TechCool retains very good service techs. They are friendly, well trained and experienced in all phases of HVAC.

Called Haik at 10 am due to no heat from unit on lower level of house. Everything repaired and producing heat by 2 pm! Great service.

Called on a Saturday to ask about someone coming out to use the camera scope to find what was blocking my tub drain (it won't drain). Was quoted over the phone $89, and told the supervisor was the only one who could do it and they would set up the visit with them. Monday, a plumber from Silver State showed up (NOT the supervisor as I was told would be here), told my husband who was home that it would be $400! The plumber, after being told what we were quoted, called his office (who previously told me $89) and told him I was never quoted a price! They then proceeded to have my husband pay $25 for them to send out the wrong person who couldn't do the job and be called a liar. I will also be filing a report with the BBB about this.

I have had 2 great experiences with this company. Both times the service tech arrived on time and was able to diagnose and fix the problem quickly. Had Wesley at my house today for an AC related problem and he was great. Super friendly and knowledgeable and even humored my crazy kids :) Would definetly recommend!!

My A/C system stopped blowing cold air last night. I called Goettl on Sunday morning and they were at my house within 1 hour- without an extra fee!!! Adrian was our service person and found the problem within minutes. He even found a potential fire hazard that was left from a previous installer and remedied this as well! Not only did they fix the problem, they were most concerned with the longevity of my system and offered to install something to extend the life of my newer system. The price was right with the membership fee. I highly recommend. Thank you.

Joe was Awesome! I appreciate same-day service! Joe was fast, reliable and on time. He was very helpful and explained what my anti Siphoning valve was and was able to fix my leak the same day. I will definitely use Boss plumbing for all my future plumbing issues and will refer them to my family and friends.

Nice mechanic that said I had to completely replace faucet for a constant drip issue. Got the invoice of 85$ (for the visit) and it notated: “tech arrived and couldn’t locate a faucet with dripping.” There were 4 faucets total with this problem.

During the summer of July 2021 my old AC went out and couldn’t be fixed. Express Services did offer to provide a complete AC system which was quickly installed and upon our return from out of town- cold air was working.
The warranty was for 10 years on most parts and I appreciated their service. They came and picked up the old unit and removed it from my garage. Today I am a happy customer and feel they followed through with everything they promised.

Alex from BEST AIR was amazing! Had amazing customer service skills and fixed are A/C issue as fast as he could. My family and I were without air for a few days and he was so sympathetic made me feel valued as a customer. There dispatcher also was amazing they had Alex out in route within the hour when i called. Truly BEST AIR, please take care of Alex he deserves a raise he went above and beyond for my family and for that im very thankful.

Once again they provided the best service possible and the quickest response time. My greatest thanks to Carl and Justin. Without them I’d never have hot water again!!

Simply Air Conditioning heating & Plumbing was highly recommended to me through my wife's boss. The Technician (Frank) called ahead early and arrived promptly. Very professional & knowledgeable. Recommended some alterations/PM for my system and gave me a quote for unit replacement if it should become necessary. I would definitely recommend.

Bumble Breeze sent out Wes, a field supervisor to check out my HVAC system. Wes was very professional and is very knowledgeable about his profession. While on-site he provided detailed information about what’s going on with my system and detailed estimates for replacement (more than one option). I would say the overall the business model they present is excellent. Look forward to the install.
