I am so glad I found this company. I went through countless weeks of dealing with air conditioning companies sent by my home warranty company who only came to my house to make a small problem worse. At the end of the ordeal with all these other hacks who came over and ended up damaging my unit, they wanted to charge me a ridiculous amount of money for a problem they caused and said they were not responsible because I couldn't prove they did it. I spoke with Hector from Tech cool air conditioning on a Tuesday night, and I had him scheduled for Wednesday morning. That's simple. They came over, found the problem and gave me detailed explanation on what was going on. These guys made me feel like I could trust them and that is something you can't get nowadays. I had my unit up and running in 30 minutes and I paid about half of what the other guys wanted charge me for something they damaged! I am so thankful for honest and knowledgeable companies like this one. Thank you guys and keep up the great work!

We noticed a leak in our front yard on Tuesday morning 1-8-19 and called LV Restoration. They showed up within an hour. Brian quickly located the problem. It was our water main into our house. It was repaired and everything returned to normal. Their professionalism and quick resolution is commendable.

These 2 gentlemen installed a water filtration system in our house. T,hey worked like a surgical team. Well everything was in order by the time Andrew got here but he explained everything to look out for and what the next steps for our 50 years old toilet will be. He was kind and very very nice.

I had a water softener installed and the pipes were installed outside the walls. I was told if I wanted pipes inside walls I would have to pay extra. Several plumbers and a contractor checked the site and said they had never seen anything like that before. I eventually paid another company to do repairs because Boss Plumbing wouldn’t return calls after I told them an inspector said it was not up to code. My house is being renovated and I wanted quality not shoddy work therefore I paid the plumbing coming doing renovations to correct the problem. The technician was nice and polite but the work was unprofessional.

Jeremy Musser was AMAZING!! He came right in went right to work explained everything to me in a language that I understood :-) (because I’m not and electrician). He even reached out for additional assistance to be sure the best route to getting my a/c up and running in this 110 temperature. Jeremy thank you for saving our family from this excessive heat.

Active comes twice a year to check out my a/c heater. They always do a fine job.

I had Air Pro Master install a water heater. This is a company you would call legally dishonest. I was sent to this company by AHS. My contract allows for replacement of the water heater and all components and parts but this company knows how to circumvent around your insurance contract and gouge you with overpriced parts that your contract doesn’t cover and in some cases you might not need. They don’t send anybody to inspect your water heater they do it all virtually so they estimate how much there gonna charge you without anybody physically looking at your heater. Then when I called for my appointment the lady quoted me a price of 850 dollars and she had no idea what they were charging me for. That’s 850 dollars with insurance. Then she went and asked what there charging me for. 195 dollars for a plumbing permit. Don’t be scammed you can go on citizenaccess.clarkcounty.com and buy and print your certificate for 50 dollars but these scammers charge you 195 for it. 220 dollars for an expansion tank that costs 50 dollars at most that insurance won’t cover cause it’s deemed unnecessary and screws on like a water hose so it takes one minute to install. 135 dollars for waterlines that cost 30 dollars top. 75 dollars for a 20 dollar sediment trap. Then 200 dollars that she didn’t know what they were charging me for. It’s a shame cause this company makes a good amount of money from AHS there’s probably no reason why they have to gouge the customers. I’m cancelling my AHS because I don’t want to have insurance from a company that refers to dishonest businesses like Air Pro Master LLC.

They installed a new Hot Water Heater in December for us as an Authorized Installer of Lowe's. Then we called them for a quote for new HVAC System right away. They are professional, clean uniforms with employees names on them, Company name on all their Service Trucks, had Rebates for the Lennox Unit and were reasonably priced, Install date on time, and worked so efficiently with no mess. So proud of our Unit and workmanship, and warranty. We would highly recommend Alaskan Plbg, Htg & Air over any other company out there.
