I want to thank Rory and the whole crew from Plumbing Innovations for their help with the plumbing on my house. I bought an older house and started a remodel and soon got over my head. I called Rory and to see if he could help. He came to look at the house and we discussed a plan of action and started to proceed. once things got under way it was clear that we were going to have to re-plumb the entire house. They did so in a very timely and professional fashion. When we were finished I expected to have heart problems when I saw the bill but that WAS NOT the case at all. They came in way under budget and I always recommend these guy to everyone. Keep up the good work guys!!!!!! Thanks again..

I have used a few plumbing companies in Las Vegas for problems that are way out of my expertise. The other plumbing companies that quoted me were to expensive. One thing that I really like about Plumbing Innovations is that they are not trying to push warranties and other maintenance on to me. Good customer service and work are excellent .

Gentleman that came to install my wax ring was very courteous. Understood my concerns and immediately helped me. Will be using them again for any other services I may need in the future.

Mark was a very professional, nice and pleasant man. He did excellent work. I couldn't be happier with the garbage disposal he installed.

Garrett Brigmon was very, very EXCELLENT! Of every technician whom has come to our residence, this man was the only one that was professional and one of the best professionals I've seen overall in a very long time. He was very informative, patient, understanding and dedicated! I actually regret letting him leave without tipping him, although it might not be a job that allows, he definitely deserves a big one. Highly recommend this business because of individuals like him, thanks again!

We had Ken come out today 4/8/20. To fix our shower . He did amazing work and price was better then the other people we got quoted from. The owner Rory was awesome in getting us schedule and taken care of even in this time we are in.

Clothes seem cheaply made, but over priced. Best thing about kohls is the Amazon return center.

New to the area and went through several no show, no result companies before finding this company. Rory was awesome about getting to the root of our issue and fixing our problem quickly. He was knowledgable, respectful and punctual. Looking forward to having a go-to plumber for future needs.

My dishwasher stopped working and I could tell water was not entering the unit. Mark P. showed up on time and was extremely polite and professional the entire time. He explained the problem to me and went above and beyond to give me tips on how to avoid the problem in the future and what to look for, for signs of future issues.

More importantly, he did not leave until he was confident the issue had been resolved and he ensured I knew how to reach him and his team should any issues arise.

Called office at 10:30am and received a same day appointment from 1-5pm while everyone else I spoke with was scheduling 2-3 days out. Mark P. the Technician was very professional when he arrived. On time, Assessed the problem, made suggestions and gave me my options. I made my choice and within minutes work was being performed to get water heater ordered and area prepped for his return. Once he returned in a very short time we were up and in hot water again. Excellent job. I will use this company again if I’m in need.

Came and fixed the problem in a couple hours!

I had an appointment today during 1-5pm, but they didn’t show up until 7pm.. After 1 & 1/2 hours of waiting, I called the innovation pluming company, but they were already closed. I didn’t even know if the technician would come or not. Luckily the technician Mark called me around 6:19pm and checked on my appointment. He thought my appointment was rescheduled, but he still called me and checked. He found out that I was still waiting, and he came around 7pm. Finally the technician fixed the cartilage. He was very professional and nice. If he didn’t call me, I probably would have waited all day. I don’t want to give this company for 5 stars for their lack of awareness towards their client, but I would love to give Mark for 5+ stars. Thank you Mark!!!

The teach was super helpful and but the leak didn’t fix anything and the leak is back and even worse causing a flood in my other bathroom again.

Exceptional service responded within an hour to repair my outdoor pipe leak. Anthony had to dig several feet to discover the problem and performed the task effortlessly. The leak was repaired within hours. I would definitely use them again.

We have had Rory, Marquis, & Mark here for issues with the Reverse Osmosis System. Rory and Marquis assessed our concerns and gave us several options of what was available. There was no pressure sales talk and they explained everything to us so we could make an educated decision. Today Mark Peji came to install a charcoal/carbon system and he was so professional and explained everything to us. We are new to Mesquite but I can unequivocally say that on a scale of 1 to 5 they are a 10. We will never consider any other company. They are the BEST!!!

Charged $130 (only given a $15 discount, total was originally $145) for literally 10 mins they were here to unclog my toilet with a snake. That is an insane amount of $$$ for this! ILL NEVER use this company again!

This co. Is a scam artist. The man came with a 25ft snake to clear the stoppage. Most houses are 100ft.long. He didn't even bother to run the snake, he automatically said it needed to be jetted out at 400 dollars. I called another company which came out thesame day and cleared the pipe in half an hour for$100.

I thought would be a big ordeal they made it quick and easy even got an explanation on what the problem was and step by step how it was fixed

I appreciate the quick service and plumber was nice. Although the charges were extremely high for what was done. I'd suggest to shop around to other contractors to find a more reasonable price, especially if the job isn't complicated.

We were getting error code on our heater and we called 5 to 6 different companies who couldn’t figure out the problem. Mark was patient, knew what he was doing and called the water heater company to make sure what has to be done to resolve the issue, worked on it and it did work! Thank you so much Mark and plumbing Innovation!

I would give this company zeros stars. I been dealing with them since Oct 2018. One of the of the employees came to fix my tub they took out one cartridge and replaced it then sent another worker which was not the same guy as the first time. The second employee that came out broke the other cartridge then they sent another employee to fix the problem but then took out one of the metal siding from the porch roof to see if they could fix the problem through the out side and till this day the metal siding hasn't been replaced the maneger had to come out to fix all the mess but not my metal siding from the porch roof and still they replaced my cartridge and once it was fix. It turn out that was not the problem it was the whole tub faucet that needed to be replaced at that point I lost faith in them and just had to hire another license to contractor.

I had no water pressure in my kitchen sink, Garrett stopped by, took a look, and knew exactly what was wrong. He was kind, courteous, and very knowledgeable. My faucet had to be replaced, and was done in a timely manner. There was no mess, everything was cleaned up nice, and I have water pressure again in the kitchen. You don't realize how you need water pressure to wash dishes, until you don't have it..lol.

JJ solved a long standing problem with a few minor corrections to our hot water line. Was quick, professional and knowledgeable. Will utilize them again if anything else’s comes up.
