Rep was timely, clean and very professional. Thoroughly explained what he was doing. Charges were reasonable. My water heater went out at approximately 4pm and was ready to go around 10 am the next morning. The water heater was last installed by another company and had warranty left. Impact handled the warranty exchange for me and all had to do was cover the difference in cost after the prorated cost was figured. VERY HAPPY.

We called Impact Plumbing on Sunday morning due to a leak, and they sent someone quickly. The plumbers who fixed our toilet valve leak were Sammy & Austin. Unfortunately, the 2nd-floor water leaked onto the 1st-floor ceiling; however, they fixed the leak and performed a thorough inspection of our ceiling. They fixed the leaking 2nd-floor toilet, plus fixed/replaced the other two toilet valves in our home in just two hours. They are the most responsive, professional, and reasonably priced plumbers we have ever used. Plus they gave us a good recommendation to repair our damaged dry wall.
Glad they are located in the Summerlin Las Vegas area. We highly recommend Impact Plumbing!

Kyle came out to install a new faucet in my bathroom and replace some of the old plumbing, he was actually early! He did a great job, was quick and very friendly!

Everybody at Impact Plumbing were great! They helped us in a time of need when we couldn't figure out why our bathroom started to smell. We contacted this company because of a major water break outside our residence. They not only fixed the issue in ONE day they left the area with no signs of disruption! Did I mention it was a holiday weekend? I cannot recommend this company enough. They were pleasant, efficient and very fairly priced.

If I could give Impact Plumbing 10 stars, I would. This company was so easy to work with. During a pandemic where everyone wants to limit potential exposure, Impact Plumbing was the only company that I received a bid from that was willing to do it virtually. On the day of the install, Alex the technician arrived within the specified time frame and did a fantastic job with the install. Very professional, very thorough and diligent; something that is not easily found in today’s trade industries. When I find a company that provides a great service and a great price, I am their customer for life. Impact Plumbing has now made that list!

The owner of this company Joe is completely unprofessional. It’s unfortunate because I don’t like writing bad reviews about companies. We had hired this company to go out to start work right away and they sent an estimate stating that the total invoice of $4800 was due at the end of the job upon completion. Then I get an email from the owner stating that he wants $2400 upfront to be paid in full nonrefundable. Then he sends me another email stating that he wants 10% upfront of the total job which was not the amount he disclosed in the email. It wasn’t making any sense at all. He likes to make excuses because he’s afraid of being sued if they make a mistake so if somebody is worried about making a mistake it’s most likely because they are not qualified to do the job or they are paranoid that their work will not be up to par. So I would not recommend this company whatsoever! Very contradicting and statements and excuses do not make any sense at all. It was a complete waste of time dealing with them.

Gerson did an excellent job in replacing our sink for a newer, better one. There were some initial fit issues, but he was very patient while we ordered a new one had related counter work done. Then Impact rescheduled promptly, and the job was finished quickly and well. Definitely recommend Gerson and impact plumbing.

I'm only giving 3 stars because I described my problem in grave detail to the scheduler, only to have them come out and tell us they're not qualified to do irrigation line leak detection (we want it pin-pointed exactly and apparently American Leak Detection is the only qualified contractor for that? At least the only one we could find that definitely does that type of inspection). Anyway, that delayed us from getting on the schedule for the correct contractor to come out and we need it fixed ASAP to sell our house. Please train your schedulers on what your company can and can't do! Very frustrating. At least they showed up on time and were friendly and up-front with us.

The employees were professional and removed shoes and laid down plastic to walk on. The owner and office manager are super kind and they have great pricing. Very satisfied and extremely happy with the services provided. The price quoted over the phone was the exact price paid. I was pretty sure that some major work would have to be done to fix our shower head problem, but Gerson (plumber) was able to analyze the problem and fix it without having to perform any shower wall cutting or other major work. Thank you Joe! Just this morning, I had The Not-Impact Plumbing Company come out to my home with an ASTRONOMICAL quote for a new water heater. Booked them to come out between 12-4p today, but the cost just didn't sit right in my soul. Quick Google/Yelp search and I see nothing but glowing reviews for Impact. So I called for quotes and with questions about 3 or 4 times (sorry Joe) in the hour between Not-Impact Plumbing leaving my house and their planned install. I had all my questions answered, a handful of emailed quotes for various service options, AND a same day appointment for the install. Joe and his partner were in and out under 2 hours, I didn't have to sell my offspring to afford him, everything is under a good warranty, and I'm pleased!! Impact Plumbing is now on my short list...and I'm letting my sister know about them. She's buying her first place and will need a good plumber.

Talked to Impact Plumbing dispatch at 9am, tech was at my house by 11:45am. Assessed my water heater with the conclusion that it needed to be replaced (8 yrs old). Gerson was very professional and gave me my options. Picked option #2. I like that he wasn't pushy or tried to sell me any BS. 2-3 hours later the new water heater pump was installed. Now the wife will be happy 😊.

Had my water heater break... Guys came out quick and gave me great options to resolve the issue. The next day the returned first thing in the AM to replace the water heater under warranty and they explained in detail what was the likely cause of the break and how to prevent it going forward. They also addressed my additional concerns like water pressure and declining heat of my old heater. Fantastic service and support... Highly recommend.

My plumbing issue was an emergency, I was promised through the night by 2 other companies that offer 24 hour service and pretty much lie to you until their crew comes on at 7 am. Keep you up all night waiting for a phone call that never comes. Called Impact at 7 am they said they could and would help and they did. The other 2 companies called back after 7 am to tell me they understood I needed a plumber, yes I do but not you!! I hate being lied too.

Gerson came to my home and found the source of our leak! i've had two other plumbing agencies out here that said it was the main leak and it was going to run me close to 14 grand when in reality what Kirsten found was what my husband and I both found was that know it was an emitter leak and it would cost the amount of digging a small emitter tube up and replacing the tube and a couple of other areas that need piping replaced so under 100 bucks to fix the problem he knew what he was doing and he didn't stop until he found where the week was highly recommended

We had a leak 2 hours before family was coming over on Christmas Eve and they fit us in and came out an hour after we called and fixed our leak very quickly. So thankful for their quick response and repair!

I called a few companies regarding my garbage disposal but in one phone call, Impact Plumbing put me at ease and reassured me that that help was on the way. They set me up with an appointment for the following day since I work nights and I was headed to work. Provided me with a link to follow my repairman/installer’s location when I received the notification that he was on his way. When he arrived he asked qualifying questions. He provided an estimate and gave us a moment to discuss. The price was right and in my budget. And once we agreed. He started promptly right then and there. Best part the install was completed within the hour. Great service! If I have another plumbing issue, I know who to contact.

3 of 5 because Impact got us in touch with a quality plumber to start the process when we discovered a leaking sewer pipe from our toilet in the subfloor. Impact was booked up the day of the emergency and a gentleman showed from a small plumbing business (not Impact). Once restoration dried up the mess, Impact called to set up an appointment. Impact said the original plumber would not be sent out because he didn't work for them.
The plumber they sent, from Impact, mis-diagnosed our problem and didn't want to view our pictures or video of the pipe leaking.
The Impact plumber said it was the wax rings on the toilet that I just put on and said I looked handy so I should reset the wax rings and install the toilet again. We did. Guess what, the pipe still leaked! I felt horrible for a weekend and then called the small business plumber originally sent out and he confirmed it was not the wax rings (because he saw the pics and videos). He referred me to a plumber that would complete this job and the pipe is fixed with no leak!

Lastly, Impact offered no apology or compassion after the mis-diagnosis. They just offered to send a new technician out. We said NOPE! Would have been a 2/5 if we never met the plumber sent out originally...he is a 5/5!

I used this company extensively during a series of water leaks to my home. The company was always quick to respond and not leave me hanging. The only negative I would suggest is the fee for cutting through the drywall was a little steep.

Our water tank started leaking. At first it was a small leak but became rapid, so it was an emergency! Impact Plumbing dispatched someone to our home under an hour and he was able to replace some parts and stop the leak. We were so thankful for their responsiveness, professionalism, and fair pricing! Great experience! When my house initially was flooding and the burst pipe was discovered by the restoration / mold clean-up crew I immediately needed a plumber. I had been in contact w/ Joe (the owner) prior to the pipe leak discovery so I had his number. When I needed him over immediately, around 6:30pm, he helped me right away, stayed late, and offered suggestions on ways to move forward. It was a stressful time and he was there. Really attests to his character.

Then I had Impact Plumbing repipe my house, install a new water heater, and a water softening system. Their communication is excellent w/ Taylor and the team is always on time. I really enjoyed their employee Gerson. He was personable and I even trusted him in my house w/ my dogs when I had to step out for work. Then after the work was done I had some minor adjustments requested that I hadn't realized. Taylor was great in helping me change a few valves and work out the water pressure to the fridge.

Customer service was great, the owner is a good guy that helps out when needed, and their installers are trustworthy. Highly recommend!

Impac Plumbing is a phenomenal Plumbing company! This is the most honest and professional plumbing company I have ever used over the past 35 years of being a home owner. This company does not try to sell you items or service you do not need, they give you a true estimate and stick to it. The plumber is clean, professional, experienced and on time; as a customer I was always kept informed of the plumbers ETA based on my scheduled appointment time.
I used Impac Plumbing to do a kitchen remodel that included relocating refrigerator water line from one wall to another, rerunning water line down a column to support the kitchen sink, dishwasher, faucet, & garbage disposal and installation & connection of all of these items.
Impac Plumbing will be my go to plumbing company for all future plumbing projects and emergency plumbing issues.

Gerson, with Impact Plumbing, came to our house in Pahrump to advise us on a whole house filtration system. After listening to what we needed from a system, he gave us information on a couple of different ones that would work well for us. Found this company after going round and round with Home Warranty.
Impact Plumbing were able to send Alex within a day to give an estimate. Within a couple of days we had Vic and Lucas fix the toilet, angle stops, shower fixtures (handle & safety grip).
One of showers did not have a handle when we bought the place so we thought they had to cut into the tile and install a new handle since the place was old.
Vic was amazing, he research the type and tracked down where to find a replacement. This saved the tile and money. Also, because the place was old, they ran in to several issues finding parts or the way things were angled in the apartment. This did not stop Vic, he continued to look for the matching parts and resolve all issues.
Office employees were also great to work with. Very pleasant and responded quickly on my questions.

I absolutely had to leave this review for when Gerson assisted me. Our house had a faucet leak, and he came out, we were scheduled to have him come out on the following Tuesday. Around Friday night, we found that the hot water had broke, and he came out on Saturday to assist us, and we were extremely surprised at the service, and efficiency that was provided to us. I can't thank Gerson enough for this, also, he even went the extra mile, and showed me how to unclog a sink, so that I didn't have the sewer smell anymore. I sincerely hope that Gerson gets a pay raise, this man has seriously shown so much understanding and compassion for our needs (how are you going to shower without hot water?) And he completely understood that. Thank you again Gerson!

All work was done in a quality manner. Installed new shutoff valve in the laundry room. Installed new main shutoff valve in the front courtyard along with a pressure reducer. Shimmed the master toilet and did various caulking fixes.

Plumber came on time and work was completed on time as promised.

My wife and I had a Christmas party planned and had been setting up decorations and lots of food and drinks for nearly 3 weeks. About 3 1/2 hours before the party, our toilet backed up, then water started flooding our bathrooms and shower. I checked the clean out in front of the house and sewage was gushing out. We almost cancelled the party but I called impact plumbing and they had a guy out in 30 minutes and the drain line cleared in 20 minutes. Turned our out main sewer line was broken from tree roots and impact replaced it in 1/2 day. They are friendly and extremely responsive and did a great job. Highly recommend

For the first month, I didn't even know there was a leak. But in the second month, the water company sent me a letter stating that I have a potential leak. Special thanks to everyone at Impact Plumbing! Jason came to my house and he quickly found the cause of the leak.
