We have been using Excel Plumbing for many years. They have replaced toilets, fixed our main water line, replaced faucets, and moved a gas connection for an oven. For the last couple of projects, Kevin has been our plumber. Not only is he knowledgeable and professional, but he is a super nice guy. Their pricing is always reasonable and fair as well.

Air Pro Master was scheduled by American Home Shield to fix my clogged kitchen sink. Fernando Simo was very professional and polite and well mannered while interacting with me and my family during his visit. Air Pro Master communicated through text messaging about who they were sending to your home and the day and time of service and arrival.

Buyer Beware! This company is a JOKE to say the least. I paid $7,000 for a tankless and it’s definitely that tanked! I’ve had more cold showers than not. I’ve tried to work with them to get this resolved but they are beyond unprofessional. I’ve sat at home day in and day out waiting on a technician only to be told at the last minute they wouldn’t be there. Please spread the word I wouldn’t want another consumer experience this.Dr. R.B. Called this person for questions about a used hot water tank. He states he could fix ours for 210, 4 year warranty, parts and labor included. Sounded too good to be true to begin with, but we hwent ahead and scheduled an appointment for the following day (we had plans we could not cancel that night). Our appointment was at 11, but he texted saying he was busy and couldn’t make it till like 1. We said ok, then noticed our breaker had been tripped for tank. So we text him this and be stated that ok we will cancel. Then he text again saying it could cause a fire so we were like ok maybe he should come out. We tried to contact him back but he started being super rude. So I’d think twice about going through this “company”. Not too professional at all!
