So impressed with this company! We had a leak in our front-yard and I called Jason because they were recommended by a neighbor. I was so happy with the fast response, honesty, integrity and prompt service! Highly, highly recommend! Even more so because the cost of the repair was one fifteenth of what the big name company sent by the home warranty quoted us!!

Jason was one of the most professional plumber I had worked with. We had a problem with our tankless water heater. Jason came within the hour and got it working. It wasn't actually the water heater issue. It was a corroded pipe that was making the equipment not function properly. Thank God for Jason. Previous plumber have over looked this, but Jason was able identify the problem and got it working quickly.

We needed service (2-6-20) on a outdoor pool fill piping that broke when a outdoor chair crashed into the pipe due to high winds. Sanderson came though again with great work and reasonable rates.

We had a slow kitchen drain and two slow bathroom drains. When I called they suggested a method to solve without any cost or a visit. The method did not entirely work. So we established a time and price.

They were on time, reasonable cost, knowledgable, did not up sell, and cleaned up after themselves. Also they provided tips to prevent further drain problems. What a great company.

I am very satisfied with this company. They di way more than my last home warranty company and their service company ever did. Thanks and many blessings to you and yours.

Jason Sanderson educated us up front about the installation of a tankless water heater in our home. We knew what to expect. He arrived on time, performed a beautiful installation with his son, and then followed up to make sure everything was working well over the next few days. Made sure building inspector was notified to schedule our sign off. All this at a fair price, and the unit is performing brilliantly. Highly recommended.

I was referred to Jason. After a phone call detailing the issue, he quoted a price. He came out on time and repaired the problem and went above and beyond. Explained everything as the job was going along. Professional, knowledgeable and true to his word. Also, very tidy. Sept 2020 Update: I just used Sanderson again to replace a leaky main water line. As usual, their expertise and work were top notch, their price was fair and firm, and they offer a one-year labor warranty.
Last month, I got a letter from the LV Water District about a leak. Sanderson located it, pulled the permit, dug the trench, replaced the line, and left the yard as neat as before. The inspector signed off, and the meter shows the leak gone. Sanderson is the ONLY plumber I've found in Vegas who is knowledgeable, experienced, fair and honest. They are family owned and operated, and I'm very thankful I found them!
March 2019: Finally . . . . ! I found a plumber that is competent, professional, fair, hard working, and pleasant to deal with. This morning my 12-year-old water heater leaked a puddle in my garage. I contacted 35 local plumbers in Las Vegas, got all kinds of quotes and promises, checked out their licenses and reviews, and decided on Sanderson. Jason and his son came over this afternoon, began work right away, did a super job of installing my new water heater to code, hauled away my old unit, walked me through features of the new heater, and left the workplace nice and neat. The price was competitive and fair, but, more importantly, the work was professionally and expertly done. I received all the warranties in hand, including one-year labor (some companies only offered 30 days!), and the entire experience was easy and first rate -- hassle free. This company kept trying to upsell us to items we did not need. They also did a sloppy job fixing our water system, plus they over charged. Stay away from this company unless you want poor quality work and have them try to hard sell you on everything under the sun you don’t need.

Second time I've used Sanderson Plumbing. Fist time installed water softening system. Always professional, timely and affordable.

Jason responded to text within minutes, was able to determine isssue and from photos able to determine the needed part before arrival. Upon arrival (with in an hour of contact) verified the problem with diagnostic equipment replaced the part and was completed within an hour of arrival.

We only have water in the kitchen since my water softener broke and resin beads coming out of my faucets, showers and toilet tanks.I was desperate to find a plumber since the 1st company that came to our house just quoted me 21k to replace my water softener, water heater and faucets. My friend referred me to Jason.He answered the phone right away, listened, took time to explain to me what might be going on. Came to our house early morning the following day. Checked my water heater which by the way is in good condition (when the other company 702.. was trying to charge me 6k to replace it. ) Him & his son Jonathan removed clogged in our pipes, replaced my water softener for fraction of the price. Fixed everything basically within 4 hrs. Saved us money, honest, professional, life saver. Can't praise them enough for an incredible job. Highly, highly recommended.

I was desperate to get water heater repaired, my home warranty sent out IDEAL SERVICES the technician was terrible he only repaired a small leak but not the pilot light , long story short I called Sanderson Plumbing left a message and a kind man immediately called back, I told him my problem and he told me exactly how to get the pilot light to stay on, the tech at IDEAL SERVICES wanted $300 to search for the problem and the easy fix was to get the small amount of water out of the pan, because the water heater breathes from the bottom..the other tech told me it was being suffocated from the inside or possibly the exhaust system, I shop vacuumed out the water and the pilot was working again as good as new. Thank you so very much to Sanderson Plumbing I've told all my neighbors and friends to call this wonderful company for all their Plumbing issues. They get 20 stars 🌟🤩

This business is amazing. I contacted Jason as a contractor needing assistance with a tankless water heater. He was patient and understanding and helped me as much as he could without getting the manufacturer involved. Thank you for your help Jason. I’ll definitely recommend you guys moving forward!

I have called upon Sanderson Plumbing for service twice in the past.
The first was to repair and install a new supply line coming into my home.
I was impressed with Jason and his skillset. Just take a minute to watch him work and you know quite quickly that he is very skilled and knowledgeable in what he does. During this repair experience he even allowed me to do some prep work for the project to save me some money. I gladly did the work and he proceeded in completing the project.
A second time, I had supply lines leaking to the laundry room. He promptly came to my home and completed the repairs.
The most recent interaction with Jason involved the extremely slow drain for my kitchen sink. I have dealt with issues like this in the past and everything I tried was to no avail. I gave Jason a call and told him what I had tried and suggested that I probably need him to come out and snake the drain. He asked if I could try one more thing before he puts it on his list. I did exactly what he instructed and shockingly, it worked! I did not even need tools to fix it. This is the type of guy you are working with, someone that is always interested in helping and making the experience the most cost effective as possible.

I feel lucky I ran into this guy. I had another plumber do some work on my water heater and he created a mess that he could not fix. Sanderson came in and fixed it in 30 minutes for a perfectly reasonable fee. I won't call anyone else with any future plumbing issues.

I decided on a whole home water system and Sanderson Plumbing was up to the task. Very polite, professional, and educated me on the process. Both father and son came to the home to begin the installation and Jonathan completed the task with such efficiency that I was surprised. Cost was as expected for the service but the actual workmanship is wonderful. Jonathon explained how to utilize the system after installation and we will definitely use them again. We are considering an upgrade to our water heater.

BTW, no up-charges or pressure to buy anything other than the work we requested. That was refreshing and the whole process was simple.
