Honest and quick. They fixed the problem on one days notice. We had a leak. A different plumbing company insisted that we need to tear up concrete slabs etc to find the leak. Jump 2 it, on the other hand, diagnosed it as a faulty water softener and offered us options of bypassing it (cheaper) or replacing it. We replaced it with a non leaking and more efficient new unit and they also installed a pipe conduit for our air conditioners discharge to go into a water fountain and fixed another faucet in the back yard. A+++. work. I highly recommend this company.

Great service and very competent

Jump 2it Plumbers came out to fix a leak in the main pipe coming from the street. They came out the same day because I had to turn the water off at the street because the leak was so bad. They made the repairs pretty fast and the bill was actually less than I though it would be. It was hard to get some of the other plumbers here in Las Vegas to either answer or come out the same day - and these guys came out real quick.

Rigel replaced an old water softener system as well as some old corroded piping on a hot water heater. Everything went great and very fair priced. Would definitely recommend to others and will be saving their info for future jobs.

I shopped for a new water heater install from 8 different contractors and Jump 2 It was by far the best deal. They were quick to respond to any of my questions and never tried to upsell me on stuff I didn't need like many of the bigger companies in Las Vegas did. Their price was nearly half what YES Las Vegas Plumbing was asking, which was the most expensive company we got a quote from. Jeremy did our install and he was incredibly nice and professional. One of my sons actually came outside and chatted with him while he did the installation. They came out the next day and were done with the new water heater after just 90 minutes. I was very impressed and will gladly reach out to them again if I have any major plumbing needs.

Friday at 3:30 no show, no call, so I called. The young man answering immediately got defensive and said they sent me an email with a window of two hours for my appointment. (I got 2 emails, one saying my job status was changed to new, another saying they would call, but never did. Neither had a window of time.) He said they would call when the plumber was dispatched.

By 5:30, still no call, so I called back. Voicemail was full and I couldn't leave a message. At 7:30 I finally got a call and told the plumber I was no longer interested since they couldn't even call me back and I couldn't leave a message. He at least was apologetic, but I don't see anything about this company that's professional enough to make me let them work on my home.

I never got a call from anyone in management so I can only conclude they have enough business they're not concerned about getting mine.

They were extremely professional, honest, and thorough. I make it a point to support smaller local businesses, and this one was a home run. We had a number of unresolved issues, such as broken sprinkler heads, valve problems, and a broken multi-drip conversion head. They went through each item, fixed everything, reprogrammed the timer, and double-checked everything's functionality. I would recommend Sprinkler Repair Richardson Sprinkler Repair without hesitation if you need anything fixed in your irrigation system.

When I needed a water softener after moving to Nevada and as a single woman I prayed I’d find a plumber who wouldn’t rip me off. Preston and his 40+ year plumber experienced father Roger were just the right fit. Their experience, expertise and fair pricing along with their prompt action to help me couldn’t have been better. Instinctively I knew I could trust them. They advised me on a good softener and installed it neatly. They came running when I had a kitchen sink plumbing problem. They came back on another date to install a laundry tub. They have become like family! I feel perfectly comfortable to leave them in my house to repair or do any work at this point. Changing my review. Although the repair guy came out and saw a small drip/leak by the pool, it didn't measure up to the amount of damage being caused to my water issue. Long story short. The true leak was not found by the plumbing service. It was later detected after coming through the walls of the house and garage 9 months later after having many pool guys over trying to repair the area pointed out by this service. Great customer service through.

Read this entire review so you can get an idea how great these guys and gals are. I had a second-story tub drain leak and I had already opened up the ceiling below the leak myself. A friend referred me to Jump 2 It, they were the first of FIVE quotes that I got. Not only were they the lowest quote (except for a guy who wasn't bonded) they were lower than the other three by $250 - $450!! Plus, they were the ONLY company of the five who said they wouldn't have to open the wall behind the tub, which would have created another drywall repair job and added expense: my one request was that they do the job entirely from below and they were the only team who agreed. When the original tech had a personal emergency, Anna worked hard to make sure another plumber, Brandon, got to me on time. What happens with older plumbing (25+ years) is that fixing a leak sometimes leads to other things breaking and that happened in this case. Brandon ran out, got the parts he needed, and still finished the job in a very reasonable time frame. Even with the the additional work, the entire cost of the job STILL came in lower than the next highest quote! And they were still able to do the entire job from below, saving me even more money and hassle. Anna and Brandon both were fantastic, and I would absolutely use this company again and easily recommend them to anyone.

Received a notification from the water district. My service line was leaking 120 gal/hr. I called jump 2 it. and that’s exactly what they did. Came out the same day I called, gave an estimate, began work the following day.
It was a big job to trench and repair a service line, but the work was completed and all the staff I engaged with was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I would use them again hands down, and I would recommend their services based on my experience.

Financing was quick and easy took 5 minutes via text. All in all great experience.

We heard running water when nothing was on and Jump 2 It found that we had a slab leak. Since our house was built in 1979, we decided to have them do a complete repipe to avoid more leaks in the future, but Troy did not make us feel pressured to do that. He explained our options and that seemed like the best thing to do. The price Jump 2 It gave us was significantly lower than the estimate a different company gave us. We also had them replace our 22 year old water heater which had a rust spot that would’ve presented a problem soon. They got to work the very next morning after the estimate and were very responsive when I called with questions. Every employee I spoke to was patient and friendly when explaining things and they resolved some small issues that popped up during the job. They seem to run their business with integrity and that made me feel less stressed about doing such a major home repair.

I called jump 2 it plumbing to have them come out and look at my leak in my walls. I called first thing in the morning they never called me back. I called at lunch time they never called me back. I called at 5 minutes to 5:00 to cancel and use another company. The other company came out right away and started fixing the problem. I have used this company in the past, that is the sole reason why I called them this time. Apparently my business isn't good enough for them.

These guys came in and found the leak. Where another company just guessed said I needed a whole re-pipe. So happy with the amount of money I saved working with them. Highly recommend this company.

Jump to It replaced a main water line running 75 feet under an asphalt drive from the meter to my house. The work was done by Scott and Alex Denniston. We've been having a lot of trouble with our plumbing called jump to it as they were recommended by a friend. The plumber arrived looked at the problem and said he had to call the homeowner (my mother) i tried to tell him he didn't have her number as I only gave the dispatcher my number. He insists he has it and leaves im waiting for him to come back and realize his truck is gone. I then receive an email from the company saying they cant service us. I am extremely frustrated. The plumber wasted my time by just leaving and not being direct with me. He did nothing to actually assess the problem and just left.

After about a month of a leaky water pipe, our water bill was much too high. We called Jump 2 It Plumbing to fix the problem, and they came for a free estimate on the same day that I called.
When they arrived, they were very friendly, and found the leak without even using any equipment! They began to work on digging up our pave stones the very next day, even though it was a Sunday. I wish the service man had brought and used a mask when requested. In addition, I am not sure I was correctly charged for simple replacement of reverse osmosis filters (which I supplied). The bill for this item is incomprehensible:

I had a leak underneath my house. I had a few plumbers quote me over the phone that it would be over $3000!! They would need 300 dollars just to come out and find the leak. A friend said there neighbor is aplumber. I called these Jump to plumbers. First of all they came out and gave me a free quote. They gave me a quote for $1950 total. They were alot cheaper than other plumbers. I am sure plumbing companies go out and nail people becuase they have a leak they can't fix. So I was glad I found jump to plumbing I reccomend them to anyone.

We wanted to install a water softener unit for our new house. I called to make an appointment to get an estimate, They had someone at the house within an hour. It turned out that our water heater was on the brink of going out also, as it was making loud banging sounds whenever we took showers or doing laundry. Hot water tank finally gave up and leaked into the house. These guys responded very fast and provided a great work around so we could keep our hot water flowing while the restoration folks cut up the soaked dry wall and dried everything out. We contacted Jump 2 it Plumbing to replace my garbage disposal. They text me right with updates on scheduling my appointment, and text me on the day of the appointment to tell me they were in route. They were very good at communication. When they got to the house they were kind, and professional. They were able to get everything done in under an hour. I will definitely call them again!

Be aware this Co gave an estimate of $4500 to replace the pipe from main water line ..supposedly they could not find the leak ...another co. Came find the leak and charge me $500. Hmmm...

I called them because my toilet was leaking, they made a repair and when they left the toilet was still leaking then they wanted to charge again to come out and look at the leak.

Jump 2 It Plumbing responded to a call that I made to them because of a water leak I had. The young lady that answered the phone took some information from me and said she would call me right back. Within a few minutes I got a return phone call which she told me that a tech would be up to fix the leak. The work was a little more difficult than he originally anticipated and required a few additional parts (no charge). He took the time to change the piping to flex, install the softener, program it, and haul the old one away. I will keep Jump2it plumbing on my vendor list for future work (if needed).

Listed as a plumber for mobile homes but after I made an appointment the office called me back to say they are not licensed to work on mobile homes. Ridiculous!!!

Jump2it Plumbing was a lifesaver. They came on a Friday about 15 mins passed the time slot, but I can see why. Darrick was very thorough and gave a really great quote. They have financing available and were available to work immediately. They came out Monday afternoon and were done in about 3 1/2 hours. I had my main water line replaced. Let me just start with this, I can not say anything good or bad about the work this company does. That is not what this is about.

I was driving north on the 95 today, doing 80mph (I know that is speeding, I'm not complaining about his speed, as you will see). I looked in my rear view mirror only to see a Ford Econoline driving a few feet from my rear bumper. My reaction was to slowly let off the gas (implying to him that he was too close) but that didn't work. Next thing to do (since I couldn't get over to the right) was to tap my brakes (I was doing my best to be civil, trying not to provoke him). But I guess this was the wrong move. I then was subject to a barrage of Aggressive Driving Techniques. I can describe this guy's middle finger in depth (he decided to show it to me for around 10 seconds) I couldn't quite make out what he was screaming at me (probably a good thing) and then he attempted to run me off of the road (I had to stomp on my brakes to avoid hitting him as he sharply came into my lane) I guess this was not enough for him because then he started slamming the brakes (trying to get me to rear end him) and swerving in and out of his lane (so that I wasn't able to get around him) I ended up having to exit the highway at Charleston.

Now they may do great service and it may be cheaper than the competition. But are these the type of people that you would want in your house?

By the way it was a White Male in his late 20's (I'm guessing) and he was in the van with JUMP 02 as a license plate. In Henderson, about an hour ago. (Around 2:30pm on June 10, 2013)

Consulted for a gas leak. Initially, I was dissuaded by staff, speifically Preston, to use a competitor due to gross overcharges that he knows they practice. He convinced me by saying he worked for the competitor and knew exactly how they operate. However, once we hired them to provide an estimate, which cost $500, it seemed like their service was also in the practice of overcharging as the cost and fees of all the services around the actual plumbing were ridiculous. Their competitors quote not only came in significantly better than they lead me to believe, there were no hidden additions to it, where as with jump2it, they expect you to use a restoration subcontractor that they factor into there price. Even if we decided to go withour own contractor, they would not factor that into their price. Not to mention, I never received the final estimate for the actual plumbing or completion of the service they were supposed to provide. They left the permit open for weeks after we told them to close it, leaving us without heat or hot water for 2 weeks. I would give them less than 1 star if possible as this amounts to theft. Horrible.

The main water pipe in my front yard was leaking, and my water bills were enormous. They quickly detected where the leak was, and replaced the whole system from the water meter to the house. They were prompt, professional, including the phone staff, and reasonable in price. They refilled the trench they dug, and replaced the dirt, stones and edging so no one could even tell they had been moved. They also helped to secure financing for me. I would happily recommend them to anyone in need of a plumber.

Jump 2 It did a great job for us. Our condo had some serious drain pipe issues causing multiple backups. They quickly diagnosed it, secured the parts and fixed it completely. They'll be first on my list from now on!

Preston came to the house to install a Water Softener Loop, finished the work on time as per his estimated time to complete the job. Very personable guy and cleaned up the place real good.

Derick and his team are great. My water main pipe had a leak. Derick came out gave me an estimate and the work began the next day. Derick, Sean, George and Nick were great as they replaced the entire main line and worked to get the job done quickly. Nick worked incredibly hard trenching and George didn’t stop, while he was trying to get this job done. Even in this heat, while they were working they were friendly and answered my questions. Sean worked incredibly hard saw cutting the driveway and digging the first hole looking for the leak. Sean also does a great job of cement repair. They put my landscaping back almost new. This is the only company I will call for all plumbing concerns in the future. Thank you!

Fast and friendly, came by and got it done fast within a week of insurance claim. The gentleman who showed for both times, was knowledgeable in all aspects and was helpful with information. Awesome service. I tried fixing my own spigot and ended up making it worse. I called the company and Freddie was able to schedule me in right away, and it wasn't even seen emergency. Perry came and saw how badly I tried fixing my spigot and asked if he can still salvage it with my current budget. And he did.

Brandon was great! He replaced my shower valve. Not only was he efficient but he went above and beyond. He was very professional and had no problems answering my multitude of questions. He was able to explain the process very clear and consise to me which was helpful because i am not knowledgeable about plumbing. Any time i have an issue in the future i will be sure to request brandon and i recommend everyone else does too.

What can I say, when you have a slab leak you need a plumber to come out and fix it!! I woke up one morning and my floors, carpeting and walls were wet! I didn't see a leak, but I assumed it was coming from the slab. I called Jump 2 it plumbing and made an appointment for that day.

They came to my house. They found the problem within minutes and showed me what was going on. A guy named Darrick gave me a written estimate and the price seemed ok to me. Im not one to find the cheapest plumber, He was very knowledgable so I was happy with this company fixing it. He said they have fixed tons of water leaks in Las vegas so that helped me feel at ease.

They got started right away and got it fixed. They were friendly and they worked really fast. They also had a guy help me get the carpet repaired rand the walls repaired. I was really happy with the whole process.
