So glad we chose Boss Plumbing through our AHS warranty. For the first call they came out same day! The second call they came out next day. Some of the work we need done isn't covered under our warranty but they gave us a fair estimate. They really communicate well with customers both the office staff and our great technician Jonathan who came and resolved our issues both times explained clearly what the issue was how he fixed it and what else needs to be done. We really appreciated his workmanship and his being patient with us.

The hot water stopped working in my apartment and there was a leak as well. Benny and his team were very friendly and professional, they found the leak, fixed it and got my hot water working again. Would definitely recommend.

I hate plumbers. They usually try to scam you like a snake oil salesman, but not Boss. Everything went legit... Strait forward price that was lower than the other two estimates and great they did great work. Impressive.

These guys are the boss!!! I greatly appreciate their prompt response to my call. My hot water heater was leaking after the earthquake, and the company that AHS assigned to me would not answer the after hours number. I noticed on their AHS’s site that Boss had the highest ratings. I cancelled the first company and chose Boss. They immediately answered the phone, and Jonathan was at my house within 30 minutes to help us avoid more damage to our home. Best plumbing service I’ve ever had.

My home warranty contracts with them. The tech David that came to estimate took 4 days to get an estimate to my home warranty for my pipe leak issue. Meanwhile, my pipe is leaking. During this time I called them and my home warranty only to to be told that their tech was working on pricing. So I decided to look for other plumbers and found 4 on Yelp. All 4 of them came and gave me an estimate in less than an hour. I'm using one of them now. Meanwhile, this lame boss plumbing still has not replied. When I decided to call my home warranty to change to the other plumber I'm using they told me boss plumbing finally had an estimate on the 5th day and it was $1200. Fair price so I called boss plumbing to confirm. Their rep Nickie tells me its actually $2300 because I'm not using my home warranty with them. Messy workers . So not only are they not responsive but they cannot get their price accurately and work done on time. Do you really want this company fixing your problem?? They probably will mess it up....be careful.

Martin is very conscientious, attention to details, pleasant and easy to work with. we have no worries leaving him by himself at our house. The office is helpful Everytime we call. In every appointment they will send a confirmation and a link to track the time of the plumber's arrival. They are highly recommended.

We’ve been dealing through our home warranty with Boss and they seem not to care of a potential customer that they quoted for $4200.00 For a tankless water heater.
Not even a phone call since Friday, today’s Tuesday and we are still with no hot water.
Taking my business elsewhere.

We had Chris do the plumbing at our house and he was fantastic. He was fast,nice, and he kept the house clean. I mean we needed 4 repairs including our disposal, and Chris got it done FAST. He’d go out of his way to minimize the mess while working on repairs. Chris is the best and so is boss plumbing thank you!!!

No one ever answers the phone I’ve called the company and the owner and still nothing. When i finally got ahold of someone, the lady I talked to was seriously incompetent of doing her job. She couldn’t even answer the simplest questions I had. Took them days to have someone come out to take a look. And I still have yet to receive an estimate of the amount of cost for the repair. Like if you don’t want business then just say that. Instead of wasting peoples time.

The plumber who came to my house today was very professional. Benny had come previously to assess the plumbing situation and returned at a later date (today) with all the parts and everything he needed. He also put on shoe covers to protect my floors. He allowed me to continue working and never disrupted me. He was very courteous, kind and skilled. I would recommend him for any plumbing jobs!

Benny was excellent- worth every penny. Fixed things that other plumbing companies failed at, would have them back in a heartbeat.

I had work done for two days in my place.the first day the plumber said it was a wasted day and nothing was done after making over 20 holes in my place. Second day he comes late then makes more holes to fix issue... in those two days he did not clean up after himself. The place still looked a huge mess wall pieces everywhere . Once they left I started to clean and noticed my brand new machine that I have only used once to clean carpet was used. No one asked me if they could use it, and to top it off it was filthy with paint and wall pieces in the machine. This machine is only a dam carpet washer not a vacuum and cost me over 400 dollars. Do not use this company!!!!!!!!!!!! Not professional

Spoke at 430 pm with a priority service its now 8:10 pm haven't arrived. I called to get status they won't arrive until 9pm and get this, they will only shut water off and might get to me Monday but probably Tuesday per the rep who answered the phone. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Updated. Day#2 tech arrives after waiting over 3 hours today. MONDAY. He spends 5 mins at my place and says he needs to call for approval and left. I am on hold with my home warranty company and the recording states, all covered services are approved they should not call for approval. It's been 1 hour since he left my home and we still don't have an approval. The young lady that answered the phone said they have to follow their procedures. Waste of time!

Well first the guy could not even find my place not mentioning any names lol how ever he was honestly very helpful and has good communication so I did give boss the job day of the job tech was on time and fixed the problem quick and well done how ever when he left my toilet was not working so fixed one thing while another thing broke The lady on phone acted as if the was no relation toilet never had a problem any how I called tech to see if he could come back instead he wanted me to finish the work on the phone I just wanted job done with no hassle I paid cash and five doller tip he wanted good review on Yelp on did not even complete the full engagement when I called back he fixed it then told me I was not welcome to call them lol I’m greatful he fixed it people if u pay cash b weary cuz once they have it u can not file a claim pay credit with this company

My water main went last Saturday. Called Boss Plumbing and the whole job was done and life was back to “normal” by Friday. Job was perfect, clean, and reasonable. Isai and his crew were respectful and professional. Will always highly recommend them going forward.

I had a big leak at my house when I got home from work boss plumbing came over the next morning Joe came over to look at it he got right to work and found the leak under the water heater. Joe did a great job worked hard and got the job done for me. He was a cool guy and a great plumber. I am very happy with there work I would use them again.

The young men were professional, kind, informative, and funny. They were able to fix the plumbing issues while explaining to me what they were doing. This led me to believe they were extremely knowledgeable in their craft. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing needs.

Be careful, they'll sneak charges in. Then when you ask what they are for they will dodge your calls and emails.

We have used BOSS for several services with the most recent being HVAC Heater service & EVERY TIME they are on-time (they text when a rep is on the way do if we aren't home we can get there) KNOWLEDGEABLE (Elvis explained step by step everytime like a YouTube video would, HONEST & EXTREMELY well priced. WE WILL NEVER USE ANOTHER COMPANY AGAIN.

I had the pleasure of meeting Jonathan when my water heater went out. He was amazing with knowledge and made me feel like I was in good hands. Ridiculous company, I have not had hot water seven days now. I called them and made an appointment to get my new water heater they told me that they could come and take my broken water heater but they can’t come and bring my new one. They said they would be at my house in about 45 minutes but never came. I then made a second appointment with them and still no show. Now im still trying to get in contact with them but no one is helping me. I don’t understand why they can’t just come and bring my water heater something so simple but they make it so complicated.

Amazing service! Kevin from Boss serviced our water heater today. Showed up, performed a complete swap out, and more, in less than 3 hours after we got the run around from our warranty company and their contractor. But Boss was on it. They showed up quickly, and tech Kevin went above and beyond. This is the 2nd time we have used them and we can't recommend them enough. Thank you Kevin!

Benny did a clean, fast repair on my gas fireplace valve leak. It was 25 years old. The wall had to be cut and he did a clean job. The valve and gas line had to be replaced. I can easily repair the cutout without having to buy another piece of wallboard. The price was fair. The gas company capped the fireplace off last week when I smelled gas. They were there within the hour of my call about the smell. Luckily, they only capped off the fireplace and not the gas to the entire home.

They arrived when needed the most for a water leak in my garage on a sunday morning! They informed me on what happened, why it happened & resolved the problem. He was very friendly & even more importantly, Professional. Thank you Martin!! Boss Plumbling is lucky to have an employee like you!

I had a mixing valve for my hot water heater go bad. First they tried to bill me $680 to replace. But I used my home warranty company that got a bill for $467 dollars and I was to pay the difference of $390! Over $800 in total! I choose to replace it my self and it took me 20 minutes and cost $138!! This company is a rip off!!!

I had a water softener installed and the pipes were installed outside the walls. I was told if I wanted pipes inside walls I would have to pay extra. Several plumbers and a contractor checked the site and said they had never seen anything like that before. I eventually paid another company to do repairs because Boss Plumbing wouldn’t return calls after I told them an inspector said it was not up to code. My house is being renovated and I wanted quality not shoddy work therefore I paid the plumbing coming doing renovations to correct the problem. The technician was nice and polite but the work was unprofessional.

The hot water issue was reported about 11am on 3/19 and Chris the technician arrived between 3 and 3:30pm on 3/19. Christmas courteous and friendly and fast. He had to replace the hot water heater with a new one. Chris was very concerned about not leaving a mess. He asked fir a towel abd trash bag. This is the best plumbing service I have ever used!! Especially for it to be on a weekend and same day service too 😊 Great Job Boss Plumbing! Chris is a great assett to your company😁

Boss plumbing did horrible they put 14 holes in my wall in the garage to get at one water heater destroyed the base that it rests on destroyed going down to the base that it rests on didn't bother to put a fresh piece of drywall in there nice it didn't bother to clean up after themselves didn't bother to recommend any advice or any contractors that would fix this

Benny arrived when he said he would and made quick work of our leaking pipe fitting, this is the second time we have used Boss plumbing and both times we have had positive results. I will use them again for any plumbing needs.

Their plumber was at my house to replace a leaky valve, he did his job, and I ask for a quote to copper cap the hot and cold waterline, the work probably would take less than 10 min, as the field is all open, he doesn't have to do anything else, just plain copper cap the 2 line, he quoted me $250. I know he can quote whatever, but the fee is outrageous, that's why he doesn't get the work. I went to Home Depot, they got me 2 compression cap that would serve the purpose for less than $10.

I have used this company for all my plumbing needs on my properties and have yet to have any negative experiences with any of their employees. Alexis and Gladys in the office are absolutely AMAZING!!!!! Jonathan whos been one of the field techs who has responded to my calls has come thru with extraordinary and professional top notch service!! Professional and attention to detail. Focus on task. Also, works using sound safety practices, ie.uses legs lifting not the back. This is the kind of person I would employ. Don't let him get away to competion.

They diagnosed problem with water heater but took 1 1/2 days to repair. That was not bad as they had been given another bad part and had to swap it out. My low rating is due to the care that was not provided for my home and a lack of clean up. Gentleman chipped up the plaster around my water heater, very noticeable and then left the debris on the garage floor even though I had both a brrom and dust pan or a shop vac just 10 feet away. Technically they were good but because of a lack of care I will not use them again.

Technician Jonathan went above and beyond with his costumer service. I been dealing with problems with my kitchen garbage disposal, and Jonathan was very helpful in explaining the problem to me. Jonathan took time and he fixed my garbage disposal perfectly. If you have any plumbing issues this is the company to call, and make sure you request for Jonathan.

Called them to handle a main line stoppage. Was told they would be here 2 hours from the time we called. Called at 2pm. They said wait another hour. Waited an hour and still no one has came. And no one is responding to the phone calls at the office. Apparently they are closed now and have after hours at 3pm. How does that work? Do not recommend.

Terrible company I have made 2 appointments already and they still have not fixed my water heater. It will now make a whole week with no heat in my water.

A moment ago

A late night water heater explosion brought Boss Plumbing to my rescue. I had the pleasure of interacting with two of their plumbers.

Kevin came out at midnight to assess the situation. He was able to quickly determine my water heater was a total loss and got to work making sure the water got turned back on to my house and the old water heater was prepped to be replaced. He clearly explained next steps and what I shoukd expect. This was huge for putting my mind at ease.

Benny came out the next day to install the new water heater. He was efficient and friendly from start to finish. He explained everything in layman's terms. Not having any plumbing experience myself, I really appreciated that. And he was so quick! Wasted no time getting the old unit out and getting us back in the hot water game in a flash.

Boss Plumbing also worked with my home warranty which was everything to me. Thanks so much Boss Plumbing! I will definitely be looking them up for future plumbing needs.

From beginning to end, my experience with Boss was fantastic! The girls in the office were very accommodating & polite. Benny came out to my townhouse to shut off the water to the building & ended up doing the repair for me. He was honest, efficient & informative. I would highly recommend Boss Plumbing to anyone who needs a plumber. They will be who I call from now on.

Update: Long story short the repair we originally called them to fix was not fixed correctly, the leak got worse and ruined our newly fixed ceiling. They did not want to hire a licenced contractor to fix our ceiling so now we have a horrible lumpy ceiling. Jaime the owner would not return our calls. NEVER AGAIN

We called Boss for what we thought was a big issue. We had a crease forming on the ceiling underneath our upstairs bathroom. Benny came out assesed all the possible issues and fixed it on no time at all. The price was very reasonable for parts and labor. Will keep Boss on our speed dial for future projects
