One of our showers was apparently not getting any hot water so I reached out to Innovative Plumbing. In less than 1 minute on the phone, the issue was identified and appointment was set for the same day!

As if that wasn’t already great service, they arrived slightly early to gather all required tools to complete the job. In less than 5 minutes, the part was replaced and hot water was flowing again.

The professionalism, timeliness, efficiency and reasonable prices are the 4 main reasons I highly recommend this company! Give them a try if ever you have plumbing issues and you’ll be happy you did.

Great service very friendly

Honest, Caring, Knowledgeable, and Affordable. These guys are the real deal! I called Innovative Plumbing at 1:30pm on a Thursday afternoon for an estimate to replace a portion of my Main Sewer line that kept getting stopped up due to tree roots invading the line. They returned my call within minutes and arrived to my home within the hour.
I had a competitor of Innovative Plumbing Pros out the day before to give me an estimate. The competitor was no where near as friendly, knowledgeable, or honest as Jose from Innovative Plumbing Pros. Jose was able to give me a an estimate that was over 60% cheaper than the estimate that I received the day before from the competitor.
I then showed Jose the estimate that I had received from the competitor and he was immediately able to notice that the competitor quoted above their bid limit of $10,000, quoted the wrong type of pipe (Clay vs. Cast Iron), and had way overcharged for what the job entails. A huge bonus that I have never had anyone from any other competitor do is when Innovative Plumbing Pros runs a camera down your line they actuall send you an electronic copy if it for future reference at no additional cost!

Very professional. My sink was fixed in a jiffy. They were friendly and knowledgeable. Came well prepared with tools and equipment needed to get the job done. I would definitely recommend them.

Jeff was wonderful. I was afraid I would need to replace my water heater right before Christmas but not the case. He repaired a minor problem. The entire job was $200 I was so concerned it would be very bad news. I will never call anyone else - they are the best!!

I had a problem with my water heater, it wasn’t staying lit. They were professional and very courteous. The gentleman who helped be was very knowledgeable and was very informative. The technicians name was Anthony B. And he was very quick at finding what the problem was from my not very good description. Would definitely recommend these guys and if I ever have another plumbing problem I will be calling them first!

I would like to give a Big Thumbs Up!!! to the owners of Innovative Plumbing Pros. I actually got to see the owners Tiffany & Jose shine doing their very best in a very bad situation. I was called in to do an Emergency Service Dry-down & Clean Up on a unit that had a flood “Water Damage and to make matters worse we found out once into the job that this flood was one of a few that had occurred in that very unit. Bad situation “ YES and adding to all this the tenant had severe respiratory issues. My company AAA Carpet Cleaning handles these type of emergency/high stress water loss situations all the time however, what I almost never see is the Concern, Care & Attention that was given to the resident/tenant. It was unbelievable, the owners Tiffany & Jose treated this tenant as though she was a family member.
They communicated with her throughout the entire process making sure that lodging & food were taken care of and that a very fast but thorough dry down was being completed.
This story has a happy ending. Within 2 days the tenant returned to a very dry & good smelling unit. She was so happy she actually posted reviews about her experience so to all you nay sayers out there that scream there are no honest plumbing companies in Las Vegas Innovative Plumbing Pros is proving you wrong. ….. Although I didn’t use Innovative Plumbing for the work that I need at my house. They were very professional, honest, and prompt. The technician that came to my house and the staff in the office that scheduled the service were all very professional and polite.

When they arrived, they determined the problem and immediately resolved it, with an explanation of parts and how the part affects the system. Overall, getting the appointment took longer than the actual servicing my air conditioning.

We asked for a diagnosis of the source of a water leak. 2 different independent plumbers had come before Jose from Innovative Plumbing Pros and didn't find the source, which Jose found in no time. The 2 plumbers just didn't look hard enough and also didn't know everything to look for. Jose called us before arrival and was very helpful in telling us what needed to be done next, both under insurance coverage and out-of-pocket. We found this company to be honest, true to their word and reliable. We would definitely use them again and recommend them to our friends.

Jose from Innovative Plumbing found what was causing my water leak in record time. (I had 3 other people looking for the leak and they couldn't find it.) He was able to come out same day and arrived on time and was very professional. Vanessa in the office was helpful in communicating timing that worked with my schedule even though it was later in the evening. I won't think twice about using them again or recommending them to a friend.

I appreciate his quality of work and professionalism... from a well organized and clean work truck to explaining in terms I can understand the water malfunction, his solution to fix it, and cost.

Jeff did an outstanding job replacing two old gate valves in front of my house, one which went to the water main. They were located in a difficult position underground, but he was able to get them replaced. He took the time to leak check the valves once replaced, and ensured everything was working properly. He was very professional throughout the process and cleaned up afterwards. I wasn't even charged a dime until the job was completed. A Job Well Done!!!

I would also like to thank Tiffany in the office for ensuring someone was able to get out to my house the same day I called. She was very professional and courteous on the phone. A great customer service experience!!!

Awesome professional team. They where able to come out and get started with the Pluming at my house after another Pluming company made me wait 2 weeks. I called Jose up with innovative Pluming and they work with my insurance and they helped us get our main Pluming fixed and did so in a timely maner. I would recommend them for the job. I used Innovative to install a new garbage disposal and for a small leak I discovered in the garage. The office was responsive to schedule changes I had to make, and the plumber Ralph was able to quickly handle both plumbing issues during the same visit which saved me time! In the morning, Jose stopped in to evaluate the puddle in my front yard and scheduled Jeff to come by later in the day to fix it. It was fixed in one day.

Jeff did an awesome repair job!
+He was patience with me and talked me through the process of fixing the leak that was causing a puddle in my front yard.
+When he found the leak, he showed me what it looked like and explained the fix.
+When it was fixed, he tested it and again showed me the fix before back-filling the hole.
+He stayed until just after sunset to make sure the work was done.
+He put in extra effort to get my yard back to it's previous state.

Both Jose and Jeff were Professional, Polite, and Experienced.

I previously had 2 other people at my house *trying* to figure out this issue and those other companies made it out to be a very big deal that they would try to fix. I didn't use them. Jose and Jeff knew exactly what they were doing, assured me it was no big deal and had it FIXED IN ONE DAY (when previous people took all day to show up and tell me they weren't sure if they could fix it.)

Jose came out to investigate our hot water after we noticed a yellow tint - turns out we needed a new hot water heater. He had a reasonable quote to us and someone from his team out within an hour to replace our tank. They even checked our softener to make sure it was working properly. Appreciated the same day service!

I usually never leave reviews, but felt i would this time because these guys are excellent.

Serviceman was extremely helpful and honest, told me what the problem was (very minor) and how to fix it myself, didnt charge a dime. Overall great service 5 stars all the way.
