This was the worst home repair experience I have ever had. I took the afternoon off because the plumber was scheduled to be here between 1 and 3. At 3:30, they called and said he would be here in an hour ... He finally showed negotiate up at 8:15 pm. Then told me it would be $235 to run a snake down the drain. When I voiced my shock, he got back in his truck and commented that I didn't negotiate with my doctor and drove off.

Very fair plumbing prices. They came out and repaired a leak in one of my rentals. They were quick and professional. I will use again. Thanks.

Me and my husband's water bill continue to go higher so we decided to call a plumber. After talking to 3 plumbing companies, we were unhappy with their estimated price. We thought it was too high for just fixing a leak.

Wayne answered the phone, told him our situation and told us right off the bat how much it would be and how long it would take. His knowledge and confidence about his job, won me over the phone. When he came over with his brother, he didn't disappoint us. He stayed true to his words and he knows the job. He stuck with the price we discussed on the phone and it only took them 2 hours! They don't BS you! He's a straight up honest guy who knows exactly what he's doing plus they are likeable! If you have plumbing issues, look no further...I highly recommend them!

The technician, Danny A., explained everything clearly, did a great job, and was very personable. I’ve used this company before, and have always been happy with their service in general. The dispatcher was also very congenial and was able to get the tech out on the same day I called. The price was fair and the tech didn’t try to tell me I needed something else done that didn’t need doing.

Sept 2020 Update: I just used Sanderson again to replace a leaky main water line. As usual, their expertise and work were top notch, their price was fair and firm, and they offer a one-year labor warranty.
Last month, I got a letter from the LV Water District about a leak. Sanderson located it, pulled the permit, dug the trench, replaced the line, and left the yard as neat as before. The inspector signed off, and the meter shows the leak gone. Sanderson is the ONLY plumber I've found in Vegas who is knowledgeable, experienced, fair and honest. They are family owned and operated, and I'm very thankful I found them!
March 2019: Finally . . . . ! I found a plumber that is competent, professional, fair, hard working, and pleasant to deal with. This morning my 12-year-old water heater leaked a puddle in my garage. I contacted 35 local plumbers in Las Vegas, got all kinds of quotes and promises, checked out their licenses and reviews, and decided on Sanderson. Jason and his son came over this afternoon, began work right away, did a super job of installing my new water heater to code, hauled away my old unit, walked me through features of the new heater, and left the workplace nice and neat. The price was competitive and fair, but, more importantly, the work was professionally and expertly done. I received all the warranties in hand, including one-year labor (some companies only offered 30 days!), and the entire experience was easy and first rate -- hassle free. Amazing customer service! Shawn the service manager was really easy to work with and even squeezed me in to repair our broken water heater as we had no hot water. Sterling the technician was awesome.
