Like to thank joe and Jose that in the end showed true professionalism. They stayed true to there word and made an error into an amazing remodeled floor. Hands down need more workers like Jose to represent LVR. He treated the job as he was working in his own house.

This Company although seemed professional was not, they installed a new water heater which was working well till my pump motor broke got it replaced not a big a deal. However, woke up this morning and had my entire garage flooded bc a technician forgot to close a valve. I will never do business with Vegas Plumbing again. Think twice before hiring these people. Not worth doing business with. Create more problems than actually fixes.

Mr. Chad Jimmerson delivered excellent customer service. He explained in detail what needs to be done and clearly answered my questions and concerns. Needless to say, I am a very happy Goettl customer and wanted to share my very pleasant experience with the company. Dan is so honest and great! I’ve had so many issues with previous plumbers who were scammers so I didn’t know where to go or who to trust. Dan gave me a fair and reasonable quote right up front and the price didn’t change after the job was done. He was thorough, explained everything, answered all my questions. He explained different techniques to resolve certain plumbing issues, the price differences, timeline and efficiency of each technique so there’s NO surprises or hidden fees. I am editing my original review because it was not so good because of a bad experience, but after letting them know about the unresolved issues, StraightUp Plumbing made it right. Heres what happened: Mark did not address my original issue of a leaky toilet shut-off valve, but instead installed a new flush valve inside the toilet. He also changed out the cold water shower knob, and installed a new garbage disposal. When I viewed my email receipt I noticed I had been charged for the flush valve PLUS a flapper inside the toilet, and also for installing TWO knobs in the shower. I called and spoke to Chad, who immediately took the bull by the horns. He re-dispatched Daniel who installed the missing flapper AND fixed the leaking shut-off valve (which was the original problem). I really cannot say enough about Daniel; he is a very nice, professional and personable guy. Thank you Chad for taking care of this for me. As I promised, I am amending my original review, and if I ever need a plumber again I will request Daniel - only Daniel.

I feel lucky I ran into this guy. I had another plumber do some work on my water heater and he created a mess that he could not fix. Sanderson came in and fixed it in 30 minutes for a perfectly reasonable fee. I won't call anyone else with any future plumbing issues.

The plumber named Dell showed up soon after calling. I showed him what needed to be fixed and he fixed it. He was professional in manner and he was knowledgeable about what needed to be done which made the job go quick and easy. I don’t know what more I can say, he showed up, he fixed, it works! And for a reasonable price.

I called Roto Rooter when my water heater quit working. They came out the same day, looked over the heater, gave me a price and did the job right then! Not only that, the price was the same price they quoted. Its nice to see an honest plumber. Ill be calling Roto Rooter for all my plumbing problems.

Experienced a water leak within the wall between the main room and hallway bathroom. This place was recommended to us by Levi, and we went ahead and tried it out. Good thing, too! Veronica was very helpful, setting up my appointments for the technicians to come out, taking my payment, communicating by text to let me know who was arriving, and when they were on their way. She would make me smile when she would include my name along with her welcome greeting upon answering my calls. Miguel came out and inspected the pipes for leaks. He was transparent with the costs, letting me know about the basics and what to expect. He asked me to approve and sign off before beginning. He would try to offer some advice to save me money along the way. All done in a timely manner and professionally. After inspecting the water meter, it was discovered there was a water line leak in the front yard. This was expected since pvc (white) piping had been installed initially. We knew one day it would need to be completely replaced. We got a quote and went ahead with the installation. We were very pleased that the work was completed within 1 day. Water was turned off for a couple of hours. Miguel and Bernardo did a phenomenal job of not breaking the contrete but used a tool (horizontal earth boring auger) to gain access to the water line, trenching, laying insulation along with the new line, and installed some lines throughout. A day later, another small leak was located behind the shower wall, which Miguel took care of quickly and efficiently. The following Monday, after the city inspection was completed and passed, I was provided with the paperwork, and Miguel and Bernardo came back to fill the trench.
