David was excellent! He called me the night I found the leak and walked me through turning off the hot water for the house. He arrived promptly the next day for estimate and service. Did a great job on the work and even cleaned up like was never there when he was finished. Was just an overall nice guy. Price was also spot on with what I researched regarding the price of repair. Would definitely recommend, and use them again.

On Sunday June 4 in the late afternoon my 23 year old heat pump gave out. I called Sliver State Refrigeration Repair and within an hour Vince showed up to diagnose the problem the problem that the condenser fan motor was shot. He explained to me that he could replace it but that there might be other problems with it also ,but would not be able to tell until a new motor was installed. He also explained to me about the R 22 Freon which will be discontinued in 2020. After weighing the cost to replace the fan, and the fact of R 22 Freon not being available after 2020 I decided to get a new unit. Hated to spend the cost for a new unit but thought it would be the wisest thing to do. He called the company and they had it set up to install between 8 and 10 the following day.
On Monday June 5th there they were at 8.15 in the morning Roberto and his helper. They finished the job around 11.45 in the morning. I to would like thank Roberto and his helper, and also Sliver State for the outstanding job that they did, and for the prompt service they provided. the unit that they installed was a Maytag Heat Pump which runs so much quieter, and cools much better than my old one. My only hope is that I get the same 23 trouble free service from this compared to the one I replaced.

Water is a precious commodity in the desert. So is a good, honest plumber. Had Mach 1 Plumbing install a new tankless water heater, water softener and reverse osmosis filter, and we've never been happier. Awesome experience! We woke up to an inoperable furnace and called Time. They gave us a time window for a house call the same day. He showed up exactly when scheduled and quickly was able to identify the problem and get us up and running only a few hours after our initial call. Great, friendly, professional, and QUICK service. We’ll make sure to call Time for any future heating issues!

A week later no call from them after my warranty company gave them a contract to fix my stuff. Had to call them to get it scheduled and they still were going to make me wait 3 more days. Seems like they are unorganized and don’t know what customer service is.

Bath tub drain was not cleared by the first technician and had to call back. The second technician, kirwin, was patience and did the job.

These guys are awesome, completely reliable, trustworthy, and they do great work.

Sept 2020 Update: I just used Sanderson again to replace a leaky main water line. As usual, their expertise and work were top notch, their price was fair and firm, and they offer a one-year labor warranty.
Last month, I got a letter from the LV Water District about a leak. Sanderson located it, pulled the permit, dug the trench, replaced the line, and left the yard as neat as before. The inspector signed off, and the meter shows the leak gone. Sanderson is the ONLY plumber I've found in Vegas who is knowledgeable, experienced, fair and honest. They are family owned and operated, and I'm very thankful I found them!
March 2019: Finally . . . . ! I found a plumber that is competent, professional, fair, hard working, and pleasant to deal with. This morning my 12-year-old water heater leaked a puddle in my garage. I contacted 35 local plumbers in Las Vegas, got all kinds of quotes and promises, checked out their licenses and reviews, and decided on Sanderson. Jason and his son came over this afternoon, began work right away, did a super job of installing my new water heater to code, hauled away my old unit, walked me through features of the new heater, and left the workplace nice and neat. The price was competitive and fair, but, more importantly, the work was professionally and expertly done. I received all the warranties in hand, including one-year labor (some companies only offered 30 days!), and the entire experience was easy and first rate -- hassle free.
