Called and got same day service. Casey did an excellent job and went out of way to assure all my problems were addressed. I will continue to use Larkin for all of my plumbing needs.

This was not a good experience. Service fee of 161.50 plus 6.95 for trip fee. Never disclosed when settings an Appointment. They technician of 22 years could not fix problem. Took out a perfectly good valve which he told me didn't work, thos valve is not even a year old..I just listened to him...Beware of this company. I would avoid all together....

Had a water heater go out, water all over! I Called Larkin and they sent Matt over to look at our problem. Complete professional! When something like this happens, few people are prepared financially and it can be VERY stressful! Matt not only understood how to fix our water heater, but was also very kind and explained everything so we understood and resolved some stress. Thank you Larkin Plumbing and Matt! We will most certainly be using you again with any plumbing needs.

I called Larkin Plumbing about a clogged sewer at my neighbor's house. They came out, gave him a free camera inspection, showed him where the problem was, then had their backhoe out that afternoon working. After it was over, my neighbor called around to get estimates just to see if he had gotten a good deal or not. Larkin had charged him 2200.00. After 5 estimates, the next cheapest bid was 2900.00. Again, Great job, Great Price

Called for an estimate on snaking out a shower drain and a toilet, as one effects the other in my house. After 5 minutes of tap dancing was told snaking starts at $149.00 for the first drain and something a little less for the second. Plumbers in this city are professional con-artists that should be regulated and monitored. No two companies charge the same price, and each has a different story about the problem and fix for the problem. If you are handy, go to home depot and buy an auger, and a toilet auger as well. $65.00 and some time is easier to swallow than close to $300.00 and a mess to clean after. And the folks at Home Depot will give tips, info and advice for free and are truly concerned. Far more helpful, at least the two gentleman in the plumbing department.

I called and Bill answered. I need someone to give me quote to run new lines to my house before for the insurance adjuster but I have to pay $250.00 just to give me a quote. What a joke. I called another reputable plumber in town and was able to get the help I need.

Three and a half years ago, Tony & I [Sandy] had an emergency plumbing issue and contacted your company for help. We welcomed Blake later in the evening after hours and were amazed at his professional and considerate manner with which he resolved our problem. We have an older home, built in the 50's and Blake needed to find our main line so returned promptly the next morning to finish the needed repair. We were so impressed by his personal attention to our situation along with his knowledge in plumbing. He explained each step clearly and helped us with plumbing suggestions to help us in the future. Tony and I kept our receipt with his name on it over the years in case we needed your company and to specifically request his personal assistance with any future plumbing issues! WELL, on June 3, 2019 we once again needed assistance with our plumbing, found our 3 1/2 year old receipt, called and was delighted to hear Blake was still working for you and we immediately expressed that we wanted to request him to personally return to our home if possible to help us again! We waited throughout the day as he was busy with other calls but it was worth waiting for him. He came to help us after hours and once again we had the awesome experience of being in good hands with our plumbing issue. He is truly an outstanding asset in representing your company here in the Las Vegas, Nevada area! His integrity, courtesy and professional knowledge of his craft is exceptional! I called about replacing a tank with a tankless and was very well educated about the difference in systems. Unfortunately I live in Boulder City where Larkin is not licensed to work, otherwise I would have had them do the work.

I dont know about your work but your worker driving truck m72 needs to go to anger management or something not only did he almost hit me 3 times and ride the butt of other cars he proceeded to flip me off not once but twice. Not appreciate at all.

I will never use them again after hearing about how they truly treat their employees. The only one they treat with respect and give special benefit and treatment to is the owner's son Carl who does not work the weekends or required to pull late night calls like all the others at his level. Wouldn't be surprised if he also never got penalties for what they call recall service either as i was told thats what happens if a plumber has to go back out for the same task again. Shame on you for taking a man's wages to pay another. They will break and discard the employees without hesitation or care. Do not use as I never will again. And to any that may think about employment here be wary and cautious.

This company was great and quick to my needs. I had a main line blockage on a Saturday morning that i noticed. Within 2 hours they had someone come out and clear the blockage. The tech that came out was named Blake. He was very nice and gave me some helpful hints on maintaining and preventing it from happening again. I believe he is a great asset to your company. I have called numerous times and Have had a professional, timely and friendly service. Tev has helped me in the middle of the night with a flooded garage from a leaking water heater. Larkin is the only plumbing service that has kept their word and backed their service. Ask for Tev!

DO NOT USE THEM. I called and asked them if they can come and take a look at my shower handlers problems. They said yes and sent someone over. Ted, the plumber showed up. He came to my bathroom and took a look at it. Then he went ahead and fixed it WITHOUT discuss the charge with me. When he completed the task, he charged me $156.45 just to tighten the packing nut on the shower handlers. I got angry and called the manager. I spoke with the manager, Wayne about the situation. He said, You're not stupid, You're smart, You should know better when you call us and ask for the cost. I said don't insult me. If I knew the charge I would have say no. He said, we assume you knew it would cost when we sent someone over to your house. I asked for a discount. He refused and said, you should know better. I said I m gonna contact BBB and file a complaint. I did. I m going to call my credit card and block the charge. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE EVER AGAIN. They took advantage of me because I am deaf. I feel that they ripped me off. I do not appreciate it at all.

We had a plumbing emergency and they were here within the hour. Very friendly and professional. The price was exactly what was quoted. I would use Larkin again.

GREAT service! I'm a Realtor in Las Vegas, and there were some plumbing repairs done by a handyman that were not done correctly. Were supposed to close in a day and I needed to get these items fixed for my sellers ASAP so we could close. I called Larkin Plumbing and talked to Bill. I explained what happened, and the situation. Within a few hours, a received a call from Tedd, and I met him at the home. WOW, he was so courteous and took care of everything. Water heater busted after 12 years of service. Called Larkin who installed this water heater in 2005 and they were quick to respond and got me a new one installed the same day. Tev did a great job, called to let me know he was on his way and got the job completed quickly. Thanks Larkin!

After a 3 day long disgusting no bathroom use..clogged bathtub full of feces and toilet paper...gas smelling apartment.. Blake from Larkin plumbing came in and got it cleared... What 2 other incompetent plumbers could not or would not do... And all after 5pm.. Imagine that... Highly reccomend this company.. Far exceeded my expectations... Thank you so much!!!!

I called Larkin and scheduled a visit of a plumber to come and fix my shower valve. They came after couple of hours wanted me to sign an invoice without any figures in it. I asked to get an estimate prior to work beginning as i had another prior estimate and wanted to make sure the price is fair. The plumber could not provide with with a quote unless i sign...I then called their office and talked to their manager. He was going round and round without being able to provide me with answer. I knew that once i sign that, I would be toast...I found another plumber.

I have worked with Larkin for years - great Company and people! My experience today was no different than all the excellent experiences I have had in the past. Same day service when I request it. Kurt was not only prompt, quick and both efficient and effective, but very pleasant to talk with and really made me feel comfortable with the work done. All was taken care of at a very reasonable cost. I cannot recommend them more highly.

I called on a Saturday and the guy answering the phone said he wasn't sure if someone could come out, BUT Steve arrived at my door in less than and hour. He fixed the leaking pipe and checked other things I had a problem with. He was great!!! I had to have someone out for a clog in the toilet going to my septic and called on a Sunday and they sent someone out right away, NO upcharge for Sunday. This is a dependable company!!!

My swimming pool has had an ongoing problem for sometime and my pool man did not know the solution. After dealing with the pool store and possibly a new pump which I am not happy about I asked a neighbor about it he suggested Larkin Plumbing for the repair. I was unaware that Larkin Plumbing did pool repair but nevertheless I gave them a call. The man on the phone took my information and told me that they have an expert there and that he would call me back. Later that day a man named Keith called from Larkin Plumbing and I explained my problem to him. With his terminology I felt he knew exactly what I was talking about. I scheduled him out for the next morning and he showed up on time. He checked the pump and took it apart. I was able to repair it with, I feel a reasonable expense. I discovered through his through him that he has over 35 years experience in the plumbing and pool trade. I will definately call Larkin Plumbing for both plumbing and pool repairs!

I have delt with Larkin many times before at my home and I am always happy to know that whatever I requested was fixed properly. I go to Larkin because I want an honest opinion as how to solve my plumbing or pool problems, yes I said pool. The servicemen give me options, if a repair or replacement is necessary. In particular, the pool heater is about 23 years old and I am in the process of selling my home. The pool heater would not work and I was afraid that this could be expensive. I called Larkin and they sent out the same man that has taken care of my problems and he checked it out. He advised me that the pool heater needed some kind of a switch and he said that the heater should last many years. He was unsure if he had the switch with him but just minutes later he returned to my backyard and installed the new switch. He called and got the price, which in my opinion was not bad at all, and then finished the job. Sure I could have called a pool company and waited a week or two for this but I have had very good experiences with this serviceman and the company. As far as the plumbing goes, I have not had any doubts as to their experience or integrity, all I can say is great company and great service. Larkin has been taking care of my plumbing needs for 20+ years and as long as they are around, I will continue to use their services.

CAUTION I own several properties. I was charged twice for one job. I trusted Larkin with my credit card due to being out of state and they charged card twice. I asked for my money back and they did not return. Very dishonest tech. USE PURE PLUMBING. they are reputable and fair. Also, great fast work.

Needed a leak in the meter box repaired.
We were assured yesterday that they could do this repair.
They have now been here for 5 + hours, and still don't seem to be anywhere near finishing. And they want to charge by the hour??? Absutley I called for if they actually knew the proper way to fix.

We needed a plumber . My landlord called Larkin. Great call landlord. A plumber named Bob contacted me and said he would be there the next day. He showed up on time. That's big points with me. He said he would be back the next day to start the job. Next day Bob and his assistant Chris came, again, on time. They were kind, courteous and very sympathetic to the fact that we only have one bathroom and that we were going to have to find another place to take a shower while we waited for the Insurance adjusters to come. They were extremely quick about coming back the next day after the adjuster was here to complete their work. They showed up on time every time. For what he had to do the price was extremely fair. This is a very old house and it was a challenge for sure. Well done Bob, well done. I'm extremely satisfied. 😊 Thank you Bob and Chris. Happy customer here.

Larkin always gives us immediate, professional and courteous service, and they back any work they do. One or twice over the years, we tried someone else, but after problem after problem with other companies, we went back to Larkin. Now we don't even think about calling anyone else. Carl knew is job, and he listened to us when we described our needs.

We had Blake come out to fix something and were very impressed. They were able to send someone out about two hours after we called them, which was awesome because it was kind of an emergency. We got an excellent video that was very helpful for reviewing. We happened to be pretty busy at the time, and I called him back a couple months later and he remember the home and went through everything just like the same day he came out. I originally went with another plumber that quoted me for a job that was completely unnecessary. I only needed a video scope of the main line to the house I was purchasing. Luckily, I had the pleasure of having Rick look at all the pluming lines and water line. He was professional, courteous, knowledgable, and patient while explaining all possible expense and procedures for repairs. He gave his honest opinion and unlike the other plumber, he didn't try to up sell his work. Thanks Rick.

Not professsional at all. I called for a quote, spoke to a man named Bill that wasn't at all professional or helpful. He responded to me needing a quote as to whats your credit card info, without seeing or giving me a diagnostics as to what the problem is and despite the fact that quotes are free. I asked him why he needed the card info already without seeing what actually had to be fixed and his response was that if I decided not to pay he needs to make sure he still does...WAIT! Why assume that Im not going to pay for services that I need done for my families business? And how did you determine that I wasn't going to pay?

Never used them for plumbing service but was driving through Vegas today and one of their trucks was tailgating everyone and zooming in and out of lanes around people. Driving with no patience what's so ever. I'm a big believer in if you put your company on a vehicle you better drive with keeping your company image in mind.

After I got word that the bottom seams of our water heater in our rental property started to leak, I called Larkin for an emergency fix. Less than an hour later, Keith, the service technician, came and replaced it. He was very knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. As comparing prices, they were average to below average. I would not hesitate to use Larkin Plumbing in the future.

I have used Larkin Plumbing many times over the years and have spent thousands of $$. I was always satisfied with their service even though their hourly rate was pretty high. Today I called them to repair a leaking kitchen faucet. The young man that looked at the faucet said that it could not be repaired and would need to be replaced. It is a Kohler faucet with a lifetime warranty, so I told him I would call Kohler and have them ship a new one and when it arrived, I would call Larkin to replace it. Rick was a very polite young man and agreed that since it was Kohler, that is the way I should go rather than spending 100's of dollars for a new one. He said to just give them a call when the replacement arrived and they would install and then he left. A few minutes later, my doorbell rang and Rick was very apologetic, but said his office told him that he needed to collect $184.50 from me even though he was only here for 12 minutes. If that is the way they treat a pretty loyal customer, I will never use them again.

We have been very pleased with Larkin's work, and how fast it is completed. We have used them for over 30 years at three different houses and have recommended them to my friends. Their workmen are polite, clean and proffesional.

I do maintenance and engineering and let me tell you they have always help with any of my plumbing needs.

Rick, the service man that worked with my roommate and I, was a very professional and smart individual, with a above and beyond work integrity. In all my years I spent with Lowe's in delivery, he is the most respectful plumber I have ever met. If i could give 10 stars I would, I HIGHLY RECCOMEND Rick and Larkin!

USE ANYONE BUT THEM !! I call 24hrs in advance for some work to be done on my Mothers house , She is 70 . Made an apointment for 4 pm the next day , asked if the would call 1/2 hr befor getting there so I would have time to get over to Moms house . All good right ! Got to Moms about 3:45 so I called to let them know I was there and to come on over , On the phone the guy tells me my apointment was at 6pm not 4 as I asked , Ok so what , hang with mom for a few hours , cool , 6 pm comes and goes so I call back at about 6:30 . Dispatch tell me they are behind on time and it will be longer , I ask for an ETA and he can't TELL ME . Another hour goes by and I call back , NOW he tells me they can't make it at all and it will be the next day . I sak for his boss and just get the run around from him . I ask him since I called 24 hours ago whay are they taking new call before mine , he says policy . NEVER GONNA CALL THEM AGAIN , SUGGEST YOU DONT AS WELL . Called Darden Plumbing , got some one right away , very frendly lady on the phone that was helpful and respectful . Thats all I got to say about that !!!

I have used Larkin Plumbing for many years and they have always done a great job for me. The plumber who came to fix 3 small jobs recently (toilet and two issues with faucets for my sinks) fixed them all and explained everything to me. He also took the time to look at what was wrong with my Whirlpool jet tub. It will be an easy and relatively inexpensive fix at the pump when the broken piece is purchased. He was honest, helpful, patient and offered the most economical solution to fixing the problems. Thank you to Larkin for your outstanding service for me for many years.

Extremely professional company, they made a bad day bearable! Had an issue this morning, Anthony came out this afternoon and fixed it in less than half an hour!!

We had a problem with strong sewer smell. Mike from Larkin came out on an emergency on a MONDAY. He was very patient and knowledgeable. He figured out the source of our problem and fixed it. I would definitely use Mike from Larkin again. Very happy with their service.

Tev installed a water softener for me, couldn't be happier. He even cleaned up afterhimself before leaving.

They came out quickly when my water heater went out. Not only did he fix it he explained the benefits of getting a water softener. Tev installed both the same day so I didn't have to take time off work. Friendly and knowledgeable hat's off Larkin Plumbing.

Called this 24 hour plumbing company on day one. Told no one available until day two. At 5:30 p.m. of day two, called and was told no one available until day three. Called another company who came out and fixed the problem that evening.
Larkin lies. It does not have 24 hour service. AVOID Larkin plumbing!

The customer service representative was very polite and knowledgeable, she helped set me up with an appointment this same day. My issue was resolved and I am very satisfied with the service. Will definitely call them again, should I have another issue.

Carl handled our service from start to finish. He was very kind, personable and professional on the phone. When he came out to do the work we were given up front pricing, and given detailed info on the procedure. Carl started work early the next day and eventually Nick Smith joined to help speed up the process. We were so grateful to both Nick and Carl for being fun and efficient the whole time. Don't be fooled or taken in by how long they claim to have been in business servicing Las Vegas, they have been scamming and over charging business's and home owners' for decades. First of all they sent a plumber over to our house who was not an employee of the company. He had very little experience working for the company. He did a terrible job. All of their employees are independent contractors. They are NOT insured or registered, Most do not have certification to be plumbers either. All of their plumbers are non-union, but they claim to have to charge union fees. I do not will not call this misfit company again.

I called around Vegas for a plumber and these guys were the best of the choices. I needed some work done fast and efficient, when Tev showed up he was polite and very professional. I was very happy with the service offered and the time they got it done in.

Three hours late for repair appointment equals inconvenience and tension. Seven minutes sitting in truck before knocking on door and thirteen minutes in truck to fill out work order/bill equals one third hour equals fifty dollars out of pocket. Eight trips to truck to get parts instead of knowledgeable repairman’s one or two plus checking Bronco/Colt score on cell phone equals one third hour equals fifty dollars out of pocket. Incompetent reassemble new stem cartridge and seat in new shower valve equals leak equals fifty dollars out of pocket. Talking to manager to discuss aforementioned issues equals rude, non-apologetic that is how we do business equals more stress. Save your sanity and hard earned money and avoid Larkin Plumbing at all costs. Milking one hour job into two hours for Larkin equals profitable. Writing this review to help others – Priceless.

Larkin Plumbing is the best!!! We moved to Vegas about 4 years ago. We bought our first house and quickly realized we had some plumbing issues that needed attention. After using a few other plumbing companies (who repeatedly failed at fixing our plumbing problems) I finally stumbled upon Larkin Plumbing!!!! I will never use a different plumbing company again. Yes, Larkin Plumbing tends to be a little pricier than other companies in the valley, HOWEVER, I have learned the hard way--I'd much rather pay a little more up front and get better service, better qualified plumbers, and most importantly--I'd rather have the job fixed right the first time!!! Since discovering Larkin Plumbing, we have had a few plumbing issues that have needed immediate attention, and they have always been able to come out promptly. I highly recommend using Larkin for your plumbing needs. On a side note--shout out to Tev for helping us out the last few times we have needed to call Larkin. I noticed we had a leaky pipe in the guest bathroom and it was only getting worse when we used the shower, causing wet spots on the drywall.

A friend of mine referred Larkin plumbing, so I called them right away, they were so friendly, knowledgeable and came out to the house in no time!
Tev Explained the entire job to me, and fixed the issue.

We had a water pipe outside replaced and they did a great job! Carl and his assistant left our yard looking like nothing ever happened. Plus they were done way sooner than thought. Very professional.

This review is for Blake, who did our plumbing repair through Larkin. For some reason our plumbing issues always seem to happen on a weekend or a holiday. When the pipe to our hot water heater sprung a leak on a Sunday afternoon, we needed to find a plumbing service fast that could send someone out. After initially getting some terrible service from Larkin's weekend on-call service, Blake arrived and was able to turn the situation around. He got our water shut off so that the leak stopped, but we were still able to use our hot water until the following day. On Monday, he returned on time as promised and fixed the issue without charging us extra for his visit the previous day to diagnose our problem. He is a personable and honest guy, who you could tell took pride in his work and did a great job cleaning up after his repair. We wouldn't hesitate to use him again the next time we need a plumber.

Just ask to talk to the owner. He is honest and will take care of your needs. Will not be cheap but they will get the job done. If not Mark just makes it right. Glad we still have trustworthy people owning business. I would recommend if you can't do it yourself to give them a shot.

My water heater was leaking everywhere, I called Larkin Plumbing and received a call back within minutes. Tevye was at my home within a half hour. He repaired the leaking fitting. I am a single person and he could have easily pulled the wool over my eyes, but he was honest, reassuring and professional. My repair was very reasonable and my problem fixed. I definetly recommend Larkin Plumbing and will call them again if I need plumbing repairs again.

We got a letter from the water district saying we had a constant running water (probably a leak), we called Larkin because a person who did work for us recommended them.
When I described our problem on the phone (no visible leaking anywhere) he basically knew we had a leak in pipes under our concrete flooring. He sent us one of their experts - CARL. He showed up on-time and within a few hours had diagnosed where our problem was and was able to stop the leak with only two cuts of our under-sink drywall. When he came back the next day, he was able to run new piping and we were as good as new with only one more drywall hole under another sink!. He kept us informed of what he was doing at all times and was extremely personable. GREAT JOB Carl & Larkin!!!

We had to call out a plumber for a clogged toilet at our business. We were lucky enough to have Blake show up to help us out. He was extremely knowledgeable about, not only this issue, but a couple of others that came up in conversation. He not only did things in an efficient and expedient manner, he came and got me to check on his work and discuss the next step with me. I liked being included in the process. Very professional all around, quick to respond, at my house within 1 hour. Chris figured out very quickly what was wrong and cleaned all our pipes till there was absolutely no clogs anymore. $164.00 for 1hr labor was reasonable to me. Would definitely recommend.

Very disappointed. Yesterday at 8:50am they scheduled my appointment and said they would call 15 minutes before. Didn't happen. I called two times throughout the day, they said I was still on the schedule. I finally called at 5:45, and told they wouldn't make it, but will tomorrow. I said I needed a morning appointment as I already wasted an entire day. So, they did as newly promised, called and came out before 9am.They quoted $139.95 per hour for a service call, in truth there is a service fee that brings it to $146.45. The plumber was an nice guy, but Larkins policy and the equipment they carry is ridiculous! So when I called and said I had an outdoor gas leak near my pool/bbq equipment, why would your plumber in the big yellow plumbing truck not have PIPE or A THREADER on their truck? Oh, because they will charge you $139.95 per hour to get in the truck, drive to the office, cut a pipe, thread the pipe, drive back to your home and install the pipe... REALLY?? Who does that? So a 12 in 1/2 inch pipe repair, depending on traffic both ways, which is 17 miles each way, could cost, what, upwards of $500? Use them if you think any of that makes sense! I certainly won't!

BE AWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!!!! They are a bunch of lying people who threatens customers with false information. You ask how they threaten? They said that Clark County will fine me thousands of dollars for something that is not compliant unless we hire Larkin to do a job. They ask for a payment twice of other companies and unless we hire them, they will report it to the county. We decided to get a second opinion and things were fixed at half the cost. What do you know...clark county came out the next day only to be sent back home. They said they received a complaint. Only the plumbing company we hired and Larkin knew of the situation. If this company does this to customers, can you imagine what other shady things they will do to other people??

This is the second time I've used Larkin over the last decade and they're always great people, super professional, give me what I need to know and then install cleanly and to perfection. Really nice to have a quality experience. Can't recommend them highly enough.
