourself the headache go with another company.

I needed to buy a new faucet for the bathroom and one for the kitchen. He helped me find the faucets that would work for me while I searched on Lowe's website and when they all arrived, he came back and installed them for me as well as unclogged the slow drain.Gilbert was very helpful, courteous, conscientious and friendly. My kitchen sink became clogged. I attempted to repair it myself but when a 25' snake did not clear the clog I knew it was time for the pros. I called Precision Plumbing and they were extremely responsive. My tech, Tyler, was professional, courteous, and honest. When he was unable to resolve the issue because the wall needs to be opened up, he provided me with an estimate for the additional work and did a great job of explaining the situation. We were not charged because he was unable to fix the problem. I highly recommend these guys.

I would not use them again. I made an appointment for 4 - 6pm they didn't show up within the scheduled time frame. I called back they said that they had no record of me calling. The computer had issues was the excuse they gave me but they would still come out. It was 8:30 pm and they had it as an emergency call witch shouldn't have been if it was the company's fault or human. They changed us a ridiculous amount to take a pipe off and use our parts we had already purchased. Never again.

I called Precision Plumbing after dealing with Multiple Plumbing companies and getting less than stellar service and also getting price gouged. They responded promptly and professionally. Their Technician Chris Hughes was GREAT!! He patiently answered all my questions about my main sewer line issues, and didn't attempt to sell me things I don't need. I was very impressed with James. He was very professional from the minute I opened the door. He lead us through every step he was doing to detect the problem we were having concerning a wet wall in our bathroom.. He was honest and straight forth , he did not understand the exact problem concerning why the wall was wet, but he did find a small leak in our sprinkler line and fixed that and he had a solution and phone number of who to call for the wet wall. We called Precision Plumbing today to come out and look at our hot water heater. They sent Thomas out to check things out and give us a free estimate. I can't say enough good things about Thomas. He was very honest and upfront about everything. Gave me a free estimate and was very honest about things. I should also mention they were out to my house within an hour of calling. I'm not sure what others would charge as we haven't had anyone else come out but I'm happy with my experience with this company and the free estimate they gave me.

Disgusted by the blatant discrimination I was shown by Jose. His estimate was a joke! I had a broken shower valve, he quoted $1470.00. I was sick thinking this was a major issue. 495.00 to cut drywall and cap the lines, 975.00 to complete the repair another day next week.When my husband showed up he tried adding a 15% discount... to help us outNot only did we go with another company the entire repair came to $340.00 and it was completed in 45 minutes.Jose wouldn't even give me the respect in letting me know what went into the job. Just said 150.00 flat rate, and parts have mark up on them. Jose doesn't have your best interest in mind.

I wouldn't recommend Precision Plumbing, I made an appointment with them to give an estimate on a plumbing repair, the day of the appointment the window of arrival came and went, never got a call or text of them running later or if they were even coming. I waited an hour after the window expired to call and let them know I would be contacting another company since they never called or showed, crystal asked for my info and then told me OK thank you, so obviously they have enough business. The irritating part is my time was wasted and have to call a reliable plumber to come out

Hired for my aunt, troubleshoot leak and had to install main line valve. Then said meter stopped and had to cap lines to find leak in house after 900$ then told us meter still moving not sure why, so now it’s the main line . over 7k to replace main line and than a leak in two after saying it was lack of insulation and was condensation but my aunt saw the meter spinning and now it stopped. Lack of experience “Sean” Called customer service and she said someone would call me but never got a call back. Poor customer experience never again.

The tech Miguel was real professional and got the job done quick with no issues! He was able to resolve 2 problems we had with our sink really fast. I called here tonight and the receptionist had Paul call me back in regards to a bath alphabet toy being flushed down the toilet by my one-year-old. Really disappointed in the service provided to me. My husband and I just moved to Vegas. Our kitchen sink & dishwasher in our new home weren’t working. Dave came and looked at our sink and stated that it was going to cost us $300 just to reinstall our existing system because “it wasn’t hooked up properly”. After he looked into it further and started taking it apart, he stated that everything was messed up; bolts missing, a pipe being too short to work, the garbage disposal not being puttied in, etc. he said it would cost upwards of $600!! We decided to hold off in order to have the landlord cover the cost & found our from the realtor that the only problem was human error because the sink is a touch sensor sink and the dishwasher just needed to have the detergent slot shut. NOTHING WAS EVEN BROKEN, EVERYTHING WORKS JUST PERFECTLY. NO LEAKS, NOTHING!! I feel so lucky that I didn’t go through with having Dave work on our kitchen because it was a total scam. & the worst part is, the entire time he was working he was talking about how most plumbing companies will scam you and are shady....when all along HE was the one trying to scam us! Certainly will not be calling this company from here on out!!

We had a plumbing emergency last night, called Precision Plumbing, and a half-hour later, Billy was at our door. Everything about him impressed me: his knowledge, his ability to communicate, and his technical skills were all top drawer. His visit was a refresher departure from what usually happens. He diagnosed the problem immediately and explained in detail, what his remedy would be. He invited me to watch as he went about his business, and even then, he told me what was going on and how he was solving the problem. He also shared maintenance advice and made suggestions for further maintenance of my plumbing equipment.

Contacted precision plumbing to assess water leak in bathroom. Service technician Tyler assessed the problem and I was referred to WFM restoration services for immediate follow up . They'd installed a water heater for me last year and the service was great. Now my water softener went out so I had them come out to see if it could be fixed. It was an expensive unit that I purchased about 6 years ago from Lowe's which the tech, Jose, mentioned they didn't have parts for and could not fix. I asked how much a new unit would be and the price of $2,500 with install was given to me which I felt was a bit high. I did call around to some other places and relayed that, and the price came down to $1,800 which was a drastic decrease which I didn't feel to great about. When I say that it's because I felt that maybe I was getting price gouged. I decided to go with the $1,800 even though it may have been a little more expensive than the other companies I'd checked with for a similar unit because the work performed previously for me was good. I couldn't say the same for another company since I'd never used them. I will say that the softening system upgrade has definitely made a difference as I can feel it on my skin for sure. The water feel more slippery than before.

My wife and I woke up to an alarm we have under the sinks in our kitchen. Into emergency mode we went. Get the towels, clear the stored items from the cabinet, turn off the water. Call Precision Plumbing. Kim answered the call. She took control and before I knew it she had the whole thing set up and told me that Drew would be our technician and would be here at 3pm. Darn, the doorbell was ringing at 3pm sharp. We invited Drew in and all of us headed for the kitchen. Drew turned his flashlight on and disappeared under the sink. We heard a few taps, large retainer nuts turning and a confident voice saying, I found the cause of the leak. He reappeared and reached out for the built in spray. A few turns with a pair of chanel lock pliers and bingo, all finished, 15 minutes flat. He gave us the bill and headed for the door. This young man is bright, smart, polite and loves to talk. Zero stars. Worst plumber in Las Vegas!! They charge for a leak fixed and when the pipe next to the one they replace is leaking the next day they charge for that too! They should notice all things leaking, it's their job. This happened on two different jobs. Manager Jason would not call me back to discuss at all.It could be they are pulling the old car mechanic con, when they damage your parts then come back to charge again. Maybe that's too harsh but it's just too shady. Poor business.Don't waste your time or money on these crooks.

I pulled my refrigerator out to clean behind it at about 9:00 PM one evening and the back hose connection crimped the plastic hose and started to leak. I called Precision Plumbing and they sent Dan out within 20 minutes and he stopped the leak and gave a free and reasonable estimate and then the next morning he came and fixed it! He also checked all around my house to see if there was anything else that may need fixing in the future! I highly recommend precision plumbing as they are PRECISE in their every aspect of their business! My situation is a little different from most being that I had a 1970's original home. After multiple companies fixing a multitude of water leaks and fixtures inside and outside, it was finally revealed that I had a sewer waste line problem. A terrible thing when your house gets back flow from the waste pipe.Frank came over and listened. Really listened to what I was saying. Then he explained how he would attack this problem and get me up and running with full completion in 2 days!I was never out of water or a flush while the job handled. It happened exactly how he said it would. Total satisfaction!

Had a Saturday morning plumbing problem. Did a Google search and made three phone calls. First company couldn't come until Monday, second one never returned my call. I then called Precision Plumbing around 11:00 was told there would be a technician at my house between 2 and 4pm. They called me back in 15 minutes and said the technician, Kurt, was available and would be on his way. About 11:30 or so, he arrived and assessed the problem, gave me the estimate and immediately got started. It was a fairly major job so he wasn't sure he'd be able to finish it that day. About an hour later, he was elbow deep in a trench and another technician showed up. Long story short, the job was totally finished by 3:30, and you couldn't even tell they had been there.My neighbor had the EXACT SAME PROBLEM, but they hired their irritation guy to do the work. He has two helpers, they started the job two hours before Kurt started and they're expecting to finish tomorrow afternoon.Kurt was extremely polite, knowledgeable and totally professional. I couldn't help but notice his attention to detail and when he finished, he reviewed with me exactly what was done, and rechecked everything before he left.It was very satisfying to know that our job was done by such a professional and we paid only SLIGHTLY MORE than our neighbor's handyman and our water was back on within a few hours.Thank you Kurt Gross, thank you Precision Plumbing from a TOTALLY SATISFIED CUSTOMER.

After being bumped 3 times by a large plumbing company in town, I gave Precision Plumbing a call. My window was 8 to 10 am the following day. Diego showed up at promptly 8am and took a look at what was going on and the estimate was almost $500 less than I was quoted by the other company. He made arrangements to return at 8am the following day to fix it. Once again he was on time and fixed the issue promptly and at the exact cost of the quote. The work area was kept nice and clean and the work was done professionally. I am very pleased and will be using this company for all my plumbing needs from this point forward.

I've gone through 3 or 4 plumbing companies with my plumbing concern. Nobody could figure it out. Jason came out, made a diagnosis, and ended up being spot on. He gave me a price and ENCOURAGED me to call other plumbing companies to verify it was a good deal. His was absolutely the best deal and he ended up completely fixing my problem in about 2 hours for a price that was 10% less than the other company's quotes to come out to just identify the problem (fixing it would be more). In my view, Jason is the best plumber out there EVER. Ask for him by name...you'll be glad you did!

We had a long talk on maybe providing a couple different cost options for easier jobs vs a hard install instead of just a flat cost.My faucet was a lemon (which I purchased) and Precision plumbing came back out at no cost to replace faucet I had purchased. Also each time they came they were on time. They provide excellent customer service. I also meant the two star to be a 3 star in original review I wrote. I am now replacing with a five star review.

Frank the Plumber came to my home prepared and very knowledgeable. When he arrived, he was very professional and immediately applied shoe covers on. He took one look at what was going on and immediately resolved it. We had the previous plumber out on at least 2 occasions and both times the issue did not get resolved, which in turn caused a lot of water damage to our property. Andrew from Precision Plumbing came and installed our kitchen sink and faucet. Andrew was quick and friendly, but Afterhe left we did find a couple Knicks and scratches on the sink. The one big scratch he mentioned that would come off It didn't come off, and wasn't there when we bought the sink. Also after he left I noticed he did a sloppy job with the caulking.

I was recently quoted nearly $1200 to drop in a kitchen sink that I had purchased and ready to install. Not sure why but they will never recieve my business or referral.

We found the leak on a Sunday and called Precision. They were very professional and responsive and were able to send someone within an hour. The problem was repaired. It was expensive for such a responsive resolution on a Sunday but worth it to get it sorted.

My water heater broke. I called Precision plumbing. Frank responded quickly to my house. Took a look gave me a quote. He kept us in the loop, installed the new water heater quickly. The price was good. The work he did was outstanding and so was his customer service. This is not the first time I have called Precision Plumbing. Frank was the plumber that responded when I called last time and he did a great job then too.

Frank specifically was able to save us $18,000 over the competition who misdiagnosed my issue.After service on the whole house and especially the sewer main outgoing, right by the city junction, we verified multiple times with a camera and water pressure. We had a pipe connection break for our water softener on Saturday evening. We called Precision Plumbing and Frank Rohr called us right back. He asked if we could send him a picture of the problem, which I did and he told me it was an easy fix. Frank arrived right on time and fixed it in no time! While we had to have a last minute install, their prices were extremely expensive. While it is our own fault that we went with them, they should have been a little more honest.

Unreliable and not professional. Arrived 14 hours late and did not finish job.The job was for a cartridge install on shower faucet. I contacted Precision Plumbing at 730 am 5/23 and was given appointment for 2-4pm. I called at 3:39pm and was told that the technicians were running late but we were next up on the board. I called back at 4:37pm and was told that were were still next up on board. At 6:08pm i was told that the night technician was on duty and will contact us.Frank called me at 9:50pm and said that he would be out between 11-12 pm. Frank called back at10:58pm stating that his job was going longer than expected and would not be able to arrive until told 2 -3 am or 6:30 am on 5/24.Frank arrived at 6:50am and left my home at 7:15am because he had a meeting to go to. The job was not finished. The shower handle had broken off during the repair. Frank stated that he could possibly return around 9-9:30 am or he could give us a discount and we could finish the job ourselves. Given the performance of the previous day we decided to finish the work ourselves. This does not seem in anyway like a full time professional business. I suspect Precision Plumbing is a part time side hustle for Frank and Autumn and cannot be relied for timely arrival or quality of work.

Precision Plumbing is one of the worst companies ever. We had a plumbing problem about 2 years ago. The technician that came out didn’t finish the job. Said he would be back. Set up one appointment, and he didn’t show (said he got into an accident) set up a second appointment which he blew off completely. Canceled the charges on my card and called out another company that did the work.At the time I called the Manager of Precision Plumbing and explained, he apologized and said he would take the charges off.Now here is the best part. 2 years later we get a demand letter saying Precision Plumbing is going to put a lien on the house. I have to get the company who fixed the problem to look through the back invoices…Talked to the supervisor who said this whole problem was my fault because when the original technician was out and gave me his number I should have called the corporate offices when he failed to show up (as his employees and technicians are not representatives of the company).Precision Plumbing is a really bad business. Do not have them do any work for you.

A couple of years ago my septic tank kept backing up. Several plumbing firms told me I would have to have the whole field redone at a cost of thousands of dollars. I saw a Precision Plumbing truck at Home Depot and asked the plumber. He said they could probably fix my problem. He came over with a pipe camera and was able to put in a cleanout entry downstream of the septic tank and save the septic field. This saved me at least a couple of thousand dollars.Recently, I had roots that grown into my downstairs toilet drain. Unfortunately, I had done the tile floor myself and managed to fit the stone tiles so closely around the toilet that the toilet could not be removed. Precision Plumbing broke out the out toilet, removed the roots and installed the new toilet I bought at Home Depot. I thought their price of $225 was very reasonable as the plumber encountered a number of problems with the pipe flange and had some wait time while I ran over to Home Depot to get a new $99 toilet.

Extremely overpriced, while we were in an emergent situation on a Friday night, it still was extremely expensive.

Extremely over priced. Tried to tell us we needed a new water heater when in fact we just got one. Wanted to charge $300 extra per tub to snake them after charging us $900 to replace cartridges. If I did not need hot water I would have sent him packing.

David was brilliant very knowledgeable and kind hearted knew exactly what he was talking about and overextended his kindness. This is a key quality of your company. Make sure you keep David.

My favorite thing in the world is having emergency plumbing repairs. Especially on the weekend! Thankfully Luis Agaton, from Precision Plumbing, came through like a champ. He was friendly, professional, patient, and knowledgeable. He warned me in advance, that he was going to try a minimal replacement fix (a cartridge replacement) that might not work out, leading to a total replacement of the piping in my shower wall. Well, low and behold he was able to fix it with just replacing the cartridge. This saved me $590 and I am back in working order! I love the honesty and forethought, managing my expectations, and not making promises he couldn't keep. Also, his quality of work, and post-work cleanup was perfect. Thanks again Luis! we had a leak on our washing machine hose and i didn't know it was just a hose or a leak inside of the wall so i found Precision Plumbing and read a good reviews on google reviews so i called and made a appointment. lady on the phone was really nice and made making a appointment easy. i called them around 11:50 am she told me it's going to be around 1 to 3 pm for the plumber is going to come out. so i waited and they came out at 1 pm. i was really happy that they can come out so fast. when they were here that's when everything turn to sour. first the guys came into our house with their dirty boots. they didn't seem to care our carpets are getting dirty. our washer was upstairs so with their dirty boots they came up to our washer room and check for less than 2 minutes told me we just need to replace a hose. i asked them what would be the price to replace and told me $200 dollars. i was thinking to myself that this guys are nuts! $200 dollars to just replace 2 hose! what a rip off. they told me it's stainless steel hose so labor and for them to come out. lady on the phone told me that it was free to come out and give me an estimate and it was up to me to decide. i told them i might have to think about it and they started to tell me it might have a leak inside of the wall so they have to check it and took the drywall out. i told them to do it to make sure it is safe that i don't have any issue later on. so basically they came out didn't even do anything and damaged my wall by moving the washer and gave me a phone number to repair the drywall and charged me $200. i would never use this plumber again. what a ripoff. i'm here now waiting for a drywall repair guy to call me back. another thing is that they are telling to get a water softener from them for $2900. i don't think so! not from you guys! only good thing about the whole experience was the lady on the phone who was really nice. i don't think i can trust the google reviews anymore. it's up to you to go with the Precision Plumbing but, good luck i hope you don't have to deal with the guys i had.UPDATE:we got a call from Precision Plumbing. person who called was lady name Ronda. I really didn't think i would receive any calls from them or hear anything back but, to my surprise they did. i spoke with Ronda and she apologize and told me she would take care of the drywall that's been damaged and would repair the whole wall. she contacted one of the company and fix it in same day. i don't know what to say but, to say thank you! now that is what i call service. i didn't wanted to use this company again but, because of Ronda i would be using them for every plumbing need. also my wife and i are thinking of getting water softener from her. Our water heater was pouring water into our garage the night before Christmas eve. I called around 8 pm, on Christmas Eve Gilbert was here by 9 am (the window was 8-10). They called and gave me a time estimate as well. He was able to identify the leak was caused by the connector pipes (?) and he replaced them on the spot. Gilbert is very professional and worked hard on this holiday! Highly recommend!

Although we did not end up going through with services (we decided to forgo the water softener completely since it was so old) neither he or the company pressured us into unnecessary services or products. If you have absolutely any plumbing needs… Frank Rohr is your man!!I called him this past Wednesday in the early evening and told him I have a water heater leak. Frank said he wanted to come over to the house and take a look which he did. He said that I had to get a new water heater, as it was getting old and he actually showed me all the awful looking coercion inside.The same night….Frank replaced the following: Water heater, regulating pump, supply line ,new shut off valve to water heater, and 3 valves to my 3 different toilets.… Yes, Frank worked through the night! Yes, I did say ..he worked through the night! He said he wanted to do it as soon as possible to decrease the amount of water damage. Yes.. the wonderful man came to save me from incurring anymore structural damage due to the water flow. I know what a broken water heater can do to damage a family’s home, as it actually happened to my mother’s house! There was damage inside the house, wasted time with dealing with the insurance company, and emotions of dealing with the problem.In the long run, Frank saved me on the cost of replacing the water heater and halting any further damages. Frank is a really good man!!! Easy to communicate with!!! Financial insight, as he is looking out for the best interest for his customers. I have to say that I was very lucky to have met Frank!! I called one day asking for a detailed pre plumb for add-on back to back sinks; Laundry room/Garage. In just a couple of hours, Paul arrived to assess and estimate the job for me. Our toilet was leaking in multiple places. I shut if off and called Precision. Scheduling an appointment was easy. They made an appt for the day after our toilet was to arrive. Our toilet arrived early and we called back and they we were able to move our appt up to the very next day. They were available as soon as we needed them. Frank was prompt and courteous. He arrived when expected. And we have a son with asthma and Frank arrived with his mask already on. He was fully prepared with everything he needed including his own shoe covers, clean-up towels and all the necessary parts. He worked quickly and efficiently. He removed our old toilet, cleaned the bathroom, put in a new emergency water valve, and then put in our new toilet. He was done in under an hour. Precision isn't the cheapest, but they do quality work with excellent customer service that is worth the price. We can't rate them highly enough. Every company should strive to be this professional, efficient, courteous, available, and always doing quality work that is worth the price.

Local reviewer: had to replace a hot water heater in Huntridge. We usually use Terrence from the same outfit with top notch service. They sent David today after an original install tank was defective due to manufacturing issue. He came after hours, replaced the tank, and replaced the fuses to boot. He knew exactly what he was doing and was there in a flash. As a local, will continue to use these folks. They’re on it all. One of the few times in life that the contractors are maybe even a little more obsessive than me. So, big check marks.

Riley did a great job replacing the outdated Manabloc in our garage. When it started leaking, Jasmine was able to get a plumber out to help within an hour of our call. The service was excellent!

Frank R. is our go to guy! He is very knowledgeable and does awesome work every time we call him about a plumbing issue. There was a safety issue with an old gas line sticking out of the wall in the backyard and we wanted Frank to cut it so it was not protruding. He was able to find a better solution by cutting the line all the way behind the wall.

We received a total of 4 quotes for the work we received. Precision Plumbing was not the cheapest but they were fairly priced. Their professionalism and willingness to work with us is what set them apart. The 3 ladies at the office Crystal, Helena, and Autumn were all professional and helpful when we called for additional information. Everything was completed as stated and on time.

I found my water heater leaking this morning - did some research about businesses and decided to go with Precision Plumbing. My call was answered politely and knowledgably by Julianna. She and Miguel both kept me informed about when to expect his arrival. Miguel was respectful, polite, quick and thorough in removing my old hot water heater and replacing with a new one. Great experience with a repair that was done the same day and with skill. :-)

Decent job but we had a he'll of a mess to clean up after a big water burst he caused in our kitchen.

First of all, a MISSED SCHEDULED TWO HOUR WINDOW APPOINTMENT! Their excuse, they didn't have a technician available and used an excuse of having a higher priority emergency service call. Because of this they made arrangements for a $25.00 coupon credit with a reschedule 2 days later. The job required specific Moen parts which I ordered and were received overnight earlier than expected by FedEx, therefore I called Precision to see if they had a Tech available the same day I received the parts (1 Day early) and they did. Well things only got worse when the Technician showed up, didn't introduce himself, gave me an estimate of $189.00, and adamantly wouldn't honor the $25.00 coupon let alone the 10% Military discount, going NO LOWER THAN HIS $189.00 ESTIMATE. This Tech was very bombastic and reluctant to take for granted what the Precision Office Personnel told me about the $25,00 Coupon for missing the previous appointment. I called Precisions office and the rep said they would honor the coupon, while the Tech headed for his truck I put my phone on speaker and had the Rep repeat what she told me and the Tech heard the conversation. The Tech said he had to call his office Supervisor, and incredibly after the conversation disappeared and drove off!!! Needless to say I called Precision and got the Company Manager on the phone to to discuss this disconcerting, harrowing, sequence of events. The Manager was just as unaccommodating after a lengthy heated discussion resulting in him saying, it would be to your advantage to just find another company to service you! Precision is not to precise, and is the worst company I have ever done business with, unreliable, untrustworthy, with the rudest technician on Mother Earth!!! From the time the technician Chris showed up, he was very honest about the work that needed to be done and gave us an honest and fair price. We had another company come out and quoted us more than double what precision plumbing charged. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I called Precision Thursday for a free inspection. The operator was able to get me an appointment for late Friday afternoon to look at the leak on the ouside of my garage. Fernando P is the technician who came over. Fernando was very patient and professional. The privious company that I called wanted to sell me a new water heater. Fernando replaced two old broken copper pipes. I am a very satisfied customer.

Diego is an awesome hard working fast and holds integrity to everything he does very knowledgeable polite he did an outstanding job replacing my main water line he did the work of three men very proud of him best quality work you can get is it cheap no but I wouldn’t go with anyone else!!!!

The Company Plumbing Technician responded to my home ahead of my free estimate appointment.Upon Mr. Castro Introducing himself, I pointed out the problem. As he began to inspect the leaking pipe, He asked when I first noticed the leak. I replied Last Month As Mr. Castro Inspected the Irrigation pipe/system further, He advised me that it has been leaking for a while.Upon getting the Estimate, I Immediately decide to have my plumbing problem corrected.Mr. Castro advised he that he would go retrieve the special parts for the job. Upon his return, He Immediately began working on the leaking pipe.Once everything was completed and done, Mr. Castro Explained and Showed me how to Manipulate the levers for shutting off the water supply to my home and for the irrigation system for the sprinklers system for the front and back yard.I must say that my interaction with Mr. Castro very enjoyable and he conducted himself in an Extremely Professional Manner.Mr. Parks, J.27 Oct 2022

Called Precision Plumbing and within an hour they had someone come to my house. Tony P. was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. This was my 3rd attempt in trying to fix my toilet so you can understand my frustration! Tony accessed my problem..he was very thorough and made sure he did the job correctly. Took some time but he was able to fix it and now my toilet works great! So I am one happy customer and i truly appreciate it... thank you Tony! This morning we noticed the hot water wasn’t working. As I stepped into the garage I noticed the water heater was leaking from the bottom. I still had warranty but removal and installation wasn’t covered. I called precision plumbing and they had a technician at my house in less than 3 hours. The technician, Jose, was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable on my situation. He was able to remove, transport, swap, transport again, and reinstall my water heater in maybe 3 hours. On top of that he noticed my water regulator was on the verge of failure. He advised me to replace it. It was great advise because the water runs a lot more smoothly throughout the house. Excellent service and great sense of urgency.

Precision Plumbing provided great and prompt service. Tony P. was professional, courteous and personable. I had a water leak within my sidewalk water box in which my home insurance would not cover and the LVVWD said was on my side of the house. Tony P. was quick on arriving and assessing the situation. Tony P. fixed my leak and the price was very reasonable. Hands down a company I would recommend and use again.

They were very helpful in determining how to fix my plumbing leak problem and one of the only companies who did a free estimate on the weekend! Super nice and professional on the phone and gave me a thorough estimate that was priced very fairly! Would recommend this company!

Cynthia was very professional and friendly, immediately I knew she was there to help us out. She was able to send Diego out who evaluated our issue as a stripped shower head. I’m sending this review due to the great service I received from one Frank Rohr. I wasn’t sure what had happened, later to find out my water heater blew, and found my floor flooded. Frank was very quick to get here and check the issue for me confirming the issue was with the water heater. The landlord for my apartment had stated that they would have someone check this issue the next day but Frank came through and completely delivered for me. He assessed the situation and resolved the issue as quickly as he could while having great hospitality in the process. Thank you Frank for all your work. You are greatly appreciated

Had an issue with low water pressure. Jeremy came out and was an absolute rock star in answering all my questions. Turns out my RO system was causing blockage, advised what was needed and let me know if I needed help with installation to give a call back. Will absolutely use this company for any and all plumbing needs going forward.

Workers were at the house to drain the pool but the main sewer drain was clogged....Within 30 minutes of calling, Precision Plumbing was at my house to remedy the problem but not before attempting to walk me through troubleshooting/fixing the problem myself...GREAT RESPONSE and CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Our shower broke on Memorial Day and we started to fix it ourselves when parts broke. Eric showed up with in hours of our call and helped fix our broken shower.
