Great customer service!

We had a small main water line leak that wasn't obvious (not much water lost each month). We called two companies to get estimates (we already decided to replace the whole line just in case). Miguel Pleitez came out for Hydro Plumbing and seemed to know what he was talking about. He identified where the water line should be running and where the location of the leak most likely was. The second company we called out didn't seem as knowledgeable and they told use we would have to tear up our driveway to replace the line. Luckily, we went with Hydro Plumbing. The water line did not go under the drive way and we saved ourselves extra repair costs that were not needed. Miguel and crew were courteous and did their best to answer any questions I had. Everything he described at the start of the job turned out to be accurate. It was a good experience.

Plumber Rafi has a strong work ethics from start to finish. I would highly recommend him to all my friends and relatives in all their plumbing needs.

I had a leak in my bathtub and they removed the drain pipe. And if I need anymore service I will make sure to ask for Miguel and David, they are a good team that work well together. Thanks Guys.

Miguel was professional, kind, and worked quickly to bring our washing machine hookup up to code. We had some tricky maneuvering of copper water pipes and drain lines. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and hand thorough knowledge.

Service technician Rafi was excellent to work with. He responded quickly when my water tank burst late in the evening and was promptly back initiating the installation of a new unit the next day.

The one good thing I can say is they were available for same day service and showed up early. They charge $79 to come to your house and then quote the jobs. I felt like the plumber was all about money. He spent more time on his tablet talking about how much his charges were than actually doing the work. I was charged $490 to install a faucet that I provided and replace the angle stops. He also installed a shower faucet that I provided and he said the screws were too short and told me I needed to removed the tile or cut behind it to fix the problem and put the handle and valve back in the box. Today a friend of mine was able to install the handle just fine with the same screws that were supposedly too short and it works. The job I really needed him to do was to install new valves in a shower wall that I had already purchased. He wanted $999 to do that and didn't have the supplies on his truck and wanted to come back the next day. I chose to cut my loses with the $490 and find a cheaper alternative. They won't tell you the hourly rate, but it appears close to $500 per hour. If you want to pay top dollar for your plumbing needs this is the place to call. I can't afford to use them again.

Miguel was professional, on time, and moved the gas line with the least amount of breakage to the stucco pillar. He was thoughtful and took the time to test out the gas line before he left.

Richard was right on time I had a very complicated plumbing problem he diagnosed correctly after 3 previous guys completely misdiagnosed charged as much as Richard but he is first one to fix correctly there's a difference between calling yourself a plumber and actually being a Good PLUMBER !!!

Very happy with the service, communication, and genuine personality like they really cared. Richard was the plumber that came to fix our toilet and shower. Veronica is very nice and friendly. They communicate well by phone and text. I got messages when they were on their way and showed up on time. Richard took pictures, showed me what was wrong, explained the situation, and it looked pretty terrible. Once he was done everything looks and works great! Veronica called to check in after the job to make sure everything was good.

Hydro Plumbing has been great to work with! We are a property management company that manages several properties. We had an issue with a gas line leaking. Saul was very informative and knowledgeable when we had to find where there was a gas leak. Saul even called the homeowner to answer all questions and concerns the owner had for the repair since it wasn't a cheap repair. Hydro Plumbing price was very competitive, something we found out when calling other plumbing companies to do the same scope of work. Hydro Plumbing went out right away to find the leak and repair it. They're amazing! They also went out to a property that had sewage backing up into the shower. Right away, they gave us a solution and told us exactly what the problem is. They're a very honest company, which is hard to find in this industry. We will continue using their services for our plumbing needs.

I posted a review one year ago and this company is just now responding and also managed to justify themselves by blaming the home warranty company. Yes home warranty companies are not easy to work with in terms of customer service and the vendors they assign, but this had nothing to do with the home warranty company. Hydro Plumbing did not do their job adequately and instead tried to charge me out of pocket money to perform the job to actually fix the real problem as apposed to going through the right channels to service my H2O problems.

Once again Hydro Plumbing has come to my rescue!!!!!! My main line was backing up had some rocks making a blockage they came ran a camera confirmed the problem and brought a Hydro Jetter. This machine is a high water pressure hose that can push anything through any line it’s great and cleans the inside wall of your pipe as well. Makay was great allowed me to see the camera footage and walked me through the whole process. I went on there website took a snap shot of a coupon for a free camera inspection amazing !!!!! I love this company Hydro Plumbing “they do plumbing Right” love there slogan!!!!

Aric from Hydro Plumbing was great! He gave me a call let me know he was on his way and showed up on time. I had him help replace a shower cartridge for leaky shower. He was professional cleaned up after him self and the price was reasonable. First of all Fernando came EARLY to my home (when does that ever happen, like never). After assessing the job he then completed it in less than an hour. Job was completed but I feel I was overcharged as my quote was between $135-225. And was charged $350 for them to snake my drain, I checked and other companies in the area charge up to $225 for this service. Also they were over an hour late after I was told they were on their way

I got a quote within 15 minutes of placing my estimate. I got same-day service. Aaron called and asked if he could arrive slightly sooner. He was professional, thorough, and diagnosed my problem and corrected within a few minutes (I had spent hours trying to solve; a new bidet from Japan that had an ill fitting gasket and wouldn’t allow proper threading of the flex hose to the T-valve).

In summary, my only regret is I did not call them sooner. Highly recommend.

Saul and Fernando are great. Put the job out to bid on yelp and Saul responded quickly with a reasonable quote. Fernando came out on time and really listened to what I told him regarding the steps I took prior to the call. This saved a lot of time and he was able to get the job done fast. These two guys have a lot of experience working on big projects and have decided on taking a jump to their own business. If you are looking for someone to communicate effectively, be on time, friendly, and get the job done then I would recommend this company.

I had a clogged toilet, so I called them on Thursday afternoon, and was called back promptly. Scheduled an appointment for Friday between 9-11 am, at which time I requested they call me before they get there, as I work nights. I asked what the basic charge for unclogging a toilet was, and was told $139, which seemed a bit high, but I just wanted it handled. At 9:39 am I get a call saying they are at the door but no-one is answering. I go downstairs, the 2 plumbers came upstairs, I showed them the issue, and they said it will be $189. I said I was quoted $139 base and they asked who told me that, but I didn't get the guy's name, so they then said they might have to take the toilet off the floor. I asked what if you don't, and they said well then, we can knock $20 off for me. I asked about the $139 base price again and they said they don't know who told me that, and I said Is that not your standard price? and they said it depends on the job (...) . I told them to go ahead and get started. They went back down to their truck, got some tools, and 4 minutes later the toilet was clear. They came downstairs, wrote up a bill for $169, I paid it, and by 9:56 they were already out the door. I immediately called the office and expressed my displeasure with the bait-and-switch on the pricing, and of course, the first thing I am asked is who quoted me that. I ask them if they have standard starting pricing, and if $139 is their normal for a clogged toilet and they didn't answer, but said they would talk to the owner or manager and get back to me. 3 days later, no response whatsoever. Very unprofessional bait-and-switch tactics on pricing that is expensive in the first place at $139.

Addendum: A few days after I posted this review, an owner or manager called me, but I told him I was busy at the time, and that he could try me the next day. He never called back. Par for the course with this company, it seems.

SECOND SERVICE - We had these guys come to fix a number of things. They sent Arek this time. These guys clearly have a team of rockstars, not just one. As usual, on-time, wore booties to avoid messing up our floors, installed a new toilet and fixed various plumbing issues. On this visit, we had issues with the new toilet itself (that were clearly the toilet's design, not Hydro's fault). We were worried this would create a huge pain and they'd refuse to help us since it was already installed (who returns a toilet?!). Nope, these guys were rockstars - we called them and they handled it all and put in a better model too. Game on. These guys really are fantastic and have probably earned our business forever now.

FIRST SERVICE - These guys were beyond amazing. They were prompt, super thorough, explained everything, great communicators, arrived on time, allowed us to buy our own materials (instead of marking everything up), worked super fast, and even fixed a couple things that weren't in the original job quote. Highly recommend.

Great experience with this company! We’ve had an ongoing drainage issue for five years, which was never completely resolved. Miguel came to do an inspection, and he was prompt and knowledgeable. Once he discovered the problem, he gave us an estimate and offered a competitive price. He and his assistant Bernardo were able to complete the job on the following business day. Both were very friendly and professional. We would definitely recommend this company and use for any future plumbing needs.

Miguel was on time and was very professional. He told me about the life time warranty on the previous faucet & about the low hot water pressure. I own a house in Henderson that my son lives in. I live in a different state. My son noticed another bubbling leak in a different area of the yard coming from the main water line that connects from the meter to the house. We had this line repaired last year hoping it would fix the problem. It didn't. So! My son went on a search for a plumber-contacted Hydro Plumbing and other companies for a bid to replace the main line. OUCH! Some of the bids were just outrageous! Not only was Hydro Plumbing the most reasonable bid - they started the job right away-stayed on top of it until it was finished-the owner accommodated us with his time on the phone to answer all of our questions-described the materials the crew would be using and how they would perform the task. This company is very pleasant to work with. Even though this plumbing issue was still a big financial OUCH! for us - I really appreciate Hydro Plumbing not gouging us like some of the other companies tried to do. To top it off-they offer a 1 year warranty on all labor and materials. Thank You Hydro Plumbing! I certainly hope we do not have any other plumbing issues arise but if they do? We will be contacting only you!

Fernando diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed it quickly. I had a faucet that was dripping and he was able to fix it so that I wouldn't have to replace it. Bath tub was not draining, he replaced the plug and seal around the drain, which was corroded. Now it is draining well and looks a whole lot prettier too. Highly recommended!

Makay did an excellent job. He was friendly and professional.

Sewer stoppage. Was able to clear and advised of the repair needed thoroughly to not have a bigger problem in the future.

These guys were amazing!! I had an emergency and was afraid no one would be able to come out and fix it due to Covid-19. However, they answered my call and came out right away, once the worker saw the problem he told me how he would fix it, and the cost. He didn’t try to convince me to get any work done that wasn’t necessary He actually told me that he could have done several things that would have cost tons more but the fix he did would be more than enough. Friendly service and very respectful of the new social distancing rules when In the house. I hope I won’t need a plumber anytime soon, but at least now I know I have - company I can count on!!

The service was very timely. The house I rented was blocked by a drainage pipe. The price quoted by the home warranty was $ 375. It was just a replacement for a P-trap. I then contacted Hydro Plumbing Inc. Their quotation is reasonable and the service is very timely. I am very satisfied. If I or my friend encounter similar problems again, I will contact Hydro Plumbing Inc again.

Services Requested;
I had Aric from Hydro Plumbing install new gas pipe for pool boiler and hot water recirculating loop. Also while Aric made his initial project survey he also discovered a water line connection in the attic which had a slight leak.
I’m a retired commercial Mechanical Contractor and I have to say Aric and his apprentice delivered an impressive installation with attention to every detail including job site clean up.
Hydro Plumbing will handle any future services I require.

Best plumber company hands down

Called with an emergency on a Sunday late afternoon. From the time I called until the plumber was at my house was just about an hour. After hours fee was very reasonably priced. He was so through for a smaller job, friendly, took the time to answer all our questions, and had us taken care of so quickly! Already looking to have them complete additional work.... not on a Sunday.

I had to call another company to come fix my tankless water heater because they had failed to completely fix my WH. They wanted to come to do a full cleaning and charge me more for that service. I called another company and they did a full cleaning without questions asked or trying to upcharge me. Also it took them 3 - 4 times to come out and look at it to fix it. I paid them to have nothing fixed and also they were unprofessional with bringing their other team to either supervise or show the new kid how they do things. They were nosey inside my garage and talked about unrelated work stuff about pictures in my garage. I know this because I have a camera inside my garage. They approached the camera too and it clearly showed that they got caught for what they were saying.

I have to say if more stars could be given I would do so in a heart beat Makay was absolutely the best his kind and considerate attitude was very pleasurable as he went above and beyond to make my experience one of the best in customer I recommend this company hands down .

I had a super busy day today but their office made sure to contact me between all my work phone calls and appointments and scheduled someone to come by the same day. THE SAME DAY. I’ve been forced to have cold showers the past couple of days because my pilot light went out on my boiler and I was bracing myself for more cold showers over the weekend but Hydro Plumbing came through in a couple of hours and Dustin came to the rescue! Turns out the thing just needed to be reignited and he fixed it in literally 3 seconds flat. He taught me how to ignite it myself if it ever turned off again and he also adjusted my shower handle and tub faucet and refused to charge me anything because he said he didn’t really do much but he has no idea how grateful I am that I’m going to be able to shower in peace in scalding hot water tonight, just the way I like it. Obviously made sure our hero didn’t walk away empty handed because man, Hydro Plumbing and Dustin really saved the day. So grateful for their prompt, professional, fast, and friendly service. Also this place hires vets, yo! Will be moving somewhere farther away from their location but you can bet that the next time I need help with plumbing or my water heater, I’ll only be calling Hydro Plumbing. Where do I begin....Let me just say that although this was probably one of the most unpleasant areas of the home to have to do work on, Hydro Plumbing did an amazing job! I cannot stress enough how satisfied I am with the team and the work that was done. We knew we had issues in one of the main sewer lines in the front of the house (under driveway) due to roots breaking through the pipe as we have had to call a plumber on 3 or 4 different occasions since we purchased the home, but none have every mentioned another area under the house that had the same problem. Aric, from Hydro Plumbing, came out at like 3 or 4am on January 2nd and took care of this last backup for us and pointed out the issue under the house. Needless to say we hired Hydro Plumbing to come out and dig up these pipes and replace, repair and clean out the system and they were just a breath of fresh air even on a job like this. If I just speak on Aric, I must say I hope the company is paying him well because he is truly a gem. He is so personal, patient, and knowledgeable about the work. I can tell Customer Service is a priority to him. He made me and my family feel so comfortable with all the work that was going to be done. I must say that my family loved him as well. Aric and team kept everything clean and in order and worked like crazy in the worst weather to get the job finished in a timely manner. This company comes so highly recommended based on this project! Water softener connection, joints problems.
I was unable to establish a good connection between the main input cooper tubes and the valve bypass input-output.
The problem was that input-output bypass unit was not at the same height as the two cooper tubing. Thus exerting extreme pressure on the two joints when forced in. This, in turn, was guilty for my garage to be changed in a swimming pool three times. Miguel fixed the problem height and the fix seems working. Good job, so far.

Main shut-off valve in the garage. 1st of all, come to find out the valve itself cost $180.00. it took him 15 minutes to do the work. That translates to $150.00 an hour. Although he did a good job, I didn't appreciate the pressure applied for him to do the job immediately without some research. I've done this in the past, just can't anymore it due to age & arthritic pain. It's not difficult at all, just requires strength. Also, I couldn't get an appraisal on the phone & was told the plumber would appraise it when he arrived. Yes he came down $125.00 from $725.00 to $600.00, but my neighbor just got his done yesterday for less than $300.00 including the valve. After so many companies coming to my home for repairs A/C, plumbing, etc. & Making me feel like I was getting robbed over the years, I found Saul & his company Hydro plumbing originally refreshingly honest & fair. It seems now they've fallen into the same deception. Obviously Miguel, plumber who did the job, must be on commission like other companies.Not sure where I'll go from here. Really feel like I've been swindled.

I called the business at 11am and received a tech by 12pm. Incredibly quick, easy, and affordable. The tech (Richard), was nice and helped me out by pointing out the emergency stop valve in the garage and also took a peek at our water softener to make sure everything was good. Definitely would recommend and use their services again.

Our house, built in '92, shares a well with the four houses on our court. At 2a.m. Sunday morning the pipe from the well to our house broke, flooding the yard, the court and the cross street. The only way to stop the geyser was to turn off the well pump, shutting off water to all houses. Starting at 7a.m Sunday I began calling a list of The Best Plumbers Near Me. The first 4 could not come until Monday. Then, Jackpot! The Hydro receptionist was fantastic and so sympathetic too. Richard from Hydro was here by 9:30. He and a crew had to dig through huge tree roots with a pickaxe to locate the broken pipe. It was 107 degrees. We had Hydro completely re-plumb the pipes not just repair the break, adding a main shut off valve near the driveway, plus shut off valves for water to the house and to the yard so this will never happen again. They worked all day Sunday and the huge job was completed Monday afternoon. They figured out how to rig a work-around so our neighbors had running water from Sunday night on. Hydro is very professionally run. They sent detailed cost estimates by email and explained in detail what needed to be done. I was notified by the office when Richard was on his way and he also texted me directly. He was able to explain how the break occurred (PVC glue failed and tree roots pulled the pipe apart) and gave us options in understandable detail so we could make knowledgeable decisions. I was able to keep my neighbors advised as the repair progressed. I will recommend Hydro to all my friends (and to you). Everyone I spoke to spoke excellent English. This can be an issue as I am 77 and a bit deaf. We had a Five gold star experience!

The guys were very friendly and did good work. If I had one critique of their service, it would be the lack of timely communication. He called and said he would be here in 30 minutes. Then after we showed him what needed to be done, they said they needed to go get a part from home depot. 2.5 hours later, they called to say they were on the way to our house. When we asked them when they could do the work, they said they could do it now, but they need to go get a part.

We thought we had a sewer problem, and Miguel confirmed that situation after using a camera to scope out our sewer line. We approved the repair, and Miguel and his crew arrived right on time the next day. They worked so hard the entire day, digging a 10 foot trench almost 5 feet deep. That section of the sewer line was replaced, as well as a new trap installed, and the following day the crew returned to fill the hole, check the landscape irrigation to make sure it still worked, and redistributed the decorative rock. Throughout the entire process, Miguel kept us well informed of what would take place and how to check the trap in the future, and he and Bernardo were extremely professional and pleasant to work with. I will call Hydro Plumbing for any future needs, and I highly recommend the company.

I asked the person that called me to schedule the appointment to give me a guess as to the approximate cost to unclog a toilet. Upon arrival the plumber was already telling us that based upon the age of my home that both of my toilets needed replacing without even looking at anything. Hydro plumbing was FAST respond to my initial request and even fast to charge the up front fee that would be credited to any repair before the repairman came out. The repairman was a nightmare to deal with. Think of a swindling salesman...that's him. He quoted us about 5 different high prices promising a great discount on the back end. After signing to do the work he had more things that came up that he had to charge for ($109 for a gas line that wasn't long enough by a few inches). After squaring up and frankly feeling a big ripped off I looked at my bank statement to see that the $79 assessment charge that would be credited was still charged. When I called to have it reversed they said they gave a $175 to offset the assessment fee (an extra $100 when they only had to do 79). Sounds nice except they charged $2500 for the whole freaking water heater repair. Maybe I don't know the market but that seems high. So basically I pry paid $500 more to get an extra $100 off...lucky me.

I honestly wish I would have done more homework up front before hiring this company. But our water heater was out and I didn't really have the time to shop around. I was just hoping the company I contacted would be honest....hydro was not.

Customer service was good and the serviceman, polite and seemed professional. However, despite the promise of a free estimate, I was charghed $260 (reduced from $289) for a job that was required as part of the estimate. If the estimate if free, why would I neede to pay?

The problem was correctly diagnosed and mitigated. Miguel fully explained what is needed and he provided options

Richard came to replace my water heater and even took the time to double check if it was still covered under warranty (it was not, but the fact that this was checked is huge) he let me know exactly what needed to be done. He completed the replacement quickly and it was done the right way.

Great company and very fast response. They reached out to me immediately following my quote request. What I liked is that they sent a pro plumber (Dustin) to review the work on-site, at no cost, in order to ensure an accurate quote. They subsequently provided a quote by email with electronic approval, making it very simple and easy. The appointment was scheduled by me a week later, and Dustin arrived promptly and jumped right in, literally. I had already dug the hole and Dustin cut the old pipes and installed the extensions, 90’s and the 4 risers. Dustin should be commended for his efforts. I took it from there and assembled and installed everything else myself. Took a long time to complete as it was a complex project but without Dustin’s help I would not have been able to get this started. Overall great customer service, timely work and competitive pricing. I strongly recommend HPI, and while I hope I never need more PVC work, I would definitely hire Dustin and Hydro Plumbing again.

They came to access my tankless water heater system and let me know what was wrong and why we aren’t getting hot water. the guy was very polite. No issue with him. then I get the quote. They want $18,000 to install two new replacement units. Ok… surprised with that crazy price, I look the units I currently have installed up and Home Depot Carry’s them for $832.27 plus tax and installation. The guy was clear it could be done in one day no problem. So somehow, for one day of work… they wanna charge me roughly $16,000 for labor. Let’s say $15,000 cause maybe they somehow need $1000 in parts. Needless to say, that’s ridiculous. Oh, and charged $79 to come and give me a horrible estimate with some crazy made up figures.

Experienced a water leak within the wall between the main room and hallway bathroom. This place was recommended to us by Levi, and we went ahead and tried it out. Good thing, too! Veronica was very helpful, setting up my appointments for the technicians to come out, taking my payment, communicating by text to let me know who was arriving, and when they were on their way. She would make me smile when she would include my name along with her welcome greeting upon answering my calls. Miguel came out and inspected the pipes for leaks. He was transparent with the costs, letting me know about the basics and what to expect. He asked me to approve and sign off before beginning. He would try to offer some advice to save me money along the way. All done in a timely manner and professionally. After inspecting the water meter, it was discovered there was a water line leak in the front yard. This was expected since pvc (white) piping had been installed initially. We knew one day it would need to be completely replaced. We got a quote and went ahead with the installation. We were very pleased that the work was completed within 1 day. Water was turned off for a couple of hours. Miguel and Bernardo did a phenomenal job of not breaking the contrete but used a tool (horizontal earth boring auger) to gain access to the water line, trenching, laying insulation along with the new line, and installed some lines throughout. A day later, another small leak was located behind the shower wall, which Miguel took care of quickly and efficiently. The following Monday, after the city inspection was completed and passed, I was provided with the paperwork, and Miguel and Bernardo came back to fill the trench.

Both of my showers were not getting hot water. First plumbers I called said the water heater breaker needed to be reset. That didn't work. Second company came, checked stuff out and said that my 4500 watt heater was too low and that I needed to upgrade it to 5500. My sister recommended this Hydro. They came and checked stuff out, then turned up the heat on the water heater. Guess it was too low. Problem fixed.

I selected this plumbing company based on Yelp reviews. They are nearby. I didn't seek bids/estimates. I called because of a shower faucet leak. They charge $79 up front for a service call. Miguel P arrived timely the next day. Happily, he had just the Kohler cartridge needed for the repair in one visit. He was efficient, friendly, and made some additional checks of the plumbing. I asked him to make another appointment to flush the Rennai water heater. He returned the next day and did this job. The final charges for these two jobs seemed reasonable, but I would get several estimates before any big job. In summary, I would recommend Miguel at Hydro for any household plumbing job.

I have had no hot water since 6/21/2121, and called my Home Warranty Company and they sent out a company who did absolutely nothing. They just finished the inspection on a leak that I have in my front yard, they recommended we do a leak detection first, now we have located the leak, they gave me an honest and very fair pricing, actually way less than expected. I would say very affordable with 1 year warranty! Very professional guys showed up in uniform and work truck, they respect the privacy of the house and watched over my 3 dogs from escaping when they needed to access inside of the house. They take their time with inspection and they explain everything they do and give you options. Definitely recommend to my family and friends!

Makay serviced my home on April 17th, 2023. He did an absolute amazing job. The Friday before we'd had subcontractors from First American Home Warranty come out who claimed to not be able to locate the mainline septic system. They also came at the very last minute of their scheduled window, so they weren't able to do anything. The following Monday Makay came out at 11:59am, one minute earlier than scheduled. He was able to locate the source of the problem within minutes. He was polite, courteous, and worked diligently. All toilets and baths were finally operable again. I will definitely be going back to this company if we ever have another plumbing issue. You won't be disappointed with Hydro Plumbing. If you want to actually be able to use your toilet again without disgusting backflow, call them.

Miguel did a great job of explaining everything. He replaced a shutoff valve in my bathroom and replaced an anode rod for my water heater. Definitely recommend their company.

After receiving a letter from LVVWD to check everything only 2 days before we received >$300 bill, after referred by American Water Resource to Anytime Plumbing, & waiting over weekend until Monday, we had Hydro come out earlier, Makaya? was very professional & came twice that day to keep other clients taken care of & finished in the dark, replaced & cleaned everything, was very quiet & respectful. He deserves a raise & recognition & would be an excellent preceptor & role model for new employees representing their company.

Sewage drain back up. Called Hydro Plumbing and within 40 minutes Aaron Wagstaff was knocking on my door. Aaron was very polite, friendly, professional and dressed like a professional. I had zero issues letting Aaron into my home. The job was finished within minutes I paid and he left. I will definitely be using this company again for any plumbing issues.
