The worst customer service ever her name is Cindy and the manager she said her name is Jill. I hope the owner will read this and can contact me because they just lost a customer from Liberty Mutual. You don’t need an employee like them and i hope you have recording of the conversation we have with them on Jan. 22 between I can say 2:40 -2:55 So you find out how rude Cindy is and how your manager took care of it. I have to push one Star so i can post it but doesn’t deserve it.

We have been using Excel for decades. They are honest, reliable and have always done great work for us. Kevin is a fantastic plumber and we love working with him when we have any issues. Cindy, their dispatcher, is an absolute delight and just hearing her voice brings a smile to my face whenever I call as she is so kind and friendly.

I’m a DIY guy, and there’s pretty much nothing I don’t repair around the house on my own, but plumbing is the exception. Installing a new garbage disposal or replacing a faucet is one thing,, but when I needed to replace the angle stops for the toilets in my home, I decided it was time to call a professional. I spoke with Excel plumbing over the phone, and they approximated about 30 minutes per toilet, and about $25 for parts for each. They said they charge an hourly fee of $100 per hour as opposed to a set fee for the job. Nice! I actually preferred the hourly fee because then I knew the repair man would take his time and do it right as opposed to getting it done as quickly as possible and doing a crappy job. They told me he would show up between 7 and 7:30am and would call me first to let me know he was on his way. The day of the repair I received a phone call at 6:45am letting me know he was en route and would be there shortly. He arrived at 7:15am, briefly discussed with me what he would be doing and got started. It only took him an hour to do all 3 toilets, which included installing a new tank fill valve I had picked up the day before. The final charges were $100 labor, and $95.70 in parts. The parts were slightly more since I wanted stainless steel braided supply hoses installed as well as the angle stops. I couldn’t be happier!

We have been using Excel Plumbing for many years. They have replaced toilets, fixed our main water line, replaced faucets, and moved a gas connection for an oven. For the last couple of projects, Kevin has been our plumber. Not only is he knowledgeable and professional, but he is a super nice guy. Their pricing is always reasonable and fair as well.

Best plumbing company...reasonable and reliable!!! Best experience we had with a plumbing company. Had 3 other plumbing companies give me bids and they were a rip off compared to what Excel Plumbing gave us.
