This place is a joke. They have time to install a water heater improperly, but don't have time to help you out when there's no money in it for them. All we wanted to do was drop off our broken heater, so we could get our new one. Of course we don't want you to install it. You're the ones that messed it up in the first place. Not to mention your services are grossly over priced. It's a sad state of affairs when you can't help someone because it's the right thing to do. My parents had to spend over a month in a hotel because of their unwillingness to help. Thanks for nothing. I'll make sure my company (managing over 100 local properties) never uses your services again. Furthermore; I plan to let everyone of my 100,000 following know that this place is no good. I'll sleep better at night knowing you've lost business. Maybe that's worth something.

I have used Sound Plumbing before and their service is excellent. The gentleman came on time, did a very good job (we needed our water heater drained) and was very neat, which is important to me.

Replaced two new 18 toilets. This was done very carefully so no water or other toilet items leaked into by homes carpet. Will be using them to repair and install a new shower head and tub faucet.

Quick, professional, and priced right. Noel came out on short notice and not only fixed our shower, tub, and two sinks; but also identified where the previous owner (a do-it-yourselfer) had run some water lines and reversed the hot and cold, but had also placed the plumbing access on the wrong side of the tub (the tub was between the plumbing access and the actual plumbing!). He fixed everything, tested it and cleaned up afterwards so you would never know he was there. Definitely the people to call for your plumbing needs!

We were having Septuc tank issues. I called Sound Plumbing and they were able to get out within a few hours. Decided we needed to pump the septic and they arranged everything for us. Then Sterling came back to check the leach field with the power Jett and a camera. Really impressed with the professional quality of their service. I will continue to use and recommend Sound Plumbing for any kind of issues dealing with water!

We've hired Sound Plumbing for several years and appreciate and trust their work. Shawn explained things thoroughly via phone call. Their tech Israel, came out and repaired our water heater. He did a great job! We will use sound plumbing again.

Sound Plumbing & Heating, Inc. is the best plumbing and water heater company in the Las Vegas/Henderson area. We woke up one morning recently to a major leak from our hot water heater and had to make the call to Sound Plumbing. The staff was friendly, courteous and concerned. Although they couldn't get out to us right away (extremely busy-a good sign), Sean walked me through the disconnect of the hot water heater over the phone during his off hours, so that we could do the repair work to the damaged drywall prior to the heater replacement.

Once we had the drywall repaired, Noel arrived on time, grabbed the broken heater and headed back out to get the replacement. He returned about an hour later (having had to go to 2 different warehouses) to install. He had everything he needed and knocked it out quickly. Noel was professional and competent. He even spent time to review future options such as a tank-less water heater at my request. The entire staff was polite, knowledgeable, friendly and a pleasure to work with. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND using Sound Plumbing & Heating, Inc. You will not be disappointed. Consequently, this was not the first time I have used them, repeat customer for life!

We had a underground water leak and Sterling and Hector were awesome. Pulled pavers, replaced water line from street to house. Replaced everything, pavers,plants and cleaned up after each day. Finished ahead of schedule. Excellent service.

They came in as a subcontractor. They left the situation worse than they found it and said they had to order parts. They provided no ETA. When I called twice to get help on the new problem they caused, they never called me back.

Always available whenever I need a Plumber. Amazing Business and Professional Service

My gas water heater, purchased from a local Lowe's on 11/02/20111 with an extended parts & labor warranty, stopped working on 06/30/2016. The pilot light was out and could not be reignited despite numerous attempts at troubleshooting. Sound Plumbing was the company that Lowe's sent to repair my water heater and I am most happy that they did. It turns out that the entire Honeywell control valve (white plastic box with flashing light and pilot light/temperature controls) was defective and had to be replaced at no cost under warranty.

The best part of this service experience was the plumber/service technician who came out to do the work. Bill Abella is one knowledgeable plumber (been gathering experience in the field since age 12!) who insists on taking his time, keeping the work area clean, explaining everything to the customer and going above and what is necessary to ensure that the job is done properly and guarantee customer satisfaction. Rumor has it that some Sound Plumbing customers not only specifically ask for him by name, but insist on knowing his phone number for direct-dial access. He's also extremely interesting/enjoyable to have around, a real nice guy and a good conversationalist. Bill Abella is someone you'd be interested in knowing privately, outside of the actual service encounter.

After I also decided to replace the existing tank anode (extreme deterioration readily visible) and install a ball valve for easier future tank draining/flushing in my approximately 4.5 year old water heater (cost of $225.00), Bill ensured that everything was in tip-top working order and also flushed all the air out of the hot water outlets in my house before leaving.

This was by far my best service experience with a plumber bar none; I had never heard of this particular plumbing company before and now I will most likely be using them for all of future plumbing needs! Perhaps, you too should consider using this company's services the next time the need arises?

They put in a new water heater and brought it up to code. They were very professional, clean and hauled everything away for me. Very pleased with their service.

Called & they had a service tech out within a couple of hours - had them install a new faucet, garbage disposal and replace three valves. Work was done professionally and no problems !!

I had a very bad experience from this company. I called them on Tues (9/20/16), before driving to Vegas to have a garbage disposal replaced. Sandy was very nice & she even scheduled it for 4-5pm, but then she said the plumber told her he can not do it bec they worked all night. So we scheduled it the next morning (Wed 9/21/16). I was supposed to call her back to give her my LV address ( I don't remember my LV address by heart). As soon as I arrived in Vegas, I bought all the materials to be installed. I called the next morning, but it was the answering service & I was told that they open at 7. I called back after 7am, and I gave a man my address and phone number to give to Sandy to call me back so I know what time they are coming. Did not hear anything, so after 8am, I called back again and I ask for Sandy. Unfortunately she was not still there, so I explained to the girl who answered the phone about my situation and she seem to be familiar with it, but I was told that they can not do the job until the next day. I told her that I needed it done as I am going back to California right after the garbage disposal installation. I needed it done bec I have guests coming the next day (9/22/16), I wanted to have a working disposal. So she gave the phone to Kevin and I was told that their plumbers are busy & have emergencies so mine will be the next day. I was so dis appointed bec I was supposed to go back to California right after the installation is done. So needless to say, I got on the internet again looking for someone who can do it this morning. Thanks for MC Plumbing! They came to the rescue! As a business owner myself, I am appalled by how other businesses do business. In my business, when we tell people we will take care of it, we have our word...we take care of it. Unfortunately, there are others like Sound Plumbing who are obviously just after big bucks and replacing a garbage disposal is too small of a job!. BAD BAD SERVICE! I will give them a below zero star if there is, too bad there is none, so one star is still too much for them!

We have 10 properties that we manage. We have used Sound Plumbing exclusively for all our plumbing repairs and services since 2014. Sound Plumbing is honest, prompt, reliable, and reasonable. We have never had any issue or follow up problem with their repairs or services. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

I can’t thank Sound Plumbing enough. We had a water leak from the house to the street. Mark came out as scheduled, access the problem. Kept me informed when he arrived and his findings. I agreed to move forward with repairs. Mark and crew showed up on time, did an amazing job. You would never know the work was done. All my landscaping was put back just the way it was. Communication was great!

Aaron was super quick fixing my sink and even fixed my door handle for me which I thought was really nice!

Was under the gun as I needed a replacement ASAP. Sound Plumbing not only came instantly but replaced the hot water tank within 2 hours. Aaron was more than professional and provided fast Quality service.

These guys were very helpful and did a great job. I called on a Monday and made an appointment for 3 pm Tuesday for a minor leak, but I called early Tuesday morning to tell them that the leak was getting worse. They managed to come by 12:30 and had everything fixed up in less than 2 hours. Sterling went above and beyond to make sure there was no more leak! The price was in the range quoted. And they communicated well over the phone, and let me know when he was on the way to my house. I will definitely call them if I have plumbing needs in the future.

Mario came out and did a repair to my water heater. Not only did he go out of his way to find parts to get it fixed the same day, he called me back an hour later and again the next evening to make sure it was still working right. I would definitely call them again for any pluming issues.
