Alex and the company were responsive, professional, understanding, and super quick.
I have been talking to Alex since he came out last week for a free estimate on a tankless water heater. However, for the price, I was not willing to pay because I am military and might leave in less than 2-3 years. I elected to go with a professional grade 50 gal water heater (Ruud). This thing is a beast, new pipes and looks clean. I’m excited that my family and I will have hot water this weekend.
I will be calling Alex again soon to install the recirculating pump for the house. Thanks Resolution Plumbing!

Adrian is fabulous! We had a mystery leak in an underground copper piping. He kept me informed throughout the day because the plan changed direction midway through the project. We’ve hired Resolution for all of our plumbing needs for the last several years. We had had a lot of trades in our house, and they’re the only company we keep hiring. Always on time, incredibly professional, and they take pride in their work and guarantee. Alex did most of our jobs for the first few years but if you can’t get scheduled with him, ask for Gio! They’re both great.

We had the mainline drain back up. I called Resolution Plumbing late Wed afternoon and before noon on Thursday we had a service tech at our home. I am very impressed by the promptness they were able to accommodate me. The technician worked to clear the blockage with a drain snake but the clog wouldn't budge. They referred me to another company that was able to clear the clog with a high power hydro jetter. I appreciate the service that I was provided, next time I have a plumbing problem occur I will definitely call Resolution Plumbing for service.

I called Resolution Plumbing on a Thursday morning at 07:45AM and the technician arrived promptly at 08:20AM the same day!
He arrived in a new a well maintained plumbing truck ready to go to work. He listened to the problems I was having with the recirculation system and correctly diagnosed the problem immediately.
I was given a written estimate prior to the work beginning and the final bill was exactly what we agreed on. The technician repaired the tankless water heater system and it has performed flawlessly since. The original installation was done improperly and that plumber must have skipped town as he never one time returned my phone calls.
Resolution plumbers are professional at every step of the process and I highly recommend them for any plumbing job that arises.

Worked for Resolution a few times now with Dell as my technician. What I appreciate about these guys are their honesty and communication. Dell was always straight forward and made sure I was comfortable and informed about all my choices. Definitely would do business again!

The jury is still a bit out. After the initial repair-replacement of the filter system under our kitchen sink, they had to come back due to the filtered water still not coming out. We're hopeful that the issue has now been resolved, but it remains to be seen. Still I gave them 4 stars because they have been timely and quite professional in their job. Anyone can miss something here or there, so it shouldn't wipe out entirely the effort already made.

Noticed I had a very high water bill and knew something was wrong. After some self troubleshooting I knew it was a main line leak and would need a plumber. Did some hunting and came across Resolution Plumbing. They showed up exactly on time and the owner (Alex) confirmed my findings and patiently explained what he would need to do to repair it. We discussed pricing and he offered a military discount without me even having to ask.

The dig crew came out the next day and dug a trench in record time and cleaned up behind themselves. Alex came back out and installed a brand new main line and shutoff valve just as he explained. My water was only off for about two hours at most.

Alex took care of all the permits being pulled, inspector scheduling and had the trench filled back in before I even thought he would be able to. My yard appears as if it was never even touched.

This is a family business that is super kind and professional. I have found my Las Vegas plumber and will have them return if ever needed. Thank you for the easy process and peace of mind through the entire process.

Resolution Plumbing responded quickly when we called for service, came to our house within 30 minutes if that. Came out and fixed our Garbage Disposal along with a leak with our irrigation pipe attached to the house. Not only did he fix these issues, he educated us on our Water Softening System as we have never had one before. He suggested that we have our Hot Water Tank serviced at least once a year and we will be contacting him in a few weeks to schedule it. He was recommended by our neighbors and after the excellent service, education and the amount that he charged, we highly recommend his plumbing services, I have let my realtor know too so that if she has clients that need plumbing done, Resolution Plumbing is the one to call to get the job done.

I called 4 plumbing companies to give me proposals and quotes on various ways to address a collapsed pipe under my 1964 house. I was given several options; 1 - To do a spot repair, 2 - to do a re-route of the problem areas, 3 - to replumb the entire house to make sure there are no other problems in the future of any of the drains. The other companies suggested I do the entire house. Adrian from Resolution Plumbing, came by and suggested that I just do a re-route of the problem areas since the other lines were working fine. I'm glad I did since once we dug up the ground we found out that the rest of the house had already been re-piped before we moved in. I got quotes from all the companies and resolution plumbing beat them all by a mile and a half.

As for the job, the trenchers came over and dug up the ground in record time under the hot Vegas sun. I admired their tenacity and commitment in getting the dig done on time.

After the trench was dug, Adrian came in and laid all the pipe by himself, also under the hot Vegas sun. Everything came out looking clean and professional. Everything is working great now. Adrian was professional, calm, and answered all my questions ( I had a lot).

Now, I don't have to think about back-ups for a very long time. I highly reccommend this company.

I needed to convert my outdoor pizza oven from liquid propane to natural gas. Other plumbers wouldn't even consider it. One company quoted me more than 4X what Resolution Plumbing quoted me. Resolution Plumbing came out, provided a quote and came back out once I purchased a missing part. Everything from the quote, to scheduling to performing the work went so smoothly. Our plumber, Dave Hunt, was great through and through. He is our plumber now and I highly recommend him and Resolution Plumbing.

The cost of the job seemed high, however, I've not had any plumbing issues in a long time. Plus, friend and I repaired plumbing jobs in the past, however, my body doesn't do so well in confined spaces anymore.
Overall, I was extremely satisfied with the jobs completed.

Dave came out to give an estimate to dig down and replace my back water valve that was no longer working. His estimate was competently priced and he took enough time to answer all of my questions. Since he was leaving on vacation and couldn't complete my job, without having me wait until he returned, he worked it out with the office to have the owner and another plumber do the job while he was gone. Alex (owner) and Gio arrived at my house to do the the job as promised and the work was completed within a few hours. They cleaned up after themselves and put my landscaping back as best as possible. I hope I don't need a plumber again but if I do, I will definitely contact this company again.

Even took the time to fix an additional item that I did not mention on the phone. He was quick and did great work. Resolution Plumbing was a God send with my home purchase. Having a total repipe done was not initially in our plan but Resolution was there for us for this unexpected project. They were thorough, professional and always on time. From the get go Alex spoke to my husband and I together and made sure we understood the process. The office staff always answers and returns calls as promised with questions answered. Nick who did the work made sure to take care of everything from start to finish and was always on time, professional and a pleasure to work with. We had a few loose ends which were out of their control but they followed up and made sure that the job was completed and done exactly as promised. Customer for life for sure! We had an emergency with a leaking water heater. Alex was extremely responsive and rearranged his schedule to come shut off the leak and reconnect the line so that we had running water in our home until the water heater was replaced. He was professional and gave us a quote on the spot. He returned the next day as scheduled and replaced the water heater. I definitely will use this company for all of our future plumbing needs.

Second time we needed plumber. As before super responsive .... I sent pictures to Alex so he knew what the main issue was. We arranged a time, he showed up promptly. Diagnosed the issue. But needed to order parts. Part in the next day. Alex came back for the install and based upon his recommendation, we went back a generation and got rid of the dual flush dealie for a single low flush solution. This way all the components could be reached without totally disassembling the toilet . Happy with their service, got a 10% military discount as I did before.

Called Resolution for an estimate for a tankless water heater flush service. They were on time, gave a fair quote and were able ti complete the job on the spot. Very professional and courteous. He came out to do the initial estimate, and was prompt to the scheduled time and even helped us fix something free of charge. When we tried to schedule, even though it was busy Spring Break, they were able to come out a few days later and install it quickly and efficiently! They were polite, courteous, and helpful the entire time, answering my many questions. After installation of my beautiful kitchen sink I noticed some water and I Called Alex later that night. He told me what to check and offered to come out first thing the next day (the Saturday before Easter!). 2/14/23 This is review for work done on this date. Gino Mena was the service tech assigned to replace my 12 yr old leaky water softener. He arrived at 8am which was a snowy rainy day. He was very cheerful despite all that. His work was excellent, clean and neat. Very professional. Showed how things worked and answered all my questions. Great family owned business and wonderful employees. Also they are punctual and reliable.

Alex arrived at the estimated time. He practiced Covid protocol. He was here to drain the water heater and replaced a worn part that was part of the yearly maintenance contract that I purchased. He was neat, organized and thorough. He went the extra mile and checked the water pressure. He discovered it was low and not to code and could cause problems later. So I asked him if he could correct it which he did. Also I asked him if I should turn off the main water as good practice. He said it should be turned off when we are gone two or more days. I asked if he could show me how to turn it off and on which he did. Alex is very friendly, extremely patient, knowledgeable and professional. I will continue to use his service.

Always get a 2nd opinion. Another plumbing company 702 plumbair quoted me for 25k overhaul of main pipe line due to major leaks and did not give me options. I almost got sucked in but i tried this company to get a 2nd opinion. They were honest and have completed the job in 2 days to replace valves and fix the plbing on the main line. The best of all because of their estimate and experience. I didnt need to pay 25k and not even half of it. Thank you to resolution plumbing.

Tub drain detached from underside of upstairs tub leaking through the ceiling of the living room. Right before we hosted Family. We stopped the leak and removed the damaged parts of drywall.

Great service from the start. The phone was answered by a person and I did not have to go to voicemail and wait for a call back. I have used Resolution Plumbing a few times now. Each time they have always been friendly, professional, and efficient, and always at a very fair price. Once they even came out to investigate a leak, said it is a $20 part at home depot if I wanted to save money and do it myself, they would let me know exactly what to get. I thought that was awesome for them to come out and they were not even going to charge me if I did it myself. I will never go with anyone else.

Adrian came to give an estimate and was very thorough, taking photos to document the repairs that needed to be made and listening to our concerns. He clearly explained what needed to be done and had two estimates ready within minutes. He was not pushy. He and Elmer came the next week. They were professional, wore booties in the house, were informative about progress, and lay beautiful caulk lines around the toilets. They cleaned up all work areas and hauled old fixtures away. I had a slab leak and the company I hired took 3 weeks and left me with holes everywhere and a plumbing mess that didn't even pass inspection.

In just one day they pulled a new permit, fixed everything to code (and then some) at an excellent price.

When our water main started leaking, we called a few companies. When Resolution Plumbing answered the phone, an actual human being picked up. They understood the urgency. They got us a same day service call. The plumber came over within hours to diagnose the issue and write an estimate, which ended up being way more fair than the other guys. They got their digging crew out the same day, and they were careful not to damage any of the buried irrigation lines. Inspection was completed within 48 hours. They took extra measures to prevent the issue from happening again.

Overall, we're very satisfied and will be calling them again for any future jobs!

I called Resolution on a Friday and surprisingly they had an appointment available first thing on Saturday morning. They texted me an eta 20 minutes prior to arrival and showed up at 8am sharp. Right at the earliest time of the one hour window they had given me. Gio was polite and friendly, and very professional too. He looked at what I told him we needed (installation of a new kitchen faucet plus replacement of an under sink valve) and had an estimate for me after a few minutes. He actually was so honest that he told me I probably didn’t need to replace another valve I thought I needed. The estimate seemed fair so I went ahead with it. He completed the job efficiently and cleaned up after himself thoroughly. I would definitely recommend this company (and Gio too) based on their honesty, professionalism, and punctuality. They installed a water line for my new fridge. Very professional, thorough and knowledgeable. After they installed the water line it still didn't work. Not their problem but they tried everything to get it to work for me & I appreciate that! Turns out it didn't work because a sensor had been knocked askew on the top of the fridge when it was delivered. The folks who delivered the fridge came out and fixed that. Everything works like a charm now! I would use them again and probably will soon.

Called first thing Monday morning; they showed up that afternoon. Quick, professional repair of my main water shut-off and pressure regulating valve. (I had turned it off over the weekend, and it failed in the mostly-closed position, meaning we only had a trickle of water pressure for a day). I called, and at first was disappointed because they did not have anyone available until late afternoon (we had to turn the water off so we needed them asap). But they promised if something came open, they would be there asap. Within the hour, they called back and had someone on their way. Adrian was amazing!!! We discovered a leak coming from under our water heater, called Resolution Plumbing and they came within about half an hour, quickly found the leak, went and got the proper part and was all done super quick. Love the fact that it is family owned and operated! We'll call them again for any future plumbing needs.

Alex set up an appointment to flush my water heater per our 10 year contract. He was on time and did the flush. As part of the contract he checked the anode rod, which he said was at about 75% life. He said honestly that we could replace it next year. He’s a great guy and I trust him. If you want an honest plumber, Alex is your man.

Came to fix the RO water system that was installed wrong by another company. Took $225 telling to give it 4 hours wait before trying but it’s a gamble if it even works. Tech said that if it doesn’t he will credit me the $225 for another system and I’ll only have to add $200 more. Next day it didn’t work so I scheduled them to come do the job. An hour before showing up he called and changed price to $525 regardless to the $225 I already paid. Told them not to come at all. Looking for another company now.

When you get service like I got from Resolution Plumbing, you want to tell everyone. Had them install a water heater over a year ago. I noticed cold was hot and hot was hot. Could barely take a shower. Felt like the entire house was running only hot water. Alex came to the house. Replaced a valve and two shower valves. Reset the tankless water heater. I should have called them 6 months ago. Then to top off my experience, Alex charged me nothing. Who does that and where do you get service like this today. Alex is great! This was our second time using Resolution Plumbing. We had a very leaky hose bibb (the drips filled the bucket we placed under it overnight), and he came out the same day and had it fixed so fast I jokingly said what took you so long? Highly recommend.

I needed a kitchen faucet installation done for a faucet I bought at Home Depot to replace an only 1.5 yr old Delta faucet. I reviewed various plumbers online and found a 5* in Resolution Plumbing. I made an appt online and Dave came out the following day. I received an estimate after Dave looked over what needed to be done, and the install was done in less than an hour. Work done was top-notch and I will definitely call on Resolution Plumbing again for any future plumbing needs.

Cannot say enough good things about Nick and Resolution Plumbing!! Bought our house 2 months ago and was immediately notified by the water company that there was a leak somewhere causing 1000 gallons per day to escape. Haven't needed a plumber in the 4 years we have lived in Las Vegas so we were left to google reviews and struck gold!
To be honest, most of the other contractors we have hired here have been disappointing in service, timing, or price (sometimes all three). Nick came out the same day, did some troubleshooting, and sure enough, we had 3 significant leaks in the main line that fed to the house. The bid was very fair and he had a crew out the same day to dig a trench across our yard as well as cut a 1-foot wide trench across the driveway. It was a complete mess, but his crew took a lot of time to be careful and minimize the mess. Nick was back the following day and completed the new lines, including a new main shut-off. Again, on time, really polite and friendly, worked nonstop in the heat, and was done that day. Inspector showed up the following day and Nick had the ground crew out last night (hours after the inspection was approved) to pour new concrete and backfill the trench.
Honestly, I was a bit worried about the aftermath but other than the new concrete, that will dry and blend pretty well, you would NEVER know work had just been done!
We were so pleased with Nick and his crew that we asked for a bid to do a water softener at the house. Again, Nick gave great advice and a fair bid. He was here yesterday, shortly after the inspector to installed the new system.
Nick and Resolution turned a nightmare headache into a no-hassle completed job and we are able to move on with our lives and not stress about personally draining Lake Mead.

We have used Resolution Plumbing in the past to fix a leak in our shower. They did such a great job that we had them install a soft water loop. When our 2nd bath sprung a leak in the plumbing under the sink, we called them right away. They quickly got us scheduled. I found Resolution on Yelp and reached out for a quote to get a new dishwasher installed. They replied quickly with options for next day scheduling and a price quote. I was given a two hour window that the tech would arrive and they arrived promptly, wearing shoe covers and a mask. Gave me estimates on new products but also let me know my hot water heater could still be under warranty and did the research to find out. They swapped out my warranted heater at a far price and the same day I made my decision.

Trustworthy work and friendly employees

We needed a pipe repaired in the front of our home. Service was responsive, professional, quick and easy.

Sunday afternoon our water heater was leaking. Thinking, oh great, why on the weekend! We were able to shut off everything causing the water to leak out. I immediately went to Yelp to look at reviews on plumbers and found Resolution plumbing. I had a reply back to my request on Yelp within a minute and I called this company. Alex, who is the owner, answered and said unfortunately, he didn't do anything on the weekends, but he would be out at 7am on Monday, which worked great for us. He also told me how to turn everything off, water and gas.
This morning, I received a text message that Alex was in route at 6:53am along with a photo of Alex on the text message. He arrived about 7:10am in a van that had his business information on it. Legit all the way. He assessed the water heater and stated it may have some warranty since it was installed in 2017, but the quality of the water heater was terrible. He says often Home Warranty companies do not use quality products. He said he's done quite a few repairs on this particular brand and they just are not that great. He stated that it might take a week or two for a newer water heater to come in from this particular company under the warranty. I decided to replace it as I did not have a week or more not to have hot water. So after talking to him first about a tankless water system, which was going to cost quite a but more, I decided to go with the traditional water heater. Within an hour he had returned with the new water heater and had set it up and he was done at 9:09 am, 2 hours tops from assessment to replacement. The price was very fair as well.

The new water heater has a 10 year warranty as well as this company will come out to service it once a year. I was very impressed with his knowledge as well as his expertise and very very pleased with this company. Alex is very polite and has great customer service.

Side note: When I first called him, I could tell he was at home because I could hear his kids in the background, a family man and a small business. I definitely like supporting small businesses as my parents had a small business years ago and it's important to support companies like this.
I definitely will be contacting this company for more plumbing issues as they arise.

We were informed by the water company that our meter was constantly running, so we checked the irrigation system and could not locate a leak. We then called Resolution and Alex came out that same day and determined that the leak was in our main water line between the meter and our home. He gave us a reasonable quote and the work was started the following day. They laid a whole new water line, going around the roots of a very large tree in our front yard. His crew was swift and professional, and once all work was done, our yard was restored to its former state, with no indication that it had even been dug up. We highly recommend Alex and his team, and will definitely use them again for all of our plumbing needs!
