I reached out to NPA after noticing some puddling in my front yard. I reached out around 2pm, and spoke with Jason. He then informed me that someone could be to the house around 4pm-5pm that evening. 4:30 or so, Andrew arrived. He looked everything over and verified it was in fact the main line that had a leak. We discussed our options, and when it would be done. He informed me that we can get it done that coming Saturday. We discussed payment options at that time, and that I would receive a quote that evening.
And in fact I did. We approved it that following morning and set the schedule for Sat. The team arrived on time, and they got right to work. Finishing an hour before they said they would. They thoroughly tested everything to ensure it was done, and done properly.

Don't bother calling around. These are the people you want doing work for you. Gage, Andrew and Jason are professionals who take pride in what they do.

Fantastic company!! Fror the initial phone call, to the tech arriving, til finisihed job, I just had a good vibe. Vic arrived about 30 minutes after my call for help. had a leak somewhere on the property and Vic found it right away, it was the mainline. The next day he came out and got the job done!! Very hard worker, outstanding results. Especially considering he had to DIG a trench before even getting to address the issue. Ran the new line. and all is well.
