Had a leak that was difficult to find they found and fixed it with no problems. They showed me the problem and how they fixed it. Very polite.

These 2 gentlemen installed a water filtration system in our house. T,hey worked like a surgical team. Christian Legaspi and trainee Zach did a very good job inspecting and cleaning our AC unit. They also checked our vents and insulation. They provided detailed explanations of preventive measures for cost savings, however, their recommendations seem a bit pricey which we would need to further review.

We have used BOSS for several services with the most recent being HVAC Heater service & EVERY TIME they are on-time (they text when a rep is on the way do if we aren't home we can get there) KNOWLEDGEABLE (Elvis explained step by step everytime like a YouTube video would, HONEST & EXTREMELY well priced. WE WILL NEVER USE ANOTHER COMPANY AGAIN.

I do not recommend using this company. I'm a landlord who asked for an estimate for my property repairs with tenants. They showed up, did the work, with no communication, paperwork, authorization from me to perform services. They claim my tenant authorized work even though they say they only work with landlords. They never gave me an answer to why I never received an estimate and then assumed I would not pay and threatened to put a lien on my property. From Casey the owner, If we do not receive payment, a lien notice will be sent, then recorded with the county, which in turn leads to us foreclosing on the unit. If that is worth all your troubles instead of just paying for the service, then go ahead and choose that route. Still additional comments from owner, I will make sure to tell everyone in the tower that you are the one that likes to screw over trades and not pay their bill. Trust me we do a ton of work there and word travels pretty much like wildfire versus leaving a review on the internet where I will be sure to comment on your actions in this matter as well.
Your karma will catch up to you in this life or the next. I did receive estimates later from other companies hundreds less than what I was billed and no effort was done to make it right. Long story short I was invoiced and billed with a late payment notice a month later. I paid it immediately. Please avoid working with this company.

Had an issue with my toilet flushing really slowly. Couldn’t for the life of me figure out why this was happening. Snaking and liquids did nothing to help. One of Best’s technicians, Johnny, came through and helped determine what the issue was within minutes. Another company wanted to charge $2600 to fix an issue that these guys will do for well under that. Time, money, and stress all saved with this company. Highly recommended.

Technician TL was on time and perform maintenance on ac and mini splits in a professional manner. He told me that one of mini splits was low on freon and recharge it full. I would definitely recommend this company to service ac and mini splits.

Nick was my guy, he showed up within hours of notice. Was very personal and professional. Nick helped me with my shower, he allowed me to watch him work so i can learn and he gave me tips on preventive maintenance around the house.

Called me the day of my appointment to tell me they couldn't make it do to so mant people without ac. I get that it's a busy time but that's just not professional in my opinion. Called a different company and they came out same day

Wimpy AC sent DeAndrew to get our heat up and running, he was there with in 20 minutes and much to my surprise he had our heat working with in 30 minutes. Simply is the BEST!!!! Ask for DeAndrew every time!!!!
