We had a pipe burst in our bathroom on a Sunday and they were able to come out same day to repair the part and get our water turned back on. Service was professional and prompt, would highly recommend.

Although the news was bad, Frank was very hospitable from the pre arrival phone call all the way to the estimate. Very helpful and understanding of the situation, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

I had a tub draining slow. They caused a leak and flooded my downstairs caused over $6,000 in damages. When I called them they responded 4 hours later to an emergency call. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this company.

After scheduling a simple rough in valve replacement (all plumbing exposed easy access should take 30-45 mins at most) they gave me a time frame between 10am - 1pm as of 2:30 pm no word and it may be another hour.. I cant wait around all day for a company to finally decide to show up hours after the agreed time frame. If you want prompt service DO NOT USE This company or you will be waiting around all day. If your not going to make the time frame call me and tell me.

What a blessing!!!! We had a water leak on all days Thanksgiving!!! Ezequiel showed up right away. He was able to reassure me everything would be fine in time for dinner. He was right. He was able to find the leak in the ceiling and fixed it today. Very quick service. Thorough and reasonable pricing. I’m so thankful I called them definitely saved the day for us.

Water is a precious commodity in the desert. So is a good, honest plumber. Had Mach 1 Plumbing install a new tankless water heater, water softener and reverse osmosis filter, and we've never been happier. Mach 1 not only did an A+ job, but took the time to explain how everything works. They're knowledgeable, courteous and do great work at a fair price. My water heater exploded on a Sunday (of course). I called the company who installed it. After waiting three hours for a call back, I decided to call a few other companies. Adaven was the first to call back and Nancy was on it. Took my info, got back to me within a few minutes with a quote and asked if the next day at 10:00am would work. Yes! Danny arrived at 10:00am, loaded up my broken water heater (which was still under warranty), and was back within 40 minutes with my new one. Quick and professional install. I would recommend this company to all of my friends and family. Use them for all your water heater needs! You won’t regret it

I decided on a whole home water system and Sanderson Plumbing was up to the task. Very polite, professional, and educated me on the process. Both father and son came to the home to begin the installation and Jonathan completed the task with such efficiency that I was surprised. Cost was as expected for the service but the actual workmanship is wonderful. Jonathon explained how to utilize the system after installation and we will definitely use them again. We are considering an upgrade to our water heater.

BTW, no up-charges or pressure to buy anything other than the work we requested. That was refreshing and the whole process was simple.
