Matt was very professional and took care in explaining everything he was doing. I felt very comfortable with the work he did since he was fixing another plumbers mess up. I would use this company again for future projects.

I can’t say enough how amazing this plumbing company is. They are on-time, honest and professional. We were nervous that we had a pipe leak and potential mold in the house (from what our flooring guy told us) so they came out next day to inspect and found no evidence of either which was a relief for us since we have a 7 month old. They didn’t even charge us to come out. I know for certain if we do have a plumbing issues we will absolutely call them to fix the issue.

I used Home Advisor to get several bids from local plumbers to replace a toilet in my master bathroom. When Vegas Valley Plumbing arrived to make the initial inspection and estimate, I was immediately impressed. You know this is a company that follows rules and regulations when they wore masks and put on shoe covers to keep my floors clean. The other companies that came for an estimate did not wear masks or shoe covers. On top of all that, Vegas Valley Plumbing gave me the lowest estimate. After receiving the estimate, I called the office to schedule the work the next day. The same two guys came the next day and arrived on time. I was scheduled for 4p-6p and they showed up exactly at 4p. They called me at about 3p to let me know that they were on the way. The work was done by 5:30p and me and my wife couldn't be happier. My wife is a clean freak and even she was impressed. The guys cleaned up the entire area where they worked. I was very surprised to see that they put my old toilet in a heavy black bag so that nothing will spill on the floors as they hauled it out. They also used a similar black bag when they brought tools in and out of my house so nothing would drip on my floors. I've never seen any plumbers pay so much attention to detail like this. I've dealt with so many bad and overpriced plumbers in the past that I'm very thankful to find Vegas Valley Plumbing. I'll be using them in the future for as long as they keep up the same quality of work. I found this company by happenstance in the middle of a flood crisis in our (new) home. Vegas Valley Plumbing came to our house promptly and fixed the problem easily and effectively. They were then able to come out for another (unrelated) plumbing issue and then helped us get our soft water system back on line. I can't say enough great things about this company. Knowledgeable, prompt, courteous, and very friendly (my dog even loves them!) I recommend this company wholeheartedly.

Do not waste your time with this poorly run plumbing company. Made an appointment for today 2-4pm. The repairman called to tell me he was 30 mins away at 1:45pm. At 2:25pm I called the tech to ask where he was and was told he was outside the building. At 2:45pm I called again and the tech says he is at the wrong building. At 3:17pm I called the scheduling number and the unprofessional female answered thinking she can talk in whatever manner she wants. She hung up in my face and then I called back she tells me she hung up because I was rude. Trying to explain that they have a 2-hour window so the tech was not late. The tech didn't even have what he claimed was the right address. I get a call back from some guy that says he was the owner asking dude what's my problem, why am I talking to his employee like that. The employee is unprofessional and doesn't have any customer service skills. I called to cancel. I could have let the tech waste his time and not be allowed to enter the home. If you value your time go with a company that can get your address correct, provides customer service and has reasonable time management. Vegas Valley Plumbing is a joke of a plumbing company.
Response to the Owner: You thought you were defending your receptionist/the person you sleep with. The only things you did was make yourself look more foolish. I would never give you my business. I would never use your company even if the service was free!

The drain line from my house was totally clogged. The plumber was out to my house in 2 hours and had the drain opened and flowing in about 45 minutes. Dennis McZeal. I gotta give him all the credit. This man did an exceptional job and his customer service was awesome. He ultimately fixed my problem and im glad he went through all the possibilities that couldve caused my hot water pressure to be so low. Basically, my hot water output pipe had a tumor of sedimentation which gave only... a 1mm diameter of water to flow into my home.
He found the problem, cleaned out the pipe and gave me hope for future hot water showers once again!

The staff is always nice and courteous

Communicated the specific details of the repair and cost prior to beginning any work. He could have just disconnected the softener as requested. He went above and beyond by, showing me the incorrect pieced used and we saved money in the long run by having those pieces replaced and avoiding it leaking later.

Communication, cooperation, professionalism were top-notch. Keith and Matt were super helpful in coordinating with me to complete the repairs needed. They never grew impatient with my never-ending questions. And everything was explained to me in layman terms, considering I know only the bare minimum about plumbing. These guys are great. Very much recommended for your plumbing needs... No matter how big or small the problem is.

I contacted this company first thing in the morning around 7am in hopes I would be able to schedule an appointment. After taking all my info over the phone of which the individual handling the information was soooooo slow and re read my phone number incorrectly, re read my last name wrong and couldn’t repeat the address I gave him back correctly. I was patient and corrected him each time of which he then said a plumber would call me to see about scheduling me on their day. No one called, No followed through to give any reason as to why the company couldn’t call me. Good thing I went off instinct and called Johnny plumbing. He text me, showed up and fixed my issue all before 1pm. Would never recommend Vegas Valley Plumbing as it’s insulting of their name being that I am native who has lived here 57 years. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

This Company although seemed professional was not, they installed a new water heater which was working well till my pump motor broke got it replaced not a big a deal. However, woke up this morning and had my entire garage flooded bc a technician forgot to close a valve. I will never do business with Vegas Plumbing again. Think twice before hiring these people. Not worth doing business with. Create more problems than actually fixes.

I've used Vegas Valley Plumbing multiple times for a variety of issues ranging from fixing a garbage disposal, unclogging drains, and fixing water pressure. They have done an exceptional job each time. They are very attentive to detail, make sure they're clean and shoes are covered prior to entering the home, and are very responsive. I had a New filtration system put in along with a new hot water heater. I had a small problem with a rare situation after filtration systems was put in and they were very diligent about coming out and fixing it for me.

The men who came to fix a leak were very professional and friendly and I appreciated how they let me know exactly what was happening and how it would be fixed. I trust this company and felt confident in hiring them again for my most recent repair.

I've dealt with a lot of plumbers in my time as a homeowner, ranging in everything from a clogged toilet to a full-on bathroom remodel. Needless to say, I haven't had a great experience with most of the plumbers I've dealt with. They have varied greatly in both quality and customer service, and most of them overcharge you for their services. (And I learned the hard way that the ones who don't aren't usually licensed and end up costing you more to fix their bad work by someone who is.)

I recently decided to get my hot water heater replaced, as well as a whole-home water filtration unit installed. However, I was at a loss as to what plumber to hire in order to do the job. I was unhappy with my normal plumber - a service who I felt had been way overcharging me for every job I hired them to do - so I wanted to try someone new.

Vegas Valley Plumbers was one of a handful of local plumbers that was recommended to me via the Home Advisor website. I had been in touch with a number of plumbing companies that specialized in whole-home water filtration trying to compare quotes. Keegan Bosch, one of the owners of Vegas Valley Plumbing, contacted me directly and scheduled a time to come out for a free estimate.

I found Keegan to be very knowledgeable when he arrived. He did try to sell me on an expensive water filtration unit his company recommends (like most do) but when I told him I already had purchased a unit that was far cheaper (and better) than what he offered, he was fine with installing that unit instead. (Vegas Valley Plumbing has since gone on to become the go-to installers for my model of unit.) Though his quote for the whole job was higher than others, the fact that his license was current and his company had good reviews on Google convinced me to go with him, even though I could have saved some money using a different company.

Keegan personally replaced my water heater with a new unit and installed the water filtration unit. He also fixed a problem with my house's water pressure valve while he was at it. Since this job, I have used Vegas Valley Plumbing for a host of other plumbing issues, and no matter who from the company comes out, they are always professional, do good work, and are reasonably priced. Vegas Valley Plumbing is a licensed company who employ good quality plumbers - which is more than I can say for a lot of other companies I have used. They are very responsive, communicate well, and don't try to upsell you on things you don't need. (In fact, the bulk of my work with them have used parts that were under warranty, so I only had to pay for labor.)

Co-owner Keegan still picks up his phone and remembers who I am whenever I call. He's a good, solid guy and I'm happy to continue to do business with him and his company. If you're in the market for a plumber, check out Vegas Valley Plumbing. They're definitely one of the top plumbing companies I've found here in Vegas. I highly recommend them.

Have me move out my can am ryker and my atv to look at it just to wait for an approval they don't get waste my time with all.of it. Never have your customers move things around if u don't even have an approval to fix it smh

This company gave me an estimate for placement of several valve boxes, trenching, and tying into a drain in my foundation. It involved jack hammering the house foundation, jackhammering the footing of a retaining wall, and placement of a channel drain. The job took longer than the company anticipated and i was told that they may need a change order and charge more. I pushed back that I had changed nothing from the original job that they quoted, and the fact that the job is taking longer than they anticipated is not my fault. I had sent them in advance the installation instructions from the manufacturers of the channel drain in order that they could inspect them and let me know if there were any problems. When it came time for the channel drain installations, they refused to install the drains according to the manufacturer's instructions. If they had a problem with this then I think they should have informed me prior to starting the job. I ended up placing the forms myself for pouring the concrete per manufacturers instructions. Their employees were given an ice chest full of ice with soft drinks. Their employees where provided lunch for two of threes days the initial job took. When the function of the drainage was tested it was found that the drain overflowed the trap box almost immediately which I think should have been anticipated by a plumber. The plumber told me that they could install another valve to prevent this overflow and it MAY cost more, but if it did cost more, it would not be much, and there would be a change order. I had to leave town, and I never received notice of a change order or any additional cost. The plumbers arrived and had my friend at the house sign the change order but she tells me she was misinformed that I was aware of the job (I was aware of the job, but NEVER was informed of the cost) and she tells me the tablet she signed did not display the cost of the job. The plumbers came for exactly 1 hour 39 min (recorded on security cam footage). I was charged $470 for one plumber and one helper. I wrote the company that I felt this charge was exorbitant, and I asked for a breakdown of the hourly rate and parts charges. I never received a reply. Later I received an email reply that they don't charge by the hour and that they provide value in their work. I really don't think $470 for one hour and 39 min is much value, and they had my friend sign the change order without knowing anything about the specifics. Bottom line I think they reamed me for an hour and 39 min at a charge of $470 because they spent more time than they wanted on the initial job (which had already been paid in full). I know that they will say they spent over $100 on parts. I supplied the valve, they supplied a valve box and perhaps a connector or elbow or two. I dont know how this could cost over $100. The trench to do the work was already open and was left open. I will never use this company again. Make sure you dont let them try to upcharge you because they may have underestimated the time for the job.

I had filtration system serviced and the filters changed, fast and knowledgeable Sevice man Josh did the work. Josh called said he could come early and we was done before earlier than expected also.

It took them no time to schedule my repair, the tech was very pleasant, polity and very professional. When he left, it did not look like someone had been there at all. I highly recommend their services, either commercial as residential. They've done both types for us.

Truly 3.5 stars. For the most part they are great. They replaced my main water line for a reasonable price. Had a leak after they fixed the line and came out quickly to fix it. They charged a percentage to pay by credit card, so that sucked. A couple of weeks later, I also had them repair a leaky toilet and while it no longer continuously runs, it still takes more than one try to make it flush all the way. I would have them fix it, but don't want to pay to have them come out again to fix it. It isn't running continuously anymore, but how did the guy not notice there was an issue with how it flushed (he did replace the flapper)? I paid a lot of money to fix the continuous running, just don't want to have to pay again for it to flush properly - unfortunate. Oh yeah, found out they no longer charge a percentage to those of us who want to use a credit card...sure, (what a week after?) fix this AFTER the $4,000+ service call. :-/

Great service. Simple leak but they kept me informed. Gave a spot on quote and finished the work well within their estimated timeframe. The plumber was great and explained everything. Looks better than it did originally!

Broken discharge drain pipe was repaired quickly and efficiently.

I used Vegas Valley plumbing a couple of times this year and both times I had a great experience with them. Keith, Josh and Page have been nothing short than amazing to myself and my family and have done everything they can to help us fix a major leak that we had under our slab.
